Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! I will likely book again the next time I require a deep cleaning.

I didn't hire them for a deep clean, but the quality of work Daniele provided was comparable to one and surprisingly close to how I clean myself. One anecdote I love sharing: when we recently moved to our new home, we had some light fixtures changed. We have globe lights over our dining table, and I genuinely thought the glass had a frosted finish straight out of the box. But when Anderson (Daniele's husband) started cleaning, he actually removed the globes and washed them thoroughly. I think they did great, especially due to the fact that our house hasn't been professionally cleaned for a long time, and it was only 2 hours for 2 people to clean. We had to stay in the house while they cleaned, so we just told them what rooms to ignore and then made sure to stay out of their way. Even though we were in the house, they text me when they were done so that they made sure not to bother us. She later told me that if we go with them for cleaning next time, she'll bring her special told to better clean our jacuzzi tub. Cash payment. Not sure if they take anything else, but cash is probably preferred. It was easy to communicate with them via text. We added laundry (for a nominal fee). All she ask is that we have the washing machine run it's last cycle when she arrives. It reprieved my wife so she can focus on her career change. I don't expect her to do dishes, but she helps out when needed. She took home and specially cleaned my favorite jacket that had these stains for years. She even puts my garbage out to the street since it's going to be garbage day the following day. She goes above and beyond. Her staff turnover rate is low so we trust her. I've only seen 1-2 others helping her throughout these 2 years. I often leave my house early to pickup the kids. She leaves via the back door. She'll clean most houses in 2-3 hours. Her rate is fair so we hire her weekly. We look forward to Tuesday afternoons when she comes because we know the house will be fresh and clean. She loves dogs and kids. I highly recommend Yolanda.
