**** UPDATE Hi Trinh, Thanks for your reply. I was here on Labor day to have the exact date and I even made a comment to the nail tech that was doing my pedicure. I asked if she was new or training since she didn't even cut my toe nails as requested and eventually broke because it rubbed against my shoe. They charged me full price for both nails and gel pedicure and it was if it was the nail techs first day because another nail tech kept telling her what to do. I asked her to cut my toe nails and she didn't even know how to so she just filed it and it ended up getting up breaking at the edges. As for my nails the tech put nails on that were too big for my nails shape, so when I went elsewhere after they had to fix it. Not worth the $ to have a mediocre job. read more

really really disappointed in the cleanliness of this salon. i have been going to mega nail for 3 years now to both locations and lately i've just been let down. julie always does my fills and her work is great however i have noticed she never uses clean tools. thankfully i've never gotten an infection but i have never seen her open up a clean pack of tools. and lately this location has an ant infestation, last time i went there were ants crawling on my lap tray and i saw an ant on the lady's glove that was doing my toes and she killed it with her finger and just continued on with my pedicure. she didn't even flick it off! and when she was rubbing lotion on my legs there was a dead ant on my leg... sorry but that was the last straw for me. i wish i could continue to go here because they're always kind and squeeze me in but i can't continue to support a business that does not put cleanliness first. read more

I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I happen to to find Roy by chance a year ago and I have not left his side yet. This place is so zen. Usually not packed at all Roy is a good nail tech. The only thing is he is pricey I was charged $95 for a REFILL medium size nails. Never in my life have I paid that much I get the same style of nails time after time. When I said $95 for a refill? In disbelief a tech who does toes kinda chuckled. Tina, Amy, and Hailey were wonderful! My two daughters (9&11) and I had pedicures done. They were very accommodating and kind to my girls, especially with my special needs daughter. Went in Friday 5/31 to get a gel pedicure and a gel x french tip set. Paid $147. The next day my thumb nail cracked. I sent them a picture to the number provided and they gladly fixed it. Two days later, another two nails crack. Keep in mind, I do not work in extraneous conditions, therefore my nails shouldn't have cracked three days later. Had high hopes for my first experience with gel x. Don't recommend getting their gel x for $70 unless you want to go back every other day to get it fixed. Shaping and style came out perfect but quality was terrible. read more
