I usually love this place, but today I was given burnt boba with my to-go tofu pudding order, so I didn't realize it was burnt until I went home. Firstly my boba pearls were given on the side in a container which was off because it's usually given to me in to-go bowl. Once I opened the boba container, it emitted a burnt smell, but I added it to my tofu anyway thinking it wouldn't be a problem. But when I put it in my mouth, all of the boba pearls tasted burnt. When examining them individually, I saw that they were half coated in a burnt crust. They also left tiny black flakes in the syrup. It was inedible, but I guess I will have to taste my order before I leave to let the staff know. I have reached out to customer service and currently waiting for a response.

I came here to pick up the signature Red Bean soup (4/5) which comes with two big scoops of taro, tanyuan (sesame filled mochi balls), sweet potato mochi, red bean, and boba all in a warm, sweetened red bean soup! I really enjoyed the toppings in this one with the tanyuan being filled with sweetened black sesame, the taro being lightly sweetened that went so well with the red bean soup, and the boba and sweet potato mochi consistency was so bouncy. I do wish they gave more of the sweet potato mochi balls or more of the mochi balls but the regular serving at $10/11 is a nice size for one person if hungry or two if just for dessert. Mine came out only warm and wish it was hotter but I just reheated it back at home. They do NOT update their in progress and ready numbers on the screen much lol so watch out for it being called by looking at your receipt number.

I always love coming to Meet Fresh after eating in the Diamond Jamboree plaza for dessert. The store is spacious with plenty of seating. Even on a Tuesday night there was a lot of people eating here. We ordered the crystal mochi milk shaved ice which came out fast and was delicious and big enough for us to share amongst 4 girls. We were waiting on our hot items that we ordered - Hot Grass Jelly combo and Bubble waffle. We were waiting for almost 30 min and we never saw our number move out of the In Progress to Ready on the digital board. The staff wasn't calling out numbers either and where we were sitting we were far from their serving area. When we finally went to check up on our order, apparently it's been sitting out there for a long time and our hot items already cooled down. We asked for them to reheat our bubble waffle so at least it's warm. I think the staff wasn't updating any of the orders that it's ready on the board bc all the parties around us had to go check on their order. The food is still consistent but all the customers can only count on that order board to get our order. It was disappointing we were waiting around for a long time not knowing our food was already ready and it got cold sitting out there.

After my lobster dinner, stopped by this Meet Fresh location on the way home for a dessert. Same as the other location in Tustin, service was very slow even though they have five (5) associates working behind the counter and making dessert I stood there for a long time and no one even acknowledged my presence nor asked me what I needed, or how they can help me. I realized that they have a self-order kiosk but someone has been on it forever doing his orders for a table of four. I finally had to ask out loud to get their attention if I can order. The dessert wasn't cheap but it was very good. The place however, was not clean, tables were sticky with foods and crumbs leftover from previous customers and no one wipes them down.

Food: Delicious, refreshing icy herbal. The Icy Grass Jelly No.6 is my favorite. I usually order it and add on extra jelly, taro balls. Each add on is only around $0.50 ~ $1. The herbal shaved ice is always interesting to enjoy. It'll bring a good refreshing coldness to your mouth at first, then followed by a slight bitterness from herbal, and sweetness from rock sugar (I think). If I happen to want more of the herbal, I order Herbal Tea with Milk. It's delicious too. Service: Friendly staff, online order. I highly recommended placing online order just 10 or 15 minutes before you get to the store so that you can skip the wait and enjoy your freshly made orders.

Luv a good meet fresh. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Inside seating available. First time trying the taro it was plump, chewy and filling. Grass jelly was refreshing! Wish there was a little more of the crushed ice to balance everything but still enjoyed chewing and chewing. If you're not a fan of boba or mochi texture this may not be your thing. I'd recommend trying the shaved ice!

