Drink was good. Nothing special. One particular employee was incredibly rude and walked away not taking my order after not clarifying what drinks were available to purchase. Another worker was more helpful. Located within the massive food court. Pretty noisy but outside seating is an option.

Fast and friendly service inside the Valley Fair mall. Not much ambiance since it's in the middle of the food court. They manage to have gold mangos almost year round. It's a refreshing treat after roaming the mall for a while.

My friends and I were at the mall for my birthday lunch when we came across Hui Lau Shan (one of my favs)! We've been to the Berkeley location before so this was our first time trying this location. I honestly expected the quality to be lower since it's inside a mall but it tasted just as good as the Berkeley location. Their menu was fully available with no limited items, which was a nice surprise because I had come to this location several months before and they said not all the items were available yet since the location just opened. The best part was that there was no wait. So if you've been wanting to try Hui Lau Shan but don't feel like standing in a long line, I recommend checking out this location. There was only one person working but they were still quick and efficient with the orders!

Got a D3, mango with pomelo and sago. 5/5. Docking a star because after dropping $9 and then a tip on top of that, I asked for cup of water and they said no. Ridiculous for a dessert stand to not give water.

Happy they have this at the food court in Valley Fair. Sometimes going to Cupertino is rough, with parking and long lines. D7 is my go to/ Mango & Coconut with Crystal Jelly. It's mango and coconut milk with crystal jelly. Not too sweet and it has a perfect combination that's refreshing!!

Wonderfully friendly and bright service from Chloe on a Wednesday late evening. Ordered a Mango Sago drink, which was deliciously satisfying. Also, the drink came with SO much sago, which is awesome for my preferences. Do wish the prices were slightly more affordable, but understand as it's located within one of the best malls in the Bay.

Mango heaven! If you're a mango lover this is the perfect dessert place for you. We enjoyed both the dessert as well as mango coconut drink offerings. Also, do not miss out on the mango mochi in the cabinet- it's small but mighty with fresh mango inside. Glad their worker recommended that one noting it's her absolute favorite.

usually dont write bad reviews but the service and drinks here were not good. other locations are much better. got the mango coconut sago drink and it was really sweet and loaded with so much sago thats all i could taste. will say service was pretty fast though.

This location is not bad- service was quick and dessert quality was pretty good, as expected. Since it's inside the Valley Fair mall food court, there's a lot of seating even though it's usually pretty crowded. Only complaint is that we came on a weekday night (not even very late) and a fourth of the menu was unavailable (which the server told us only after we tried to order something from that section of the menu).

Glad that this location now offers more than drinks. I had the mango chewy ball which was a little over $9 after tax. I do wish they had the coconut jelly dessert as an option. Perfect for a warm day with the fresh mangos, puree, ice cream and chewy mochi balls. Only con is the guy working there wasn't very pleasant and not friendly at all.

Yum! Still my favorite dessert place and my go to for mango cravings! If you love mangos, you have to try this place. The mangos are usually pretty sweet and delicious. There was one time the mangos didn't taste right, could be a seasonal thing? My favorite and go to order is a1 mango chewy ball. The drink is also really good, i think it was mango pomelo sago. Can't go wrong with either of those! I really like the chewy balls (I think it's tang yuan) and how they serve it on the side.

You will enjoy everything you order from here. Quick service. Probably lack smiling faces. Overall, it is convenient and products are good.

Hui Lau Shan is a must try if you love anything mango flavored. I got the D4 Coconut Mango with Sago and it was life-altering. So creamy and not overly sweet.. I loved the fresh chunks of mango too. I'm usually not a fan of coconut but it paired so perfectly with the mango. I wish they had a location in Sacramento and now I'm chasing any mango drink to recreate the same feeling.

You can order on the tablet or with a staff member at the register. I opted for a small build your own bowl with acai as the base. The small was perfect, and the acai was not too sweet. All the fruits were fresh, and I liked the variety of toppings. My friend got chia pudding, and I had a bite of it. I really liked it, so I would definitely add that next time.

ARSE! the girl gets my order and thumps it in the counter and says here you go. there's no lid on it and i'm like um .. she tells me they ran out of lids. and i just stand there staring because im not taking it like that. she finally responds and says i can tape a small cup to it. i said yeah you should do that because im driving it somewhere. she tapes "lids" to my medium cups and is annoyed doing it. you can tell her demeanor has changed. maybe she had a bad day or maybe she's tired because their swamped with orders ... i don't know but that was unnecessary. oh and to add the didn't even have POG base. like what?! that's one of your top sellers and you don't have that? WILD honestly. i went be in a rush to come back anytime soon.

