Legit a 4 star place here. The slices ain't cheap!! But you are in a resort I guess. Paying resort price. Ok well my 9 year old loves mushroom.... I risked it and got him a slice, it's mushroom truffle pizza. He didn't even leave me 1 bite. Daughter for the hot honey pepperoni... I asked and they say they don't drizzle the hot honey on it, rather they give you a small container of it on the side! Score! Service 5/5 Ambiance 4/5 for a food hall but it was fancy! It was good

(3.5/5) This may not be the best review to gander at since I'm writing from the perspective of someone who was tired, hungry, and exiting LIV club looking for sustenance. Miami Slice is the only place open at 3am in the Fountainebleau foodcourt. When we arrived in line, there were workers making fresh pizzas still. This made me excited for the pizza we were about to try. My friends ordered pepperoni and spicy vodka while I selected the mushroom truffle. All orders came with hot honey drizzled on top upon request. I liked that the pizza was thin and not too heavy. The truffle flavour was adequate and the hot honey on top made an amazing addition for sweet/savoury lovers. I tried a nibble of the pepperoni as well, but found it too salty. Each slice of pizza costed $10-$12 USD which is quite steep, but overall was worth it. The staff were also really nice and hard at work despite how late it was. We ended up going again the next day after the club. They also have Stella Artois on tap. Honestly, no complaints because this is way better than having regular fast food pizza at 3am.

Miami Slice is conveniently located inside the food court of Fontainebleau. I stopped by with a friend on a Saturday after a night of having fun and they were the only place still opened. I recalled actually watching a YouTube video where an influencer labeled Miami Slice as one of the "Best Pizza" in Las Vegas, and even though, their pizza was delicious, I wouldn't consider it to be "the best", but it was definitely good. I am a greasy pizza and wine kind of girl, but I ended up just ordering an IPA because their wine was extremely expensive. I understand I was in Vegas where everything is overpriced, but I would rather pay that amount to drink at a lounge downstairs inside the hotel vs a food court. Just my own opinion. Service was good and we got our orders promptly. No complaints there. :)

Located inside the Fontainebleau's Promenade Food Hall is Miami Slice. This casual eatery offers a variety of pizzas available by the slice or whole. Because I was limited to time, a few colleagues and I chose to get some food in the food court. I opted for Miami Slice because it looked the most popular. While I perused the display case of their pizzas, I honestly didn't feel it looked appetizing. I asked the lady working there if they would be giving a fresh slice. She said they put the slices back in the oven to crisp up. With some hesitation, I proceeded to make my pizza selection. I chose the Mushroom Truffle Pizza. They called me up just as soon as it had come out of the oven and I saw the gentleman layering on a generous drizzle of olive oil and a handful of grated Parmesan (Pecorino Romano, maybe?) cheese. The workers were really nice and when I brought the pizza back to my seat, it was still piping hot. I quickly took a bite and - O.M.G. - it was delicious!! The pizza dough was thin yet it had a stretchy chew and crisp at the same time. The generous amount of mushrooms was really nice. And the overall flavor was right up my alley! It was delicious! Overall, I'd come back here again if I was back in the Fontainebleau. It's a nice alternative to the more expensive restaurants within the hotel, with a quality taste.

I stopped by Miami Slice to grab a pizza for our room. It was a Saturday and the day club had just gotten out, so there was a bit of a line, but it moved pretty quickly. They still took the time to make the pizza fresh, and the wait honestly wasn't long at all. We ordered a whole spicy vodka sausage pizza and really enjoyed it. The flavor was great and the slices were huge, so it ended up being more than enough for our group. This was a really solid option in the food court if you need to feed a few people without overthinking it. The workers were kind and helpful, and there were plenty of places to sit between the bar area and the food court seating.

Miami slice is the perfect late night bite. They are the only restaurant in the food court open late! We enjoyed the crispy crust and perfect amount of hot honey on the pepperoni, but all the slices were delicious. Sometimes there's a line but it loves quick!

