My kids who are scared of shots didn't even bat an eye. The only note about piercing both ears at once by two different people is that even if the dot is there, the angles can be different. This was a Saturday in the afternoon and they weren't too busy, other people were also inquiring with how much and the process. My friend also wanted a piercing too, they didn't mention the 50% off deal which could of helped us save some money. But they told us which ones we could choose from and what best fit our ears. I went with a diamond earring for my double piercing since I already had my single piercing when I was young. They gave us to options for after care, a more expensive spray that only needs to be done three times a day for about 3 weeks and the traditional solution to be applied with a q tip twice a day for 4-6 weeks. The process was super fast and I'm thankful for the tech that helped me because I was having problems taking off my Tiffany ear rings and we were afraid we were going to break it but she got it off. That part probably took the longest, the piercing was quick and she marked it to make sure that I was ok with where it was being placed. The piercing comes with the purchase of the ear rings so in total it wasn't too bad.

She was kind of all over the place and it made what was supposed to be a simple pick up into a long, frustrating experience. Madlen was so confused about our pick up even though I explained several times we had two separate orders, one that was ready for pick up and another that was still processing. Her focus was on the wrong order. Another visit: On Saturday 5/29, my partner and I dropped by the showroom to return one of the rings we purchased due to a quality issue, and again, Madlen was there and proceeded to help us with the return. She did not walk me through the return process. I asked for a receipt and she said the receipt will come via email. Upon checking my email receipt later, I realized it was just a drop off receipt, no indication of a return/refund processed. I needed to call their customer service team to get further instructions on the process. While we loved the rings we picked out, the service needs work. I just had the most unprofessional and disturbing interaction with an employee I've ever had…read moreanywhere. I was sent a loyalty coupon from Claire's that clearly states on the coupon that it is good for a free pair of earrings up to $17 and states if the earrings are above $17, you just pay the difference. As I attempted to use the coupon, the sales associate (didn't get her name but she was very heavy set and working on 5/2 at 2:30pm) let me know the earrings HAD to be $17 and no more. I showed her the coupon and even read it allowed to her since reading was apparently not her strong suit. She still refused. We requested to speak to a manager. The manager (a black woman wearing glasses) read the coupon and ok'd the transaction. The sales associate became visibly frustrated and annoyed upon learning that the valid coupon was now going to be honored. The associate couldn't physically stop herself from creating conflict in the situation after the approval was made. We asked her repeatedly to excuse herself from the transaction; seeing as she was no longer needed. Not only did SHE refuse to leave, but she began recording myself, my husband and my 3 minor children present with me (aged 6, 3 and 1) on her personal device after being asked multiple times to stop. She used the f word repeatedly and also threatened to call security on my husband and I (for what exactly? We still have no clue) which prompted my 6 year old son to start crying in the store because he was afraid his parents were going to be arrested and taken away from him. This associate was set off and became unhinged because I came into the store to use a valid coupon I received for my loyalty. If something this small can trigger this person to behave in the way that was seen today, I cannot imagine what kind of a liability Claire's is facing if she is presented with something more serious. I'm very disappointed in this Claire's location from top to bottom. The manager present during her employee's inexcusable actions did not intervene or even attempt to diffuse the situation. She proceeded to help us in silence while her employee swore at us and threatened us. Isn't this a kids store? None of my kids are going to be shopping here anymore.