After seeing the restroom I refused to eat here. Keep in mind that the employees making the food use that restroom too and it's disgusting!!! There are puddles on the floor (fall hazard AND sanitation violation). The door and walls are black with dirt. The whole restroom smells like wet dog and is humid. It looks like the trash can has never been cleaned. The sink inside the restroom is gross, but there is another sink just outside the restroom door. The water in that sink gets scalding hot and literally almost burned me. I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down. Eat at your own risk here! See video and pictures. Appalling.

I ordered the special: purple rice but it came out kinda cold even though it's suppose to be hot... and the service was poor. Lack of communication and warmth... he lets me stand there wondering how to order up to 5-10 min! I ordered dine in and I have to pick it up myself? It seems like they changed their menu recently as they don't have as many shaved ice bowls as they used to. I also noticed that the grass jelly bowl doesn't include a lot of the toppings it formerly did and I had to pay extra for the melon jelly which used to automatically come with the item (I believe it also used to come with boba, but I didn't pay extra for that this time). I think I prefer more variety with less of each item than giving more of the glutenous rice cubes.

This chain is known for more traditional Taiwanese shaved ice and chewy balls. We ordered the signature icy taro ball, which was a good amount for two people. I think this type of Taiwanese shaved ice is meant to be more on the light side, I prefer sweeter desserts. I wish they gave more of the creamer, I think we age it all very early and the bottom portion of the bowl did not have any. I would definitely get one of the bigger shaved ices since they have more flavor, but the portion size is pretty big. Diamond jamboree is busy as always and parking will be hard, but this store wasn't too crowded on a Wednesday evening. There was plenty of seating, though the tables did not seem like they were regularly cleaned.

After a few more visits I'm revising my review. Sitting down to eat gets me waaay more quantity. Now that's more worth my money. I come with a group so it's more fun to sit down. Also they started a rewards program, which I just joined. Can be redeemed for merchandise or food. $1 = 1 point Merchandise has a point redemption value at the counter. So far a glass jar is 60 points. A bag is 120 points. Food is 10 points = $1 off of food. Not a bad deal for a rewards system. If you like Taiwanese dessert this is a good place to go, if you sit down to eat. read more

I LOVE MEET FRESH. I go here whenever I get the chance to when I visit Irvine. Really unique dessert that is a little different from your regular ice cream and boba. I usually get the cold Signature Herbal Jelly - not the cheapest dessert to get but totally worth it for the taste. The downside though is that the place gets pretty crowded and the lines get really long during the weekend (and not to mention how hard it is to park in this plaza!) The line and the parking is why I am not giving full give stars. But overall, your food comes out pretty fast and the service is great. read more

I've been to Meet Fresh about three or four times and I really enjoy the customer service. The workers at Meet Fresh are very kind and also make the dessert very quickly. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order to be ready. If you like eating something that makes you feel refreshed, Meet Fresh is for you! But I recommend getting small taro balls instead of big ones so you get some in each bite you eat! The portions are pretty large so sharing with another person or two wouldn't be a problem. :) read more

The best dessert place ever! It reminds me of my favorite dessert in my home country in Cambodia. The dessert here is Taiwanese version. I ordered taro ball #4. I will try the rest of taro-typed bowl on the menu. I like it with coconut milk that helps enhance the sharpness of sweetness of dessert little bit. My most favorite part is its less sweetness if compared to other types of Asian dessert. Taro ball is a bomb!!!! read more

I ordered 5 signatures and 1 milk tea. After driving home (27 minutes), I found out the staff just gave me 4 signatures and 1 milk tea. I tried to call Meetfresh in Irvine (the place where I ordered) 5 times but no one picked up the phone. I could not drive back for only one missing signature which is the shop's mistake. What should I do? This is not the first time, last time I added extra taro rice ball then they forgot. Quite frustrated as it was not crowded at 2pm today. How come they can mess up the order????????? read more

This place was very crowded and that is a clear indication of two options. It's a new hip joint or it is sincerely a good dessert. Unfortunately...sigh....it's another hip joint. I really hoped for this place to be good, but it was just too much sugar and no real flavor. The ice is hard and the material is so artificial. I wouldn't come back again and it's not cheap. Not worth the wait and not worth the price. read more

