Michael ran diagnostics, discovered it was a memory problem, ordered and replaced the memory, then after it booted up, discovered an operating system problem. I took it to Apple the next day and they recommended buying a new laptop since the cost of repair would be almost the same price. This process would wipe the data clean which I hadn't backed up. They told me I could send it out to have the data recovered through their trusted third party companies. When I called that company, they quoted me anywhere from 800 to 4k for the job. Being thin on options, I googled Macbook repair and this business came up (I made sure to check all the reviews). The communication was one of the best I've experienced. I sent it in and they repaired it in 2-3 days with everything there, it was as if the laptop was never damaged. All the data was kept and everything works perfectly. Not to mention the cost was 1/5 the price of what I would've had to otherwise pay through Apple. When I came to collect the laptop and pay, the technician greeted me at the door and shook my hand telling me everything he did. These people are seriously the most kindest individuals and will give you the best service. I would very much go back to them again.
