Well, here I am again, a lil over 2 yrs., with another review. This time I needed the screw on my toilet tank replaced. It was old, rusted & just fell out from the bottom of the tank & ON THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING...smh! I knew calling my home warranty would be a waste of time (which it was) with it being the day before a holiday...so I went right to what I knew would be the best move, again. Sewer line was backed up, my toilets weren't flushing and some sewage was going into one of the showers. (GROSS). In another shower the water was above my ankles. I texted Miguel at 7am he texted back at 9 scheduled to be here at 1pm, showed up an hour early to my house and finished hydro jetting in about an hour! Miguel came to the rescue a few years ago when we were purchasing our house and needed the sewer lines scoped. He was able to get the job done for a fraction of the price another company quoted us and without a whole bunch of unnecessary extra services the other company claimed were required for the scope. I am a young single female and often have issues with companies trying to take advantage of me. My plumbing recently went out and my old plumbing service had moved cities. I called several companies that gave me a "Free Quote," and came by my house. Many of them tried to offer me services I didn't need at outrageous prices. When you don't make a lot of money and can't take a shower or use the bathroom in your own home it's maddening to have to deal with these kinds of companies because they caused me a great deal of stress, anxiety, wasted time, and even sadness. When I came across an AD for, "MG Drain Cleaning Services," on a random google search I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that I didn't believe Miguel's prices and didn't believe he would take care of me. However, I took a chance anyway. I figured I'd be searching a while for a good person/company anyway. However, MG Drain Cleaning Services ended what I thought would be a long LONG search for a solid plumbing company and created what will be a life long business relationship instead. He communicated clearly and efficiently with me through text and arrived to my home on time and ready to work. Each company I tried to work with never found the main clear out to my home and he found it in ten minutes. My mind was blown! I had just gotten a shipment of jewelry and I stayed in my room trying on new things. Meanwhile, I let Miguel go in and out of my home to work on jetting my plumbing. As a single female, that should speak volumes as to how safe I felt with him. When he was done, he did a better job than ANYONE I'd ever worked with in the 8 years living at my home. My plumbing is running SO smooth now and he gave me an honest and thorough review of my over all system, problems I could face in the future, and things I could work on.
