My main issue isn't even the mistake itself. It's the amount of time lost. Time is money, but more importantly, time is a resource we can never get back. I basically lost close to an hour because the pickup process wasn't organized enough to make sure the right order went to the right person. I'll absolutely be back because the food is that good. I just hope they can tighten up the system for taking orders and handing them out. Amazing sandwiches, but the delivery and pickup process definitely needs some work.
