I'll keep the rating at 4 stars as this has only happened twice now, but did want to say a couple of things in regards to my most recent experience: 1) if you're going to accept appointments, you shouldn't accept walk-ins that will overlap with that appointment time 2) if you know you are running more than 15 minutes behind, you should call or text your customer to let them know. I never walk-in to salons/restaurants and only make appointments/reservations because my time is precious and I hate waiting around. It's disrespectful to your customer's time to not at least give them a heads up. I was waiting 40-45 minutes past my appointment time today and left in the middle of what I was doing to get here on time for you. In the same way you would not take me 45 min late, it's unacceptable to do so with me. Please give me a call or text next time as I'd like to continue being a regular here; that's all I ask. This business is a neighborhood gem. The staff are all excellent at mania and pedis. The suite is at the back of the building with large windows for natural light. It's clean but the decor is not the reason to go here. The pedicure is the best for the price in our area. read more

I've never written a review before this but after what I experienced today I needed to leave one. The woman who did my nails today took the builder gel off of my nails when I asked for a fill multiple times. She either didn't know what I was saying or just didn't care. Then proceeded to push my cuticles back with her fingernails while I winced in pain. She seemed to push them too far back and cut too deep because I started bleeding. She tried to remedy it by gluing my skin? and then she proceeds to poorly paint my nails. She did nothing I asked for today. Yet I still paid and tipped. Just save yourself the time, money, and energy and go elsewhere. read more

Really happy with my decision to try this place out while my husband got his haircut at another place in this center :) I called ahead and when I got there she was ready for me right away, which is always nice! I got acrylics done here and they did a great job! I've tried going in several times after and they never have an opening. I definitely wouldn't try this place if you're wanting same day. It's actually very annoying. They don't even let you wait they've always just told me no. They should have a sign that says appointments only. Came to this salon while on vacation. I was really happy they were able to fit me in super quick. Kim and Mai did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure!! It was a simple set of acrylic nails, and I explained that my nails where short and I wanted them longer. She told me that it was okay, and she setup an appointment two hours after our conversation. I arrived on time to my appointment, but the person hosting told me to come back later because they didn't have time to do my nails. Apparently, the person who I talked to put me only for a regular manicure. The person that answers the phone should be a person with better understanding and communication skills. I went in for a full set, asked for pink and white ombré. The nail technician said I had to tell her later, I told her I thought it was specific powder and she kept saying later later. After she put acrylic on me she gave me a box of gel colors to choose from. I explained again I wanted pink and white ombré and she said I should have told her earlier. I had to to choose a color and left with really thick deformed nails. Now I have to go somewhere else to get them off and replaced with what I want. read more

Came in today because my regular salon was closed and so happy I did. The nail salon was slow with 3 workers, honestly the set up was not as "fancy" as a typical salon but the experience was amazing. Kim did my pedicure and really took her time shaping my nails, cutting my cuticles and really taking her time and going out to clean my nails! she gave me 2 types of scrubs and a hot stone massage followed by a towel wrap. I hate to give this place 3 stars because they did a great job it just wasn't what I asked for. I read previous reviews and saw that people had gotten dipping powder or SNS or said that the salon did it. I called and made an appointment for SNS dipping powder and when I got in, i was given acrylic with a gel top. My nails look fantastic but it's annoying to do your research and be particular only to not receive what you asked for. If you're looking for acrylics this is a great place though. read more

