The professional representative was eager to help with anything and ensured a free diagnostic.. I totally understand the need to charge for more in depth diagnostics. I am appreciative for your honesty. I hope it won't be a major fix but if it is I am prepared for the outcome and trust your knowledge and recommendations. I used you in the past but the location on McGlincy was out of the way. Now I am happy you are in the Downtown Campbell area . I will be happy to update my review after the diagnostic and even if I don't have it repaired I will work with you and hope to find a good laptop with all my specifications. Remember you should always have a phone number of a reputable repair shop that has remote service available. Patrick called me and said it would be $200 for advanced diagnostics and he suggested to go along with it rather than buying a new laptop. This is always a good question to ask is it worth fixing?

I really do not want to treat electronics like they are disposable so I searched for a local repair on yelp and found ClickAway. Pros: They responded to my query right away (I sent my request after close and they got back to me asap the following day) They were polite and professional and asked me to bring it in for a free diagnostic so they could see exactly what it needed and if they could fix it. They had a 24 hour turn around, which they stuck to. Cons: They were not able to fix it, because Nintendo just isn't making the part available. (not taking a star off for that, cause that's on Nintendo) The ADA spot in the lot is on the the opposite side of the building from the entrance, The only reason I am not taking a star off for that is the way the closest spots are aligned in a steep stagger, it still leaves room to wrangle mobility aids in and out of the vehicle. It would be nice if one of them was reserved for ADA, because the building is long and the walk from the ADA spot to the front door is a bit of a haul if you are walker-ing or walking with a cane. Over all the crew was really professional and helpful, and I plan on taking my other tech issues to them in the future. HIGHLY recommend them. One tip though, Google Maps is not giving accurate instructions (at the time of this review) on how to get to them. They are going to try and make you make the world's dumbest u-turn, so for reference, it's across latimer from the KFC on winchester, and the lot entrance is to the left of the building as you face it from winchester, it's small and easy to miss, so be careful.

I could not do the Factory Reset for my cellphone. It is fixed now. I tried different times. I…read morespoke with the customer service in Samsung. Samsung was very patient and walked me through the steps many times giving enough time, i.e. enough seconds, increasing the seconds before going to the next steps. After very long time ( I could find out the exact time for "Factory Reset" over the chat session.) Finally, he gave the address to go and get factory reset done. I gave 3 stars, because it is costly and my phone was under Samsung warranty. But I was told that "factory reset' is not under warranty, which does not make any sense to me. The receptionist recommended becoming a member with an option of cancelling the membership. My phone was "Factory reset. 2) I went again and asked for another software repair which needed more fee. I wanted to try it on my own before paying and brought the phone with me. Yes. It is costly. This is the first time that I went to a shop to repair a device. I have few more devices, which require additional tools which I do not have and do not want to shop around to purchase to repair them. I am waiting for 30 more days to take my devices to the shop to ask them to repair. I will update about the repair and cost once it is done.
