I came here on a Monday night with a small group reservation at 6:00pm and had an amazing time. The ambiance is so dreamy/chic as well as intimate. We were sat in the back tables, tucked away for a fun girls dinner! For drinks we got the Frenzy bottle which was a crisp and delicious Sauvignon blanc. The sushi and was absolutely spectacular. We got the Salmon Tataki -- very fresh but missing some flavor! Hamachi Nigiri-- spectacular flavor with a strong zest. Kampachi Nigiri-- DELICIOUS and melt in your mouth. I will be back for this!! Spicy tuna Osaka box roll-- absolutely beautiful presentation and so fresh. Negi Salmon roll-- SO UNIQUE and amazing!! I will be back for this one too!! Overall I loved my first time at MF! Paid public parking deck is just steps away from the entrance.

My husband made reservations for my birthday and I looked at all the recommendations from my fellow Yelpers. We are ordered the fried calamari and baked scallops for appetizers which were delicious. We ordered three sushi rolls initially, the toro roll, crunchy roll, and beef wagyu roll. They were all tasty. Then we added a fourth roll, the shrimp tempura roll. My son told me that it was the best sushi he has had and ruined all other places for him. I even received a complimentary mochi and fresh fruit plate for my birthday which was an extra special touch! What a delightful cozy restaurant to celebrate a milestone! Thank you for the lovely attentive service!

If you're looking to treat yourself to some delicious sushi, consider checking out MF Sushi. Located in Inman Park, MF ("Magic Fingers") takes its name from Chef Chris Kinjo's well-earned nickname. Their signature nigiri is what they're best known for, and it never disappoints. Fresh wasabi, terrific sakes, and knowledgeable servers only elevate the experience!

Randomly found this place and such a great find! Food was fantastic and fresh. Classy and upscale, I'd come here for a date! We had several rolls and hot green tea, the best. They also open late and great service. Our waitress was attentive and courteous. We'd be back here whenever in town! Fantastic sushi!!

Came here on a Tuesday night for a fun going-away dinner and was seriously impressed! The food and drinks were incredible -- the Baked Lobster Tempura is a must and the crab tempura roll was so good I'm still thinking about it days later. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a cool open kitchen area where you can watch the chefs in action. Service was good, and parking was super easy -- just around the corner. Definitely planning to come back. I have a feeling this might become my favorite sushi spot in Atlanta!

MF Sushi is a beautiful restaurant that offers not only sushi but other Japanese inspired dishes. I was in the mood for sushi and MF Sushi delivered. If you are just in the mood for sushi this may not be your place however if you are looking a complete experience this is your place, but it is not inexpensive.

I love MF Sushi!! I'm a frequent customer here, and they nail it every time. The food is delicious, the ambiance is intimate and classy, and the service is always great. I highly recommend the shrimp tempura and eel roll, it is my absolute favorite! The spicy tuna roll and yellowtail roll is also good, and I love the Geisha cocktail drink. I've also tried the lychee cocktail and can't remember the name but there was one with champagne and berries, both of which I also recommend. The lychee cocktail did have a stronger alcohol flavor, while the other two are on the sweeter side. MF Sushi is always a 10/10 for me, and I definitely will be coming back again!!

The way I wish I could have kept eating here. I was with a group of people so unsure of the apps we ordered, but hey we're all super good - the one I remembered the most was the truffle salmon - so good. I ordered the Benton box style spicy tuna and it was easy to eat and the perfect amount of spice. I ordered green tea, and the staff was amazing it never letting it get room temperature. Would definitely eat this location again as the staff were great, the evening ambiance was truly nice.

Amazing sushi!! So fresh and delicious! I got the Kampachi, Sake, and O-Toro nigiri! Also got the Miso soup with mushrooms

A sushi lover's dream! Such a cute, modern, vibey place to eat some amazing sushi! Had a dinner date here after doing a sake tasting at The Vine Club and this was one of the best food decisions I've made! Absolutely loved all our nigiri choices. The lobster box was phenomenal! Everything tasted fresh. I loved the muddled champagne cocktail! Will be adding this to my list of regular sushi options! Service has been great both times I've been.

I always love coming here bc this is the firat place where I've tried raw sushi and actually loved it. All the fish is fresh and the flavors are so good & melt in your mouth. The restaurant itself is a little small so for HUGE parties it can be uncomfortable. But I do have a bias towards this place because of the lovely introduction to raw fish but the service is attentive and the food is delicious. Parking can be a little confusing and there's a parking garage right by the restaurant but you can get turned around pretty easily but other than that, I recommend coming here ! It is a little pricey but I'm willing to pay more for fish that won't make me sick :)

I really enjoyed the food!! Sooo fresh & yummy! Service was awesome! Ambiance was definitely a vibe, my only issue would have been the space in between one another's table .. way too close i can actually hear the other folks conversation .. I'm still going to make this a sushi place worth a stop!