I tried the Go Green smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and very refreshing. I've passed by this location many times and always wanted to try it, so I'm glad I finally stopped in. The smoothie tasted completely different from the ordinary smoothies you find at other places. You can really taste the fresh, healthy ingredients. The shop is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located in the corner. It's also easy to see why so many fitness-conscious and health-minded people come here. Everything feels focused on fresh ingredients and better nutrition. I would definitely recommend Vitality Bowls to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious smoothie. I'll be coming back to try more items from the menu!

I went with the Coffee Crunch, and honestly, it's no joke, it is delicious and absolutely packed. However, at an $11 price point, that coupon was the only thing keeping it in the "reasonable" category for me, especially since the portion is just a standard size rather than something more substantial. The layout of the place is a bit of a trip; unlike Jamba where everything is out in the open, the staff here is tucked away in a back kitchen area. I spent about five minutes waiting for my order to emerge, wondering if I'd been forgotten! But if you're looking for a quiet escape with god-tier air conditioning, this is the spot. I stopped by on a sweltering afternoon and it was nearly empty, cool as a whistle, and filled with trendy, comfortable seating rather than your typical stiff restaurant chairs. While I'm personally not a "bowl" person, the rest of the menu looks great. It's definitely got more of a local health-spot soul compared to the corporate feel of the Jamba down the street. I'll definitely be passing this place along to my pre-teen daughter, it feels exactly like the kind of trendy hangout she's going to live at as she gets older. Go for the crunch, but definitely stay for the AC.

While I can't speak to most of the customer service experience, the order was packaged nicely and securely. The Avocado Toast was the star of the show for me. Probably one of the best avocado toasts I've ever had flavor-wise. While I do also appreciate a lightly salted plain avocado flavor, the cilantro + lime + chili was the kinda vibe I knew I needed (but had never experienced) in an avocado toast. The bread was thick + toasted + soft. Tasted better than I expected after reading the menu description. Pretty filling for $8.50, current economy considered ); Vanilla latte & Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant were also solid. I got an extra shot in the latte and found it to be adequately strong. The croissant sandwich was pretty good with what appeared to be real egg. My satisfaction for the value of the experience may also be skewed by the fact that I got a 40% off for $10+ deal for this meal. It's still hard for me to wrap my mind around how expensive everything has gotten. So, my 5 stars is only representative for the taste and presentation here, less so the value, ambiance, or customer service. I'd come back.

I ain't gonna lie; I'm all about customer service, good food, and value! When ordering, I was told they were out--of what I understood to be the bread--so I asked, "What other bread options do you have?" The cashier rambled off some options, including "white bread." Internal dialogue: "White bread? I didn't know that was still a thing." Turns out, next to the Texas toast, it was the lowest-carb option, so I opted for it. She rang me up at $14.50... $14.50!!! I said, "I don't understand--why is it more than double the price?" To my complete chagrin, she replied, "I have to charge you for a BLT. Would you like lettuce and tomato on your sandwich?" Mind you, they also offer a cheese melt for $6 that comes with the infamous "white bread" and melted cheese. All they would have to do is add the egg and bacon! At least, that's what makes sense to me. I said, "I'm sorry... I do not want a BLT. I just want what I ordered, and I'm okay with white bread as a substitute for the croissant." She insisted, "We can't do that." WHAT??!! I said, "Charge me for the melt, and I'll pay extra for the egg and bacon. How's that?" She said, "Sorry, we can't do that." Internal dialogue: "But they can charge me for a BLT and make substitutions..." It made absolutely no sense! She ultimately conceded--charged me for what I requested--and gave me this bland-looking thing that was barely warmed up, much less toasted! I went out of my way to support "my community" and introduce a colleague to this place. I was so embarrassed--for them and for us! Never again! To boot: I added an almond milk latte, which took way too long to come out. When I went to check on it, the barista looked at me confused. Just then, another customer ran up and said, "Oops! I grabbed your drink by accident--but I didn't drink from it yet." The top hadn't been opened, from what I could see. I surrendered, moped back to my mediocre white-bread sammy, and tried to enjoy the moment. I actually enjoyed the latte... I was about two-thirds of the way through it when I noticed the receipt said OAT MILK--instead of almond... Ayyy, mi gente! Jamás!
