My daughter is obsessed with strawberry Dubai cups. So , we had to go here and try one. She enjoyed it, but notes the strawberry chunks are too big in the cup, if they could be cut up a bit smaller. Very cute inside and love the big couches to sit on. Great place to bring the family after dinner to splurge on an incredible dessert. Free Parking available. Cons: straw is too tiny to drink my strawberry juice, I had to pour it into my mouth. That was not appealing. Please invest in fatter straws for your chunky drinks offered.

The desserts are super good but sometimes the employees are racist and pick and choose who they like the most to get served first which is annoying but there's nothing you can do but either way their Dubai cup is good

Yelp recently hosted an event here, but sadly, I was not on the guest list. I was, however, the esteemed guest of my husband! Lol. We arrived and I was immediately impressed, visually, by the beautiful atmosphere that they've curated. Through the glass garage door storefront, you are greeted by interesting light fixtures, eye- catching red chairs, large booths, rotating digital images of the delectable chocolate offerings, and flowing fountains of white, milk and dark chocolate. We entered and the smell of sweet confections filled the air. I left my husband at the counter to order and grabbed a table for us in the corner nearest to the garage door. We later discussed how, during the Summer, it will be so nice if/when they open that door up to the outside air. You order at the counter, and then they bring it out to your table. My husband returned with a big glass bottle of cold water (and some of the flimsiest plastic cups that I've ever held). The water was a nice, and necessary, touch. The dishes are rich! They are rich in the best way possible, though. The event provided a complimentary crepe with your choice of fruit, and a cookie skillet with ice cream. My husband couldn't decide on which fruit(s) to get, so the employee just told him that they'd hook it up for us. The crepe came out, and it was so beautiful...it was almost too pretty to eat! They provided us with an array of fruit to accompany it; bananas, strawberries, pineapples, and kiwi. The addition of the fruit really helped to cut through the richness of the chocolate. The crepe was the perfect, delicate vehicle for all of it! I probably ate about a 1/3 of it, and tried so save room for the cookie. I'm not a real "sweets" eater, but everything here just looks so good! The cookie skillet came out warm, gooey, and with its own generous drizzling of chocolate under a scoop of ice cream (& whipped cream if my memory serves me correctly). The cookie by itself was really delicious. In the future, I will omit the addition of chocolate sauce. It really didn't need it. I look forward to another fun dessert date with my hubby at this really SWEET lounge! P.S. All of the portion sizes that I saw were shareable. Bae and I could've shared either one of those desserts and been good. I also saw a woman sharing a sweet treat with her two children, and several other patrons were sharing. We all know that sharing means caring!

Came here for the Yelp event last week and I'm Back already! This time I am trying the lotus milkshake and the chocolate covered strawberries. The service was fast and friendly! The lotus milkshake is so good! It's kind of rich but it's yummy. The chocolate here is amazing and the chocolate covered strawberries did not disappoint. What a great decadent dessert spot!

I had the best time at Melt and Dip; it's truly a dessert lover's paradise. Initially the service felt a bit rushed, I expected more conversation about the menu and their popular picks. The desserts were on another level, beautifully presented, rich, and honestly unforgettable. The warm skillet dessert with chocolate swirls and melting ice cream was heavenly, the crepes were draped in gorgeous layers of chocolate, and sampling the gelato added such a playful touch. The coffee was smooth and paired perfectly with all that sweetness. The space feels fun and inviting, the kind of place that makes you excited before you even order. Even with the quick start, the ambience and the tastefulness and quality of the items made the visit feel like a real treat. Melt and Dip delivered a delicious, memorable experience, and I will absolutely go back!

Have a sweet tooth? Check this gem out on the north side of Indianapolis, located in Fishers conveniently near the interstate for easy access. They have plenty of parking spots right out front, which makes stopping in really easy. The service was genuinely friendly from the moment I walked in. The space is beautiful, featuring three chocolate towers (milk, white, and dark) that are mesmerizing to look at. I was checking out the gelato selection and wondering which flavor was the most popular so I asked one of the workers, and he kindly offered me a sample of Mr. Lotus, explaining that it's their top seller. One taste and I understood why--it was delicious! I ended up getting one scoop in a cup (they offer both cups and cones), and the price was around $5-6. One scoop was plenty for me--super creamy, rich, and extremely satisfying. The inside atmosphere is also a big win. The seating is cozy and comfortable, with both chairs and booth options that make it easy to relax and enjoy your dessert. I chose to sit in a booth to enjoy my gelato and noticed real plants behind me--such a nice touch, and it definitely elevated the vibe for me, I love plants! They also have two gender-neutral restrooms, and both were clean and well-maintained during my visit, which I always appreciate. Overall, Melt n Dip delivered great service, amazing gelato, and a cozy, aesthetically pleasing environment. Highly recommend trying the Mr. Lotus flavor gelato!

