The movers (Vincen, Mauricio, Amir and Mario) showed up on time - were polite, paid attention to detail and hustled all day - ensuring every box and all furniture were put in the right place! We ran out of space in the truck and arranged for Vincen & Emerson to move the rest of our belongings 2 days later. Again, timely, communicative and hardworking movers! We hope to not move again but if we ever have to this is the group we'd go with, without hesitation!

The entire process was easy from start to finish. Max and his team worked hard and handled everything smoothly. Even though we only had a one-bedroom apartment, the distance from our apartment door to the moving truck was long, and our townhome has two separate entrances on different streets, which made things more complicated. We still have storage units to empty, and I'll definitely be calling them again next week to get that scheduled. Highly recommend.

He quickly drew up papers and we were in business for my move 2 days later. The/his movers surprised me by being 15 minutes early when I know this industry is notorious for being behind. They were quick, efficient and communicative throughout loading and unloading. A move they thought would take ~3 hours took barely 1.5hrs! Nothing was damaged in the move and they even offered to help me put furniture together with the time leftover. Thank you John, Adrian, Sergio, and Vinny for taking the stress out of my move!

The crew showed up right on time with a 4-man team, and they were very professional the entire day. I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got. Overall, this was one of the least stressful moves I've had. I would definitely use TopCare Movers again, and my brother is already planning to use them for his move in May. Highly recommend.

the BEST moving experience ever! From the moment we called Travis we were given clear communication regarding setting up moving date and assessing what had to be moved. We moved to a temporary home while our current home is being remodeled, so everything had to go. Alan and Nick came the day before move day to pack the last minute rooms and kitchen. They provided boxes, packing paper and tape, were a pleasure to be around and packed everything with care. The next day Travis and his team arrived on time with two large trucks. They got started immediately and never really stopped at all. They split their teams between loading the truck, packing remaining items, and dissembling furniture. They were so sweet to my two young kids as well which I greatly appreciated. My daughter's favorite ladybug stuffed animal was packed away by accident and they went above and beyond to back into the truck to locate it. Any other movers would have just said sorry or rolled their eyes, but these guys did their best to make sure the experience went as smooth as possible for us and my kids. We had more items than was initially assessed so they made another trip back to the house which added on gas and time to the job, but Travis did so without issue. There were some boxes and furniture items that had to be moved to a different room than where they originally placed, but they moved them happily. I've had a fair share of poor moving experiences, but these guys truly made up for all that. I ordered them pizza and drinks because I was just so appreciative and thankful for their hard work and care. Moving is hard, and these guys gave everything to make it smooth. Everything was packed safely and beautifully organized. We will be moving back to our remodeled home hopefully before the end of the year, so we will 100% be calling Travis again to schedule that. I will recommend this company to anyone needing to move, especially if you have a lot of items and children. Thank you guys! You were truly the best! Looking forward to working with you again soon. I had a fantastic experience working with Mercy Movers, specifically Max and his team--Abo and Adilet. I reached out needing movers same-day, and they pulled through with incredible responsiveness, arranging for the team to come out right away. From the moment they arrived, they were punctual, professionally dressed, and immediately demonstrated their expertise. Their efficiency and care in both packing and unpacking was impressive. We had concerns about fitting everything into a storage unit, but Max and his team made it happen--with room to spare--thanks to their smart planning and precision. We had an excellent experience with this moving team. Mike, John, Victor, and Abo were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and immediately got to work. What really surprised us was how fast and efficient they were. We had about 3-4 rooms worth of furniture and boxes, and they managed to load everything in just about two and a half hours. It was impressive to watch how organized and coordinated the whole process was. They were also incredibly kind and accommodating the entire time. We had a few delicate paintings that we were nervous about moving, but they handled them with great care and made sure everything was protected. They also disassembled and reassembled our bed smoothly without any issues, which made the whole move feel much easier and less stressful. Overall, we're extremely pleased with their work. Mercy Movers moved me and my daughter from San Juan Capistrano all the way up to Mammoth Lakes, California. Travis and his professional team of movers were extremely professional, dedicated, hardworking and affordable. They spent an entire day safely packing and securing our entire house into their moving truck and made the trek up to Mammoth Lakes bright and early the next morning. When they got to our new house they unpacked everything and even set up our living room, kitchen and bedroom furniture. It was such a tremendous blessing to walk into our new house and see the majority of our furniture back in it's proper place. They were also kind enough to unload everything that needed to go into a storage unit for us as well. Nick, Andrew, and Wyatt were wonderful! This was our 17th move in 25 years. We've had a lot of moving experience, and Mercy Movers were the best we've worked with! They may not be the least expensive, but they are the most professional. Their pricing is very reasonable (In fact, after they were done we thought they were actually a bargain!) Everyone was polite, clean, efficient, and talented! Travis was a big help to us, even before we hired them. I've had moving questions in the past and he is honest, helpful, and very quick to respond. On moving day, we were certain they wouldn't be able to handle everything we had to load, but they must be miracle workers, because they did! The Mercy movers moved me twice. I have never seen such hard workers and so efficient! They were very professional and did their job well. All while wearing a smile and cracking jokes, making my moving so much fun! I sure don't want to move for a while but if need be I would be calling them again. Not to mention way more affordable than any other company. The whole team was so kind and compassionate. They sure live up to their name. Thank you again guys!!! You are amazing!!! (That's why my husband told me to give them a generous tip.) He was very impressed by them. We had just witnessed the movers at his aunts house, slower than molasses in the winter time. Travis from Mercy movers and his crew were exceptional. They arrived on time, actually 15 minutes early (bonus points) and were very thorough throughout my move. I moved from a two bedroom condo into a single-family home both with stairs. Travis and his crew were especially careful moving heavy items and made it a point to be extra careful to not scratch walls during the tight corners of the home. This our my second time using Mercy Movers, and they are excellent! Rob coordinated the move and was great to work with (I had to reschedule a couple time and it was no problem). Max and Victor did an amazing job with our move -- they treated all things with care, and wrapped everything that wasn't boxed with cellophane and blankets. I'm so happy the (giant!) fiddle leaf fig made the move happy and unruffled. And, they did all this with speed and efficiency, despite a seriously hot day and many(!) stairs (3 flights at the move out end, 2 flights at the move in end) -- seriously couldn't be happier! read more

WHAT A SERVICE! I needed couple of extra hands to move out a sectional sofa and bring in a heavy treadmill. Based on excellent reviews, I called Mercy Movers and they showed to my door LESS THAN HALF HOUR. Two guys looked at what needed to be done and handled it with ease. I highly reccomend Travis Kratsch and Mercy Movers for any type of moving. I recently sold my Three Story Town Home. Escrow changed and we were in a crunch for time. I got one skilled mover and one that seems to have trouble figuring out how to move a dolly up and down a truck ramp. The communication with the phone coordinator was great for scheduling the week of. You have to make a deposit online, cash discount. My movers charged me correctly for the time, but it could've probably been done in an hour less with more efficient movers. Problem with the industry in itself is that movers are paid by the hour instead of the job itself. I do recommend this company, but these aren't the best movers I've used.