I finally understand why this place is always so busy!!! I really miss my Taiwanese desserts that I could buy just by walking down the street in Taiwan...now I have to drive 20 minutes away to conquer my cravings :(...But it is well well worth it! Taste great and brings back a lot of memories here!! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu as everything is great for the sweet tooth of yours!! Try it out well worth it!!! read more

I have been going to Meet Fresh since I discovered it. I like their fresh soy milk with herbal jelly. I normally requested for less sweet. Is the right sweet they make. They normally have special on Tuesday. Sometimes they advertised at store and sometimes they don't. You can register to be their regular customer to earn points. I normally alternate between other boba tea shop but then come back to Meet Fresh. Maybe their drinks are more healthier. read more

This was my first time at Meet Fresh, the menu is a little bit confusing but the cashier was able to help out with recommendations on what was most popular. Aside from that, they have a poster showing their most popular menu items which was helpful too. I got the MF signature, and the Taro Ball #6, they were both really good, the taro balls were extremely chewy and didn't taste too much like taro, more like Mochi, and the shaved ice was sweet enough to match well with the toppings. The prices are a little bit steep but I really enjoyed the things I ordered. I would definitely come back! read more

I feel like everything on the menu is just a different combination of the same ingredients. Everything is good though! I'm a big fan of rice cakes so I love everything here. My favorite is the rice balls with taro inside. I just had their shaved ice and it was really good. Super sweet but still really good. read more

I hate this place. Order purple rice porridge to go and when I got home it was just sugar water and tiny bits of purple rice. Like bits. Like rice is expensive you fk. My girlfriend and I decided to try this place on Sunday. It was busy but the line moved quickly. The interior is bright, clean, and I felt like I was transported to a quaint shop in Taiwan. We ordered the Signature dessert and the Mochi for sharing. When our signature dessert came out there was a small hair in it. We sent it back for a new one. They are actually very sanitarily dressed with a mouth guard so I was surprised to find the hair. The food - the mochi was too sweet for my taste. It came in original and brown sugar bi preferred the original. The signature dessert was interesting. I did not enjoy it, maybe I was not familiar with the flavors. I liked the herbal ice and grass jelly but could have done without the balls. Overall I will most likely not he visiting Meet Fresh again. read more

This is my 4th time here? Came on the last day of the buy one get one free promotion. I was asking if I can do buy one get one free with customized toppings. Anyways, is was a little confusing but I get it in the end and got what I wanted. The cashier was friendly and helpful. Only thing I gave 4 star instead of 5 is because of the amount of tofu pudding that they added to my order is was just one small scoop. I've had many many tofu pudding in Taiwan before and usually tofu pudding is supposed to be almost the whole cup. However I did notice that they do add more toppings than before. But they give mostly boba cuz I guess boba is cheapest. So I think they still have some space for improvement on their proportion giving But again, the cashier had really good service I'm satisfied by the cashier's service read more

It's a typical trendy boba joint. Cashier should not be on the phone while customers wait to order. They had plenty of staff members to step in to assist. This place is very teenager like crowd. Young college kids and lower... Better for Togo if you're late 20 s or older... Unless you want to pick a toy to take home. read more

My very first time here. I ordered Meet Fresh Signature Cold and it's a delicious taiwanese desert. Taro ball and sweet potato ball is just ok (Not like "really good and fresh" for me). BUT the line is long and move terribly slow because they only have one cashier. The options are kind of limited. The desserts here are different - it's not another boba tea shop or a shaved ice place, the desserts here focuses on soft tofu pudding and herbal grass jelly (hot or cold) and topped with an assortment of taro balls, mochi rice balls...these are comforting desserts if you grew up on them. The sweetness in the tofu pudding is just right, not too sweet and not too plain and although the prices are high (average $6 an item), the big bowl partly makes up for it. Go with a friend or a few people and order just 1-2 and share. Otherwise, one bowl can feel like a meal on its own. It would nice to see them open more locations in the LA area because unlike boba milk teas, there's few places to get these desserts that actually taste good. read more