I feel comfortable writing a positive review after being here twice now. The first time 3 of us walked in on a Saturday evening and we all loved the job the ladies did on us. The ladies provide great service and do a wonderful job with their hot stones! Last week I went back alone, and was greeted right away and placed in a chair. I was pleased once again with a fabulous job and my toes were looking ever so pretty. I complimented the delicate flowers on my pedicurists' toes so she asked if I wanted to jazz up my freshly painted red toes. I agreed. What the heck...I've had art done on my toes before and this was a lot better than my previous experience. So it's a done deal. I have gotten several compliments on my feet and have already made up in my mind that every time I get my hair done (next door) that I will treat myself to a pedi. Meticulous work. $35 (and tip) for acrylic fill with gel polish on top. Parking situation is atrocious but the great service makes up for everything else. My technician was incredibly thorough with her entire process and made sure that my shape was even, the acrylic powder not too thick, the nails even and symmetrical, etc. She also asked me if I was okay or had any pain since I was hesitant to get friendly with the electric file. I can't say much for the ambience of the place, but it was relatively clean and the tools used on me were clean. Definitely will be back for more manicures in the future, but I'll have to set some time aside for the longer appointment. read more

The ladies are friendly and the hot rock massage with the pedicure is really a treat! I received a nicely done pedicure here for only $33 (I had acrylic designs painted on my pedi + 2 stones added to the middle of the acrylic design flower). The nail job seems well-done--not quite the best that I've had, but definitely not bad at all (there a tiny bubbles in one of my toes, but barely noticeable. However, what I'd like to rave about is the massages! They've given me the best foot massages with hot stones that I've had yet! This is after my second time at the salon and the work was done by Kim. I love it!! I went for gel many and pedi. She did such a thorough job on me, as the first time, and my cuticles didn't hurt afterwards unlike after other salons! Overall atmosphere in the salon is very warm and relaxed. The ladies were busy, but it didn't feel like they couldn't wait to be done with the clients. Also it didn't feel that they tried to pack as many customers in one day as possible. I have found my new Forever Nail Salon!! I called ahead of time just to make sure they could get me in... Knowing this is a new salon (that serves wine and beer) I knew they would be busy. They were able to get me in for a pedicure and acrylic fill both with gel polish. When I walked in, I was greeted by David who was very nice and informative about their new salon. Did I already mention that they serve beer and wine during your service ... The salon is brand new and absolutely beautiful in a simply classic design. Cleanliness is a HUGE DEAL to me, so this was very refreshing. David explained their wine and beer services and handed me a menu for their salon services. Their services menu was pretty typical with the exception of their highest end being about $10 higher than what I have been used to. That being said... Service, cleanliness and atmosphere are all part of what you pay for and in my opinion... Could be worth it.... Angel was my service provider and she was amazing!! She is very friendly, attentive, professional and did a great job. While working on my pedicure, I realized that she also does SNS Dipping Powder (which can look horrible if the technician doesn't know what they are doing). We decided to remove my acrylic nails and put on new SNS dipping powder, and she did the best job with this that I have ever seen. As I mentioned in the beginning, this will be my new Forever Nail Salon... For me... The slightly higher price was absolutely worth it based on location, service, cleanliness, options, and yes...the wine service. P. S. Went for in for a pedicure 08/03, felt a little unwelcome but decided to give it a try. I asked for the pedicure menu and they said they only had a $30 pedi that included: polish, shape, scrub and massage. Bit pricey for the service but, again, giving the benefit of the doubt. When she started, I began getting scared lol. She started with the massage -___- then she pulled the yellow scrubby sponge from her cart. It was sitting in a puddle of water and the scrubber was brown with no texture. I asked if it was new, that's when an older lady sitting on one of the spas confirmed it was new. I refused to have it used on my feet. She then asked if I wanted to pay for a new one, that's when I asked, "I thought it was new" which kind of left her speechless. At that point I just got up and went across the street to JJ nail care where I paid $30 for: trim, shape, cuticles, scrub, cooling mask, hot stone, warm towel and polish. I went in with my sister and my brother in law for the first time today, and we all got manicures. I got acrylic French tips. My technician was kind, friendly, and really took her time, paying attention to the details. These are easily the best French nails I've ever gotten! They are also very COVID safe. Plexiglass shields at each station, 6 feet of separation between customers, everyone had masks, and the first thing she had me do was sanitize my hands before she began.