My daughter & I stopped by this evening, we tried the eclair pyramid, hot Carmel macchiato, and the apple drink. All were very delicious. The staff were great at suggesting different things. It's very comfortable inside with nice chairs and couches. Definitely a great desert spot if you have a sweet tooth! This was our first time, But we will be back.

While we citizens of Central Indiana were experiencing our first substantial snowfall of the season, I was determined NOT to let a little media hype (and actual slippery roads ) keep me from fulfilling my duties as a loyal Yelp! Elite...Besides, I was on my way to a place called Melt-N-Dip, and there was NO way I was NOT going to Get Lost in WHATEVER that meant! After driving over the fresh snowfall and navigating around drivers who forget how to drive after each snow event (no matter how small), I eventually arrived at my destination to also #find the first snowman of the season - made right outside the front door of the evening's INtertainment. He was a snowman who got covered in snow (how ironic!), but I gave him back his sight (at least for a while). I parted ways with the snowman and walked through the open door of Melt n Dip (Fishers). My eyes immediately fixated on 3 giant chocolate fountains (white to dark) that were begging me to run my fingers through them, lick off the decadent goodness, then do it again. But I stayed strong; strong until not 1 but 2 dishes holding beautiful pieces of edible art were placed in fromt of me. And then things got messy! This is a great place to take someone to treat them for their birthday or special occasion. The chocolate is very rich. I had the chocolate and strawberries and as well as the screw with fruits, chocolate and marshmallows. They're very busy so you'll get a beeper to let you know when your order is ready or if you're dining and they will bring it straight to your table. Because they're so popular the ambience can be very noisy at times. But it's well worth it.

This is literally the best place for your chocolate craving! My daughter treated me to Melt n' Dip after church and we had such a great time. The wait time wasn't long & it's a very chill vibe so it was perfect for us to have some time to chat. I had the brownie a la mode & she had the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries cup. She ate the whole thing smh lol. I couldn't finish mine but I really wanted to. The brownie was warm & the strawberries helped balance the richness from the chocolate. The gelato was also creamy & flavorful. I'll be back for sure!

I had came here and decided to get some ice cream. The cashier had let me try the different ice cream out before I decided on flavor because there were two I couldn't decide on which one I really wanted. I settled on the strawberry cheesecake which was really delicious. The price was okay but the ice cream was rich since it's gelato which is really good. The inside of the restaurant was really nice and they played some good instrumental music in there. It was very warm and welcoming. I will be coming back here again. They have a lot of delicious looking items here. Especially if you are a chocolate or gelato lover.

This place has it all, from gelato to crepes to Dubai chocolate and even chai tea and coffee. I need to go back because everything sounds amazing. The portions are significantly big and you can totally share some crepes with another person. The young man at the register was polite abr answered all my questions about differences and such. It wasn't busy but it was a little late for lunch. They also have cookies that they make on the spot but it does take a little time to wait. It's worth it though!

This spot is a newer addition to our area and has a really nice style--perfect for a cozy date night. The brownie and chocolate were delicious, though I wish they had been served hot. It seemed like they were microwaved but didn't quite get warm enough. Overall, it's a little on the pricey side, but still worth checking out. read more

Back again (4 or 5th time?) -- so trying something new, we went with the Red Velvet Fettucinni - a red velvet flavor crepe with one scoop of vanilla gelato, topped with white chocolate. We were glad to try something new, but this one was not a favorite. The red velvet flavor didn't come through, just crepe flavor. It would have been a lot better with dark chocolate over it, not the white chocolate. The vanilla gellato, however, was very flavorful. What a yummy and unique concept to the northern indy/suburbs area! I love that they are open 3-11pm, making it the perfect dessert/late night hangout spot with friends. I don't even have a very big sweet tooth, but when I do, I want quality and that's what melt N dip brings! I would say the banana wrap was the biggest hit because the fruit really balances out the chocolate, however the gelato selection reaalllyyyy caught my eye! The pistachio milkshake is a joke. Its straight up milk. I don't taste any pistachios in it. Also, milkshake supposed to be thicker, THIS IS WATERY. I wonder if they just drizzle some pistachios butter on the side of the cup and pour milk in. read more