This place does NOT even compare to Blackball. Their prices are expensive for the quantity and quality served, The service is slow and there is always a long line out the door. I ordered the taro ball dessert with sweet potato balls, egg pudding, boba and herbal jelly. Unfortunately it came out very bland and the taro/sweet potato balls were not as chewy as should be. For the same type of dessert, I would make the extra drive up to LA any time! read more

I was introduced to this place by a friend who lives close by. After coming and seeing the name of this place in Chinese, I realized that I had been here before in Taiwan! For those wondering, the name is 鮮芋仙. This is by far one of my favorite places for grass jelly and soy bean desserts! I ordered the grass jelly with boba, some other jelly, sweet potato glutenous balls, all over shaved ice with brown sugar syrup. It was the perfect light dessert post Szechuan lunch. I didn't get to try any of the soy bean desserts, but would definitely come back for it! The service was decent, there wasn't a really long line when we came on Friday afternoon, and the desserts came out pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend if you're an adventurous foodie--or if you just know that you like grass jelly topped with a bunch of chewy deliciousness. Will definitely be revisiting if I'm ever in the area again! read more

Came here when it first open, the dessert are pretty good. I haven't seen any of this type of dessert around the area so that's a plus for them. Now comparing the food, they are decent, compare to the mom and pops shop back overseas in taiwan. Or even closer in the 626 area. The wait around peal hours is about 30 mins, which is pretty long for some desserts. read more

Disatrous parking. Infuriating long lines. 50 miles and 3 freeways away from where we live ... but we make the long travel to Meet Fresh in Irvine for our fix of Taiwanese desserts. Just simply amazing stuff. Why they haven't opened a location in Rowland Heights yet I do not understand since most it not all of the locations in TW have closed already. Tried Blackball and it was a no go, Meet Fresh is a slam dunk winner. A++++ read more

I've been here about 4 times and I always left the store feeling disappointed. They don't give you everything that's on the picture and rip you off. I kind of like the taste that's why I'm giving it a 2 stars, but they should just be honest and show on the photos what exactly you're going to get. I won't even give them another chance because that'll be a waste of my money. I'd rather make the desserts myself or find a better restaurant. read more

The manager is very cheap, he doesn't want to turn on the air conditioning. They said it was "broken"? Well, it's is summer and every store should have air conditioning. The environment is terrible and dirty. They had a very bad attitude toward customers and when my daughter asked the women that worked there why the air conditioning didn't work she gave her a rude bitchy face. read more

Meet fresh, your service stinks! You charged people for rewards program card, now changing system without notifying customers. Previously, cashier's would forget to enter, and only offers to let manager know to add points...which typically doesn't have follow through. Seriously? Everything is manual? I ordered red bean soup with sesame rice balls today, my wife has a cold and needs something hot. Nonchanlent employee making other orders first and did not apologize for making us wait 20+ minutes. We had to inquire twice. The red bean soup is not even hot. What the heck!!! You guys are not even busy today. Love love love the desserts here. I would've given it 5 stars but I do believe this place is way overpriced, but I cant help but keep coming back every week. I HIGHLY recommend their most popular dessert, the meet fresh signature. Definitely one of my favorites, its not too sweet nor too bland, and you get a little bit of taro balls, grass jelly (?) and shaved ice which I believe is covered with brown sugar. I also prefer the camellia green milktea here over their winter melon tea. Overall, great drinks and desserts but definitely not cheap. read more