Wow!! I've been to MF sushi before in Houston Tx so when i saw they had one here in ATL we went to try it. AMAZING!! Service was great, sitting at the bar but the server was very attentive. Chill ambiance, casual, not too loud. 100% recommended. We'll be back soon

I wasn't sure how all the flavors would come together, but everything surprisingly worked so well. Next, I ordered the Langoustine Roll with pressed rice. At first, I didn't think I was going to like it, but it ended up being sooo flavorful and incredibly easy to eat. If you have a smaller mouth like me, you don't have to worry about making a mess because the sushi was so soft and practically melted with every bite. Of course, I had to order their Casanova Roll since it's what they're best known for, and it definitely did not disappoint! It was on the sweeter side with plenty of sauce, which was perfect for my palate. Now onto the Miso Steak. I ordered it medium, but some bites toward the end were more well done. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either, so I personally wouldn't recommend it. Overall, I had a great experience here, but I do think the food is overpriced. Also, be prepared to squint a little at the menu because it is very dark inside!

Law of supply and demand. But given the elevation in quality of life this establishment has provided me with across the years, I feel I owe them some good marketing through a review. If there was a sushi coefficient of freshness, quality, quantity, and cost, this place wins everyday. C= (Fr*Q*q*c) Fr: 9 Q: 8 q: 10 c: 10 C(Yokohama)= 7200 Don't get me wrong - the competition is fierce for delicious sushi (Fudo, MF sushi, Nobu, all the Omakase scenarios popping up in town). What this means is the cost (c) is way too high, giving it a low 1-5 in the equation. Also, quantity (q) is low, about 4-6. So, the resulting coefficient is very low overall. From my understanding, the fish here only comes from Japan, so it's good stuff - and they really load up the rolls (a lot of the time), and they have this deal on weekend for special rolls (25% off I think). So you do get the quality, quantity, and decent price (about $12-15 per specialty roll). The regular rolls are good too, and loaded with fish. E.g. spicy salmon/tuna. So, if you're looking to go crazy on some good sushi without restraint and without breaking the bank completely, this is your spot. family owned I believe, very nice and efficient service. Cozy/casual, not too fancy, but feels comfortable to dine in. No delivery unfortunately on any app, but that makes quality control better IMO. Thank you for your attention to this manner.

What a great deal - my friends and I decided to check it out and we had a great dinner. Servers were attentive and the food came out in a timely manner. I ordered the Samurai Roll, as well as the Chicken Karaage appetizer. The chicken was sooo good - perfectly, lightly fried with sauce to dip. Tender and flavorful! The Samurai Roll was substantial and I appreciate the generosity of the roll. It was topped with salmon, and usually when rolls are topped with fish, it's usually a pretty thin slice of fish, but these slices of salmon were quite thick in my opinion. The pieces of sushi themselves are also fairly thick - it was a big bite for me to eat each piece in one. I made a reservation in advance and the staff already had my table ready even though I was a little early. The table was already dressed with menus, chopsticks, and some small plates/sauce dishes. Love it when restaurants are on top of it!

The staff was very attentive as well, coming by often to check on us, clean the table between courses, and replenish water. For drinks, I got the Blooming Bokuso-chi which was very strawberry and floral forward and delicious. My friends got the lychee martini which was definitely strong. We loved all their gin-based drinks. For food, we got edamame, scallion pancake, crispy tofu and a croissant with mapo tofu for starters. The edamame was classic, the scallion pancake was SO delicious and the croissant was delightlfully light and fluffy. The mapo tofu was interesting but very similar to a hummus and great to dip our breads in. The crispy tofu took a while to arrive and honestly wasn't the most flavorful so I'd skip. We also got a few rolls: the yellowtail Jalapeno, aburi spicy tuna, black pepper wagyu, and negitoro ikura. All the rolls were great, but the spicy tuna was the fan favorite, with so much herby flavor and an interesting sauce. The wagyu was juicy and the yellowtail had a good kick. The negitoro had roe on top which was a fun texture but I'd try that as a hand roll instead the next time. It was also super fun to brush soy sauce onto all our rolls! We finished out with the espresso martini soft serve, cinnamon mocha cruffin, and the sizzling matcha for dessert. Everything was SO delicious, and we loved the table side experience of the sizzling matcha.
