From my very first visit, I was greeted by receptionists with warm smiles who made me feel completely at ease. Since the clinic recently opened, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. They even offered drinks and snacks and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. Later on, the Treatment Coordinator, Juyeon W., led me to a consultation room for our talk. Her manner felt warm right away and not rushed at all. Talking through what my treatment involved took time, but she made sure to explain everything clearly. Side effects came up next; she didn't downplay them, just laid out what might happen. She also walked me through the app features, which made it easy to manage appointments and stay informed moving forward. On my second visit, Juyeon followed up with me to check how I was doing, whether I had any concerns, and if there was anything else I needed. I really appreciated her attentiveness and care. I don't know if you can pick your own Treatment Coordinator, but I highly recommend Juyeon W. She makes sure to help you calm your nerves and be comfortable. read more

When I walked into the spa, it already felt welcoming and inviting. I made my appointment online pretty quickly for a consultation first before selecting any treatment plans. Which the consultation consists of a detailed technical scan of your face. I was surprised the machine caught many of my preforming wrinkles and deep pore holes that you can't see in the mirror. I decided to purchase the 3 session SylfirmX RF micro needling which was accumulated to $766 per session. After that I was taken into a nice single room for the numbing prep with Sylvia she was amazing and really got the numbing down. Make sure you don't use any retinol before. I later proceeded with Sylfirm microneedling. Nurse Bri was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Over all it was a 10/10 first time experience with skin treatment here. I will definitely book next time for a facial. read more