They took away the lotus seeds !!! I was so sad when I went in yesterday afternoon to find out that they did not offer lotus seeds anymore in one of their items. I also want to note yesterday, I got the wrong order when my order was order and I brought it up to the cashier and when I asked the first girl, she did not know what to do so she asked another girl who was making the orders and the way that girl (girl #2) handled the situation was not professional. When the cashier girl explained to her what happened she made a face that made me felt bad for even asking in the first place and it wasn't my fault that I got the wrong order. Eventually she said okay to giving me a new one but after that experience I felt discourage and didn't want to go to the front anymore and had my boyfriend bring back the stuff after we finished. After we walked around the plaza my boyfriend wanted to buy some to take it to go because it was his first time trying it yesterday but I did not want to go back for I was scared I was going to be treated like how I was earlier that day. It's great to see this place opening up in Irvine. While there have been many other attempts at doing the Taiwanese dessert, they all somehow don't measure up to the Meet Fresh combos. I've tried both the hot and cold variations and I haven't been disappointed by anything that I've ordered. I really like that they make a good balance between the mochi, toppings, ice, and condensed milk elements. read more

I CAN NEVER GET SICK OF MEET FRESH. I have ate here so many times. Every time I come I always get their signature which is taro balls, herbal jelly, and herbal tea blended ice. It's pretty expensive but SO WORTH IT. read more

Very unfortunate, bc we probably would have loved the ice cream - but the experience clearly trumped the product.

It had a very nice black tea flavor that shone through which is unique from other boba shops.

They stick to a more traditional approach and don't add sweetener unless you ask for it. Lastly, the pourovers. Some people might question the price, but take a minute to smell the different beans at the counter. You'll quickly realize that not every bean smells like coffee. The tasting notes actually come through and you can tell a lot of care goes into every pour over they make. Most drinks, aside from the pour-overs, are around $4.50 to $7, which is a far greater value for what you're getting in sheer quality. There are way too many cafes these days that focus on aesthetics and end up sacrificing quality. This place feels like it's run by people who genuinely love coffee and it shows in every order. Last note: they have their system down to a tee. The wait in line may be long but once you order it's super quick to receive your order.

First I must say this place is pretty authentic so it might not be fond of people who are used to the tea and shaved ice in the US. For those of you that haven't tried Taro, it's either love or hate it. Red bean here is freshly cooked unlike some other places tastes like from a can. No fruits here, beans, vegetables(sweet potatoes, taro, taro balls,taro rice balls), and chewy stuff. You can customize your own taro ball series and herbal jelly series, no more than 5 toppings now I heard. can sub boba to something else. what else... I am not a fan of rice balls and sesame rice balls...I just don't like the taste. and sesame rice balls normally take ten mins to cook...if they are broken, the kitchen cooks it again. so it might take longer time. Staff: many new faces, so desserts can actually take longer to be done. Drinks: traditional G-milk tea, herbal tea with cream, winter melon tea with herbal jelly, hot black tea , taro slush without the cream. I dislike fruit tea no4 so sour xD Hot: hot herbal jelly no 6...sub crystal jelly to small taro balls or taro rice balls haha, purple rice porridge with crystal jelly and taro rice balls. I just love taro rice balls xD Tofu Pudding: Peanut tofu pudding is always my favorite. I don't like the sweet potatoes in shaved ice haha but I know I've seen sweet potato slush ...don't know if it's good they import taro balls, taro rice balls, small taro balls, noodle jelly, mochi, and more more stuff directly from Taiwan, and it's in Irvine, that's why the price is higher.... and if you live in irvine you shouldn't complain. Just Saying. And they don't even get tips. so it would be really nice and kind of you not to blame the staff there, many of them are still in school. ( high school or college freshmen) read more

