They sent Alex to my house, and he was right on time. Friendly, informative, Alex got right down to business cleaning my very clogged vent. He also showed me pictures of the inside of the duct connecting the vent to the outside of my house, and he speculated that the last company to "clean" the vent broke the duct (he showed me the defect before he began the task of cleaning the vent/duct. We needed our Dryer vent cleaned ASAP as the dryers LCD displayed stern warning. The final price was mostly in the dark and if quoted, they went upwards of 400 dollars.