Excellent ice cream, very creative desserts and stays open late...but was a bit pricey. Women will just love this place! Stopped in after a nice dinner date and we got just ice cream cones but they were very creamy and rich, like the desserts in Europe. A great dessert experience: Clean, bright, and seems a magnet for young folk. Hope this business makes it. Hope one opens in Carmel. Will def try this place again. read more

Decided to beat the rush as this place would seemingly be very popular. They opened at noon and I was right there! Lol you gotta kinda have a feel of what you want before entering. I def looked up the menu and planned out things I wanted to try. I'm a visual person and the menu on the wall def would not have been helpful. They had lit opened when I pulled up so grace was given on time to get order. So glad I tried it and will be going again! Staff was nice, all was good. Overpriced for what we ordered. Employees are average and seemed like they didn't want to be there. Didn't think it was possible to have to much chocolate but it was an out for a crepe. Will return to try the gelato and shakes this summer. Really nice inside. Not a fan of the plastic forks. If you are spending that much on a plate, probably a good idea to have better utensils. Seemed out of place with the rest of the vibe. read more

This place is fantastic!! It is super clean and modern looking. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was GREAT! We got the Dubai chocolate crepe, and it did NOT disappoint. It was STUFFED with pistachio's, and the crunchy stuff. The chocolate was hot and creamy and the pistachio crème was perfect. The crepes here are insanely rich and mouth watering. I don't recommend the brownies but everything else is really good. I attached a photo of the Dubai chocolate crepe which is my favorite. The restaurant is quite big and stays open late so it's a great place to hang out with friends. Their food is fresh but is still quick and the people are very welcoming and nice. read more

Expect a wait- 30 minutes for us Avg Dessert Price $18 plus tax. They do have some for less but if you want a crepe thats what its going to be. Splitting between you and someone else is highly recommended. Our long wait was Only to get a very long hair in our chocolate, absolutely disgusting. Offered to make us another one and thats absolutely not an option at that point. Cant get our $ back for another 5-6 days which is crazy. I have given refunds via cc and its typically at max 2 days. I doubt will come back. read more

Fresh and Flavorful, we will definitely return...WITH FRIENDS! We shared the Belgian Waffle and the Fruit Stick. We loved every bite! The staff was great, and gave us time to look over the extensive menu and answered our questions! We went around 3pm on Labor Day, right after they had just opened. It took us a few minutes to pick our order because there were so many good options! I liked the seating and lighting. I got the My Passion fruit platter for one. It was a little lacking for the price. The other person I came with got the Melt N Dip waffle with strawberries and pineapple. Overall, the foods were great! We were able to go up to the counter and get a togo box. The water pitchers were a nice touch! read more

Perfect place for a little sweet treat when no one in the family can decide on one thing-lots of variety. Brownies are good and rich. Others got Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and a few crepe and ice cream things. I took a bite of everything ordered and no complaints. Dubai chocolate cup was the table favorite. I had a Jubani Coffee, which is a medium light roast coffee and coffee husks with cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. It was a burst of flavor and provided quite an enjoyable change of pace. The younger ones had two varieties of bagel bites, Classic Jalapeño and Olive. My wife and I split a Butter Cookie Kunafa, which was served in a generous portion and was wonderfully textured with terrific taste. Our bill was $59 including food, drink, tax and tip. Given the fare and the overall experience, I thought this was OK as a treat. I saw that this place is part of a chain of 30 shops that is based in Dearborn, MI. This is not far from our home in SE Michigan, so we will look for an opportunity to find another shop near us.

There seemed to be a little miscommunication with our waiter about the dressing for my salad, and that resulted in my salad missing some ingredients but he resolved it. But also of note, the menu listed a "avocado lime vinagrette" and the salad came with a guac that just looked like it was maybe left in the blender a second longer than it should have been. The burger was huge. We all agreed the food was "good" but we wouldn't add it to our list of must haves next time we are in town. The disappointment more came from things that hyped us up on the menu online and in store and then weren't actually the same. :(

Love this place! My fantastic friend works here, and her coworkers are very pleasant and give us a laugh when we come in on her days off. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent--friendly and attentive staff made for a great experience. However, I noticed that the tables weren't cleaned as thoroughly as expected.
