Went today, 4/8/2026 There were a couple of people walking in and out who look like they were working on construction (plumbing or electrical or...) and it was a bit warm inside. Perhaps grand opening hiccups? The orange chair in the waiting room is super uncomfortable so be aware if you are early like i was and had to sit in that chair. Everyone was friendly and offered water and snacks. The reason for the less star was the fact that no product was offered after washing my face for the skin analysis, not even sun screen. I asked and they said that they just opened and don't have it yet. So if you plan to do skin analysis, they will ask you to wash your face but bring your own product! I wanted to do the aqua all in one facial but they did not have anything available that day. She also said they didn't have sunscreen to apply after the facial. That's annoying since I don't want to walk out expose to the sun with spf! I did end up doing the meso toxic, which is what my original appointment was for. read more

Everyone here is professional and courteous. Trying something new can sometimes feel a bit awkward, but the team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable! One of the best medspas I have been to. It is huge, they had multiple rooms for different treatments. Neo was super professional and made sure to address all my questions and concerns.
