I expected a technician to show up at 10:30, so when they didn't show up, I decided to call them at 10:37. No answer. I proceeded to call them 3 more times over the next 30 minutes and still no answer. I left a voicemail, sent a text message, and even a Yelp message. It is currently 12:25 and I still have not heard back anything. I'm baffled that instead of keeping the 10:30 time set a week ago, they just decided to not show up at all. Inexcusable lack of communication and poor judgment to not keep the agreed upon time

I think the air conditioning wasn't working for about a week, but yesterday was the last straw. Father Adondee looked at me and said, "You'd better call someone." "Yes, Father!" I looked on my Yelp app for air conditioning repair and Jimmys AC Repair & Maintenance was the first business that popped up. This company had good reviews, so I called and they answered the phone right away. I told them that we were suffering and needed help. The receptionist said they would be there the next day... He stated that there's a flat fee of $250 plus tax to diagnose the unit. Okay... Thank you!!! Jimmy called before he came over. He was very professional and efficient. He introduced us to Jeff, his coworker that he was training. Cool! We showed them the unit. They opened the panel, and diagnosed the problem quickly! He explained everything well and understood that we would have to go through the Finance Council to approve a new air-conditioning unit. Jimmy understood that it would take time and that if we wanted to get other quotes and compare, other companies could be cheaper and that he's not the cheapest... but you get what you pay for... I decided to contact the installer because the time from on to AC blower actually working exceeded 5 mins. I contacted KW on Aug 4th and they slow rolled me until finally showing up to look at the unit on Aug 19. The technician left saying he contacted the manufacture (Rheem) and he would get back to me. Well today, Aug 20 my system is completely down. I called KW again and they said they would order an electrical board and fan motor. Overall service response time has been POOR and now I'm out of AC for who knows how many days until the parts arrive. If they would have simply responded to my request for service at the beginning of the month I would not be without AC.
