I've been coming here for about four years, but unfortunately I won't be returning. The quality of work is actually great, most of the nail techs are very talented and can execute almost any design you ask for. However, the service and overall experience have been consistently disappointing. Many of the staff come across as rushed, unfriendly, and not very transparent about pricing. This salon is also on the pricier side for the area, which I don't mind paying when both the service and experience match the cost, but here, that hasn't been the case. My most recent visit was what made me decide I won't be coming back. I came in for both a manicure and pedicure. My manicure was done well, but the pedicure experience with a different technician was honestly the worst I've had. She was rude, passive-aggressive, and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. It felt like she didn't want to be there, and it showed in how she treated me. By the end, I just wanted to leave. I didn't even wait for my toes to fully dry because of how unpleasant the experience was. To make things more frustrating, I was initially charged incorrectly, only for the pedicure. When she realized I had also gotten a manicure, she stopped me and added it as a separate transaction. I chose not to tip her due to her behavior, but I did tip the technician who did my manicure. She gave me a noticeable dirty look afterward, which only reinforced my experience. I understand everyone has off days, but this level of service is unacceptable, especially at these prices. After four years, it's disappointing to walk away, but customer service matters just as much as the final result. Please don't hire people who don't enjoy their job. read more

I just got a daisy-inspired pedi with little pink rhinestones and it turned out so cute! It's always busy -- and obviously for a reason. The service and quality are consistently great. I like the guy who did my pedi he was very gentle. I did get upset that my daughter and I got there before this lady who ended up getting her pedi before my daughter. I even asked and they said she had to wait for another lady who was busy with someone else. I know we got there at 7 and it was late but we did call before hand and asked if that time was ok and they said yes to come over. The girl that did my nail was nice and I thought my nails looked good until I got home and really had a good look but my nails are so crooked and I even had to come home and file them underneath because they were so sharp. The nails were a lot shorter than I would normally like but I didn't complain because I felt like she was rushing to get out of there. I normally come here and have good service. On a Wednesday during the day I got placed with a lady named Ann. I would avoid this lady next time I have a manicure. The entire time she showed very little interest in my simple design and she had a bad attitude. I promise I'm not a high maintenance nail girl. Ann did not seem to like her job or didn't fit as a good employee in customer service. She did do a good job on my nails so that's why I'm leaving 2 stars. I wish I had checked the reviews before coming here. I had a flight home in the morning and wanted to get my nails done and it was one of the few places open after 7pm. I called requesting a spa pedicure for my friend and a French manicure over the phone for myself. We arrive, she removed the dip from my nails and asked me what color for my nails. I told her natural pink for my French manicure. She gets pink dip powder. I told her No, French manicure. She then painted a white line on the tip of all my nails. That is it, I then waited another 20+ minutes or so for my friend to finish his pedicure which he said was good. I called the manager the next morning (they were closed by the time i looked at my nails in good light) He said i can get them fixed next week since I am out of town. I sat with these gross nails for 6 days only for him to pretend he didnt remember me and try to charge me another $20 because I didnt come back right away. I left (wasted my time completely) Do yourself a favor.... STAY away. This is my second time at this salon and I got my sets back to back. Both sets were done nicely but both were very pricy. They even charged me for take off on top of the already pricy brand new ombré set I was getting. The second guy proceeded to buff and buff my nails, a lot which burned my nail, I had told him so multiple times. He also tried to pry the acrylic off with cuticle cutters until I stopped him and told him I wanted a soak off. I do not believe nail care is a priority for this place at all, they just want you in and out. I haven't experienced rudeness per say, but this visit the guy I went to was very impatient with me. He decided to cut my nails extra short assuming I wanted acrylics when I had said dip multiple times, so I had to rethink what I wanted and I could tell he was frustrated. Overall if you want cool designs and your idea done well this place is good to go to, but they are very pricey and lack in prioritizing nail care for their guests and guest service. read more

The staff is very nice. Place is clean. You should definitely ask for the price beforehand, my nails were $85 and I paid it with tip but I was not expecting that price for a simple french tip. I did like my nails a lot though, and they looked like my reference picture I showed them. Also I need to note that I have never had problems with my nails breaking or ripping off, but 2 of my nails ripped off within a week of getting them done. I have had tips several times and have never even broken a nail before, let alone 2 in one week. This was only my second time at this salon, so I wanna give them the benefit of the doubt. DONT EVER COME HERE, not unless you wanna look like a clown!! This whole experience was a literal nightmare. I called ahead to ask if they pluck after waxing, they said they did, surprise surprise they did not. Worst part is the moron technician that they allowed fo ruin my face. She kept waxing the same parts of my eyebrows over and over (not supposed to do that- it will make your skin break) and of course, did not pluck or tweeze or trim at all. She gives me the mirror and I tell her one side is much longer than the other. What does she do? She takes EVEN MORE off the shorter brow, despite me literally telling her to stop. That's right, she straight up ignored me telling her to stop over and over and just put the wax right on my face. Now I don't expect perfection whenever I get my eyebrows waxed but I at least could've avoided this whole mess if that rude ass girl had paid any attention to me telling her to stop. They were bad before but now they're just terrible. Like I'm literally in my car bawling my eyes out because my eyebrows are gonna be ugly for weeks, that is if they grow back at all (never had so much of my brows taken off! Funny because I literally told her "I don't want a lot off I just want them shaped). I have no earthly idea why they let that stupid girl anywhere near people's faces. She didn't listen to a single thing I said, not when I told her the shape I wanted, not when I told her she had fucked up, and especially not when I was telling her she was getting ready to fuck it up even more. The woman I had spoken to, told a worker (who had just placed his client's feet into wax), "Tell her to come out and wait on him." The lethargic woman graced me with her presence. I showed her my gift certificate. I told her, "whatever this get's me." Toward the end, I had to ask her to dry between my toes. She dried most of them. We went to the cash register. With a straight face she told me "It's five dollars more." I paid her the $5 extra and gave her a tip, because my wife made me promise I would. Went here on Friday and its Monday, one my nails is already broken! This is my second set from there and the first one lasted fine. But the customer service here sucks BAD! They kept bouncing me from tech to tech to finish my set and it ended up taking up an hour and a half just to give me a simple set with a simple design.
