Couldn't tell you if that was true, but I did really enjoy the food. That says a lot, because I'm not the biggest fan of fajitas. I got their regular filet mignon fajitas, which was a huge meal already. It included a generous amount of sliced steak, sides of rice and refried black beans, flour tortillas, sour cream and cheese. The steak was on a bed of grilled onions, which attributed to more flavor. I ordered the steak medium rare, but I did find some pieces on the rarer side. This meal consisted of 3 grilled and crispy corn tortillas seasoned again with their special red colored magic dust. This meal also came with a cup of consommé for dipping. Another nice thing about eating here is the customer service. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The guy bussing the tables acted more like the owner than an employee with his helpfulness and the actual manager came out to check on us. Impressive for a counter service restaurant. They also give you a green salsa and a Chipotle salsa. For the size of the torta, I'd say that this was pretty good value.