In the Spring of 2008, I visited Taiwan and gained something like 8 lbs. in a span of 1 month. I ate everything with the mentality that I probably will not have it again for a very long time. Meet Fresh was the main culprit for my weight gain besides my own lack of self-control. With that said, I was very intrigued and interested when a co-worker told me that Meet Fresh had opened a location in Irvine. Fast forward to Meet Fresh Irvine 2017 and my experience was nothing that could lead to a weight gain. This place has so much potential yet it fails miserably at delivering a good product. I ordered their Hot Herbal Grass Jelly with red beans, taro, and their signature rice balls. For $1 extra, I also added their sweet potato rice balls filled with taro paste filling. It cost me nearly $9 for my order. My hot grass jelly came to me lukewarm. The taro rice ball with taro filling was practically cold. This kind of dish is really not good if it's lukewarm. Moreover, the taro pieces were so nasty I couldn't finish it and I looovve taro. I brought the taro pieces home hoping the raccoons and possums in my yard would eat it since those guys eat everything. Even the raccoons and possums rejected the taro from here. Overall, way overpriced for an inferior product. read more

This review is for their drink only. Me and my friends were here today and I ordered a melon tea with small toro ball ($4.5), it was way way too sweet for me and toro ball was kind of hard, so I kindly ask them to make it less sweet for me which they did, but it was still too sweet and water down for me, so I ask if I can pay the difference and get something else, surprisingly they won't let me, they keep on offering me to make it less sweeten only, at this time, I don't want to make a scent so I just ask them to put it in a to-go cup for me, which I discard when I walk out their door. (I only drink total 2 sip) It was just a poor customer service management skill that throw me off today, I wish they will handle things like this better next time. read more

Possibly the most disappointing dessert I've eaten. The first impression I had was already a deceiving one. I thought I was lining up for sushi. It must have been the lanterns that were hung up that resembled majority of the sushi joints we've seen. The menu and pictures looked delicious and I was honestly looking forward to the taro and sweet potato mochi balls. When we finally got to taste what we ordered after what felt like an hour of wait time, everything ordered was bland. The mochi's texture was decent but there was absolutely no flavor - except from the sweetness from the brown sugar. I came here on Wednesday night and ordered 2 of Signature Icy bowls, one for dine in and one for togo. I really enjoyed the bowl for dine in and was looking forward to enjoy the other one at home. But I was disappointed when I opened this, the shaved ice was too little, not even half of the other one I had at store, even though I paid the same amount of money! This wasn't the first time, nor the second, it was the third time already. Maybe you can say I should have check on ir before leaving but they should have made this with same quantity and quality, with $6.8 for each bowl. I won't be back anymore, or at least this location. I recently ordered peanut butter ice cream here and noticed that the price on the menu board was listed as $0.99, but I was charged $1.25 at checkout. When I asked the cashier about the discrepancy, they simply replied, 'Ma'am, you HAVE TO pay tax.' I was charged an unusually high 26% tax(?) on the item, followed by an additional 7.75% tax at checkout based on his explanation. The confusion could have been easily clarified with a better explanation, but the cashier was impatient and didn't offer any helpful details. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unsure about the pricing practices here. One star for the lack of clear communication. read more

Got to stop in for their soft opening this week as they are still getting the store ready for a grand opening soon, and absolutely loved the desserts! We had a chance to try the MeetFresh Signature which had Purple Taro Balls and Sweet Potato Taro Balls on herbal jelly and shaved ice. Amazing. We also had their Q Mochi with caramel and coconut flakes that was probably the best mochi I have ever had, and an iced herbal tea with mini taro balls and whipped cream that was spectacular. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for dessert after eating anywhere at Diamond Jamboree, or nearby in Irvine at all for that matter. read more

The attitude of employees werent welcome and I felt a bit angry from them while we ordered and when they asked us to walk out to wait until they call. First time I've come back since Covid. There was no napkins inside the bag, they ran out of big taro balls, but when they asked to substitute with small taro balls for my Icey bowl. I was okay with that, BUT when i got a bill, they ChARGED me extra for small taro balls (WTH). Meet Fresh deserves way more than the 3 star average on Yelp! Their traditional Taiwanese desserts are outstanding. The taro ball dessert is a standout - chewy taro and sweet potato balls paired with smooth herbal jelly and silky tofu pudding create a perfect balance of textures and flavors. Visited Meet Fresh on a Friday afternoon with high hopes for some delicious mango and strawberry shaved ice. Unfortunately, they were completely out of mango, so we settled for the strawberry version. The strawberry shaved ice was just okay, nothing to write home about, but not terrible either. It could have been so much better with a generous helping of strawberries - they were a bit stingy in that department. On the plus side, it was a sizable portion, perfect for sharing, and the addition of ice cream on top was a nice touch. read more

