I was very disappointed when I took my Mercedes to repair a tire. The guy working my vehicle scratched/scuffed my rim in 2 different places and will not acknowledge responsibility. EDITING MY REVIEW..After waiting until 7 pm for my road assistance to come from Progressive Insurance, the manager of Miami Power wheels came outside after seeing my review and offered to change the tire at no cost...unfortunately got a flat tire on my way home from work right at the corner of Miami Power Wheels. Was told they could not change my tire until tomorrow. REALLY? I went to get my windows tinted here because I've heard that they were a good reliable business but unfortunately that's not what happened there was chemicals sprayed all over my interior which ended up staining my interior I went inside and spoke to who I'm assuming is the manager a heavier set guy whom was very rude telling me that there's nothing he can do so I asked to speak to his boss to try to figure this out because I just wanted my interior cleaned or fixed he then tells me that the boss isn't in and won't be back till next week so In a nutshell this business is very unprofessional and rude no idea how they're in business read more

Initially, I showed up last Saturday hoping to get new tint on my car. Jose greeted me upon entering and informed me that they were already full for the day and recommended I come back during the week. I took my chances on a Monday afternoon but Jose politely informed me again that it would be difficult to get to my car by the close of business. He then went out of his way and suggested that I drop it off in the morning and he will be sure to knock it out first thing when the doors open. Bought the lifetime warranty for my tints three years ago and never thought I would have to use it. I always buy warranty and never expect to use it. But after 3 years both my driver side window and passenger window started peeling off. I came back and they simply looked up my receipt and gave me an appointment time to bring my car in. I have been a customer of Power Wheels since 2007 and have known the owner for many years. They have done the tints for 13 cars in total for my family, have installed HID Lighting, Rims and Tires. To this day, I have never experienced any issues and when I've had to replace the tinting for whatever reason or have had issues with the balancing of the tires, it is done so with the same courteous customer service. So I came to this shop because of the good reviews it had even tho it's 20 miles from where I live. Man am I glad I went to Miami Power Wheels!!!! It was the absolute best experience I've ever had. The customer service was on point, the shop looks great and I'm in love with how my car came out! I was going to originally buy a wheel/tire set from American Muscle but for whatever reason they did not except my form of payment and I'm glad they didn't. I got exactly what I wanted from Miami Power Wheels at a better price, Velgen VMB5 staggered for my Blue 2013 Mustang 5.0 wrapped in Nittos. They even painted my calipers all in a timely manner. SEVEN HOURS FOR TINTS!!! NEVER GOING AGAIN! My friend and I went into this place recommended by a friend that his car got tinted with a good deal.We arrived at 12 pm and take in mind its a monday so we were expecting to be in and out in no time both cars tinted. We were told that by 3 pm we would have both cars done. The "manager" called Jose said that he had one car all around tints to do and another car to do just the front window.So we left the first car at the power wheels and left on the other car to run errands while the first was supposed to be getting completed. They got both our phone numbers and our friends that recommended us so they can call us and let us know when it was done. Two hours later comes around and no calls so we go back to power wheels thinking the first car should be done by then.pull up to the place and the car was STILL UNTOUCHED! One of the employees was eating outside! Did they take a two hour break? He was honest and said in TWO MORE hours it was going to be ready! We live in dwntwn miami and this place is in CUBA especially on our only day off! He was honest and we said we were already there so well just wait the other two hours.two hours pass and they called saying the first car was complete. A total of 4 hours for 1 car tints! We go back in less than 10 minutes being just around the corner.already around 4:30, we see the car complete,go in to turn in the other car keys, and the receptionist says "i cant." He was trying to be funny so we just brushed it off.he asks what i was doing on the car and again he says "i cant"! I ask if it was a joke again and he said NO! I got serious and told him it was alrdy 4:30 and only one car was complete, when promised to have both by 3 pm! Gave them the extra time too then to tell me they cant! The manager stepped in and said it was going to get done. I dont know whether they thought it was ok and i would just come back another day. I was told two cars tinted today and thats what i was getting done.If they were honest about the timing from the beginning i wld hav jst gone somewhere else. I had three other options and chose the farthest one bcuz of the recommendation.just to say the manager apologized 20 times but still wld not admit that his timing is horrible and he probrably took advantage of the fact that we went away for a bit. Came here to have my stereo looked at in July 2015. They said they were gong to "rewire" my system. The only thing they rewired was my subwoofer to my radio so they could steal my amp. I didn't find this out until now, as I bought a new car. I went to take my amp out before selling my car and when I looked under the seat it was gone. Unfortunately, the radio wasn't working very well so I didn't look into it at that time. Middle finger to this business! read more

I usually don't write reviews but I am beyond upset and frustrated by the situation that I just had to. After being told to drop of my car first thing in the morning today (9:30am), taking the day off of work, having my friend take off of work to pick me up and wasting my whole day to have them tell me that they couldn't finish my car this very same day is not a proper way to do business. I had called at 1:50pm to get an update and they had not even started on my car, I asked them if my car would be done by the end of today and they had told me "It looks like it will be done". They called me back at 4:40pm to tell me that my car still hasn't been touched and that they will start on it within 20-25 minutes but that I would have had to pick up my car the next day which was very inconvenient for me. Was planning on buying a lot of products from them but at this point I don't think I am ever going back. read more

Had my tints done at Miami power wheels and had to go back because the job was done incorrectly. One window film needed to be replaced and instead of getting me in there between new tint jobs they made me wait over 3.5 hours just to replace one window that that Took 10 minutes. The tints were done terrible and a mess was left inside and outside the car. I will not be going back so stay away. if you need tints go somewhere else read more

After a great (And $1,200) stereo install a few years ago I gave this place another shot and after almost a week it was impossible to get a quick install scheduled for 3pm or later. Every call was met with a recommendation to call the next day or just drop the vehicle off in the morning. Almost a week later I decided to pick up the hi/low HID kit and find another shop for the install. When I picked up the kit they only gave me store credit of $40 for the install which means they sold me the kit at $180.00. Although it was the hi/low set... I let it go and expected for them to at least offer a refund the rest to my card since I took the actual product but nope. From there I went straight to another shop and was able to get the HID kit installed in 30 minutes. read more
