TLDR - One of the best massages from a family of 4 who constantly get massages around the world. There's a big language barrier and the space was worn down but that didn't bother us. They're located on floor 34 - Nice view but the elevator was a bit wonky. Employees will most likely ask you to cancel Groupon and to pay them upfront instead. At the end of the appointment, they most likely ask you to tip them more. Although it was a great massage, we all rate it 2 stars because we don't believe in bullying and putting people in uncomfortable situations. Local Review - I told my local friends about experience and they instantly knew the location of the massage business. Stating the building is known to be all under different business names but are actually one big one. They rotate the employees throughout the businesses so the bad reviews could be balanced out. We purchased two 90 minute couple massages on Groupon. I thought about cancelling my appointments because of all the negative reviews such as them bullying other customers to tip more than they wanted so I kind of knew what to expect when we got there. We accidentally got off on the wrong floor and two women immediately tried taking us in saying we booked an appointment with them even though the business names were different. We eventually found it and entered into a condo styled home and was told to immediately cancel the Groupon and to pay them instead. I asked if it would be for the same cost and then just told us to get ready for the massage. Youyou gave me a wonderful massage and my husband said his was amazing too. Even though the first interaction was uncomfortable we still tipped them 20% of what a full couple massage would have been (even though they were staring at our wallet the whole time). The next couple went the next day and the manager immediately told them numerous times that they shouldn't have booked with Groupon and need to pay them straight up next time. The couple loved their massages so they also paid 20% tip but since they're was a language barrier $20 additionally was added to the bill because they charged them $10 both to have oil put on them. read more

The back massage was not hard enough. I still felt my mild back tension after I left, since the masseuse failed to relieve any of it. The technique of the massage sucks- she massaged such random places that did not feel good. [For example, she did circles on the outside part of my shoulder blades which didn't feel right or pleasurable (and she completely missed the inside part that holds all the tension). ] I got a oil body massage with hot stones. The oil was almost pointless since she was just rubbing it around my body. I literally felt no massage. And yes, I asked her twice to go harder. She seemed like she understood at the time, but I'm not sure now because she did not change her pressure at all. It was surface-level rubbing at best. After the body massage she wiped down all the oil with a towel, but then she proceeded to massage my feet dry with no lotion/oil whatsoever. What? She added so much oil earlier when massaging my back but nothing for the feet? It felt so icky and dry. The hot stones were nice and the best part of the entire massage (which added my 2nd star to the review). Only because they are hard hot stones that provide more pressure than the masseuse. When she massaged my calves it wasn't bad, but overall I would not recommend. read more

The lady I got went too soft and it did not do much for loosening the knots on my back. They do have a beautiful view. If you would like a nice view I suggest booking a sunset massage.