Shxty service, shxty attitude, shxty people here. The cashier taking order obviously doesn't give a shxt about their job or the restaurant. The people fill the orders obviously doesn't give shxt about their job either. You see the line out the door because the cashier is shxtting not because this place is worth a try Shxty quality of food, shxty quantity of food. This is why Meet Fresh in Taiwan is gone, and ran to U.S. to charge people 2-3 times the money where they couldn't survive in a competitive food industry in Taiwan. read more

This is not good, not good at all. That I am addicted to the Meet Fresh Signature. And I get what others say about it being expensive, the service is slow, the to-go portion is small, etc., because I agree. But ever since I've had it, I've been craving it everyday. And it's a constant battle of will power. Sometimes my will power wins (I reason with myself: I don't want to spend money, gain weight, blah blah blah), and sometimes I give in. Well, I've only been here 4 times since it opened, so I am proud of myself. read more

Location: Located in the Diamond Jamboree plaza (on Jamboree/Alton), near Tokyo Table. Ambiance: Always packed with lines out the door. Not a lot of space or seating inside. Menu: I really like their varieties of shaved ice, but understand its kind of an acquired taste. I usually get their signature shaved ice, and it hits the spot every time. I love the chewy mochi balls paired with the grass jelly and shaved ice. It isn't overly sweet either like American desserts. Give it a try! read more

I love Meet Fresh! I tried their Black Sugar Fresh Milk with Boba and it was delicious. Perfectly sweetened and flavored. I actually wanted no Boba since I was full from my meal, but the black sugar came only with the boba part so I had to get it as it was advertised. Still delicous. Their taro and cassava balls are always fresh. Some of their shaved ice doesn't come with the creamer, so you have to request for it. Give it a try! Feels like a somewhat healthier option for dessert. read more

It's really yummy if you like this kind of desert. Of course, we order the signature one and its really tasty and not too sweet. (I hate American dessert, it's way to sweet) However, the price is kind of expensive. Signature one is $7 bucks, it's almost the same as bento box price. If you haven't tried it, you can still go to check out because its still good for the summer time. You can just eat one bowl of this instead of eating lunch. Ha! read more

First time we ordered a meet fresh signature, It doesn't look like the one on the menu. We didn't ask why but the server seems noticed our confuse and come explained. The one we want on the menu is the cold one, but we don't know so we ordered the warm one. We got a cold one for free after he explained, and it taste yummy! Highly recommended, not only because of the taste but also the friendly service. 5 star and we will be back! read more

We used to love this place and lately the service here has been shitty. I guess the cashier "Paulina" is in a bad mood today. She was rude when she's getting our orders then refuse to give cream with our order. They wanted to charge a quarter for each cream that is supposed to come with the dessert. Maybe she needs money on the side and charging customers for it. Good luck with your career at Meet Fresh Paulina. read more

One of my friends took me here for the first time. I ordered the cold meet fresh signature and as delighted. It was very good. I'm not sure about the authenticity as some of these reviews state as I am not Taiwanese by any means. But I can say I thoroughly enjoyed the dessert and it was quite refreshing. Everything seemed very fresh and the service was fast even though it was quite busy out. read more

Wow amazing customer service! Good and fresh ingredients! I went in to order 4 different desserts and one item was completely wrong. I went in the next day to just order a new item and they completely compt the order knowing it was their mistake! I greatly appreciate the sincere apology. There's something about their soft chewy things that make me go crazy over. This Taiwanese style dessert store did not disappoint me on my first visit. Their milk teas are alright but I think they specialize more in their shaved ice and other Taiwanese concoctions, I will try not to go a lot as it might be dangerous for my health. But overall I l be this place! read more
