Very unprofessional. Menchies is a cute place to go with the family to get a good cup of yogurt and toppings. But It's under horrible management. I started working at this location and got fired for being sick (I had to walk home in the rain with no jacket) and trying to recover so I could get back in the game as soon as Possible. I was accused of not keeping in contact with the manager when I called in Sunday and it's Tuesday today. when I actually messaged them and got insulted as not being a very good person and then didn't get a reply to my most recent text message that was sent. I went in last Thursday to use my employee discount and it was so filthy like I never seen it before. The floors were covered in dirt, footprints and yogurt. I recommend this location to anyone if you're looking for a great treat but not if you're looking for work. You don't deserve that kind of disrespect from the management. read more

WOW.. we frequent this menchies every week, this may be the last time! First, when I dispensed vanilla into my other flavors it was mixed with chocolate and when I said something the people on duty said sorry, since Someone had used the swirl before me that's just how it was going to be. No offer to dump, no offer of discount nothing. Then when we go to pay mind you $20 worth of yogurt my husband gave them the cash and one of his bills was ripped a little, the employee handed it back and said he couldn't take it!!! WTH!!! Love this place! I'm not a big ice cream fan but I really like this place b/c they have enough toppings to make a non-ice cream eater love it! This place is great for that special reward for the kids. A tip from me to keep the bill down..help your kid with their portion. I never go on $5 Friday b/c I don't like to wait. You have patience and want to save go on Friday. Me, I will pay to get to sit and relax while I eat. Like any place on "deal" day expect it to be busy! The cups are large. I fill 4 cups around 1/2 full it usually runs me around $14 but its all about the weigh. The for you pile on the higher you bill but well worth it!! The customer service is not bad, but we saw a bug in our yogurt and I don't know if it came from one of the lamps and just fell off or from the snack bar because the snacks tasted pretty old. So not a bad place just check the snacks and don't sit under the lamps on the high tables. read more

I was actually pretty disappointed after coming here. The service is whatever. The workers just have those "I don't want to be here" attitudes. The flavors here are also pretty ok. Nothing special. I came here for the first time with my friends because they stay open late and we were craving froyo. I love tutti frutti's watermelon so I went for that here. Their watermelon is disgusting and it's a weird pink/brown color. So I went for cookies and cream and it tasted watered down. There wasn't really any flavor.. This is the best frozen yogurt ever! Ive been a huge fan of froyo for about 10 years & this is now my go to place. Favorite flavor of all time is Pink Lemonade. Ive never had anything quit like it before. Im also a fan of their cherry, origin tart, and the carrot orange flavors. So delicious. Getting to sample them first is amazing. Fresh fruit & incredible toppings. A++. Can you tell I reAlly like this place? Staff is welcoming & well trained. Sometimes we are those jerks who come 5 minutes til closing, yet weve never recieved anything but friendly service. They never give us grief. The owner should be proud of his/her place. Good store most the time. Until today, more of an experience in the store. Was there with my 3 young kids keeping cool on a warm day. Sat down. 2 teenager boys, joined by a 3rd sat at the table next to us. None of them eating there. Just sitting goofing off. All fine until they started cussing, which I let go. Then they started getting quite crude and I asked them to stop due to my kids being right there. He said fine. The girl working asked them to leave. They said its fine they will stop. I said it's not fine and one started to get loud and rude back to me. I then felt threatened and was ready to call cops. The girl asked them to leave again so they did. I'm pretty sure she knew them, or maybe friends with the owner. Regardless, this is a family place I will not feel comfortable bringing my kids there to sit down now read more

Trying to get in the manager stopped my wife asked her are you here for $5the friday she told him no but my son and husband r coming to. The manager told usthey have to wait in the line.
