I worked with Alex and he was great... let me take my car home and kept the car I drove to lot with overnight- he went out of his way to meet me on a Sunday to close the deal and pick up my car. Family business and genuinely worked with me a customer. Fees for TTL were very reasonable and saves me hassle of the titling.

While that may sometimes be true, the constant changes in financing options and sales strategies became overwhelming and confusing. Thankfully, I took time to think through the decision instead of signing immediately. After leaving the dealership, I received numerous calls and messages from multiple phone numbers, and I was even contacted personally through Facebook by another salesperson. I understand dealerships follow up with potential customers, but the amount of contact felt excessive and made me uncomfortable. I believe customers should feel informed and supported when making such a major financial decision, not pressured into one. Finalizing the documentating was completed the same day with a plesant lady named Monica. I was given instructions on completing the documentation and on where to deliver the car (40 miles away) and made an appointment for delivery on 3/11/26. When I arrived there the man who did the intake inspection was nice to work with and he already had the $19,750 check in hand. That took around 20 minutes then they paid for an Uber Chevy Suburban to drive me home. Three pain free days and $19,750 from start to finish was an outstanding experiance and givemethevin.com is a very honest and classy operation. I recommend them to anyone.