Our first night in Vegas and checked in our suite at the Fontainebleau. This is a new hotel for me and was looking forward to trying out their food court for variety of options. We were in the mood for pizza and Miami Slice definitely delivered. We decided to get a whole pie of Pepperoni Proper which features pepperoni, hot honey and got the "all kicks added" which came with cheese and fresh basil. This was a killer combo which made the pizza refreshing and savory, I loved the option to add these at my leisure. They were more than happy to supply an amazing amount of pepper flakes. The service was super quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this place for awesome fresh pizza

Came to Miami Slice in the food court area of Fontainebleau on a Friday night and was surprised there wasn't a huge line. The pizza came out super fast which was nice when you're hungry and just want something quick. We got the pepperoni and the mushroom truffle slices. The pepperoni was really good and had great flavor, but I do wish it had a little more cheese on it. The mushroom truffle slice actually had more cheese and was super rich and savory. Honestly one of the best pizza spots in Las Vegas. This is my eighth time coming here with my family, and every single time it's been consistently great. The pizza is fresh, full of flavor, and you can tell they put real care into what they're making. It's not just your regular slice, it actually feels unique and high quality. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better, especially when you're coming with family. The place has a good vibe, quick service, and everything runs smoothly. For Vegas, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you're getting. Definitely worth it. I'll keep coming back every time I'm in town. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for really good pizza.

Miami Slice, oh how I used to love you. Several visits and far too many changes by management later, this place went from being a delightful, delicious experience to a mediocre flash in the pan. Sadly, much of their good staff left months ago, and the second wave of them left when the latest changes were made. The employees just don't have the same joy, managers are always lurking around and the energy feels heavy. But the falloff really comes with no more custom "all kicks" pizza, instead it's a pitiful DIY with 1/3 of the ingredients that used to go on the slice when you order All Kicks on a slice. Yet the price remained the same. I used to love the crust so much, but it's not the same anymore - my latest slice was burnt and inedible beyond the sauce area. Compare my old pics of the slices with the new one - it's sad. I'd still stop through for a quick slice, but the days of this being something special are long gone.

For a quick and casual meal, you can't go wrong with this pizza spot located in the Promenade Food Hall of the Fontainebleau Hotel. They are a popular eatery coming from Miami that serves up New York style pizza. When I visited there were 4 types of pizza available (margherita, pepperoni, spicy vodka sausage or mushroom truffle) and you could order whole pies or slices. It wasn't busy on a weekday around lunch time so thankfully I was able to walk right up and order. They have premade pizzas sitting in the window display and they'll warm them up if you buy by the slice. I got a slice of their Pepperoni Proper ($10) which is your standard pepperoni but with hot honey. As simple as it was, it tasted really good. The toppings were flavorful, but what really made it was the crust. It was thin and airy with a slight crispiness. The only thing missing was a side of ranch. Normally, I would say it's overpriced pizza but this is the Vegas strip and you're at the Fontainebleau. This is probably one of the cheapest meal options you'll find and it's actually good pizza.

Okay, I mean, yes, long lines, yes, extremely overpriced pizza, yes, small sizes.. but you guys, this place is a tasty treat. Very fresh and delicious pizza. Hipster, grab and go slices. So so good. Loved the La Salas pizza. Hot honey is a nice touch. Wish I had more slices. read more

Very tasty Pepperoni Proper pizza with generous slices. Hot honey was placed on the side so you could add it your way. I enjoyed it without the hot honey but my son thought it was a good addition. Expensive for a full pie- $43 buckaroos! But if you luck out with a food credit or get lucky on the slots, you won't miss a few bucks spent on a delicious pizza! You can always just grab a slice too. Service is always great at the Fontainebleau's "food court"- fast and friendly! read more

Went to checkout the new Fontainebleau Resort and in the meantime I knew I needed to checkout the food court. Came across Miami Slice and figure why not I heard they had amazing pizzas. I got the Pepperoni Proper. It was incredible, came out hot and the honey glaze they added to it was amazing. Plus the service was amazing. Love everything about Fontainebleau it feels like I'm in Miami but am in Vegas instead. Way to go Fontainebleau!!!! read more

I ordered 2 whole pepperoni pies to-go on 1/3/24 right when they opened at 1100. The girl at register was so nice filled with smile and same with the lady who handed me their menu when I got there and provided me plates when I received my order. I couldn't wait to try em so I had a slice before I left. I had ordered 2 whole pies that were delicious filled with my favorite pepperoni, crust is paper thin & crispy which I love and it also came with delicious spicy warm honey! I've never thought in my lifetime of eating a pie drizzled with warm honey, but omg it's actually very good! It complimented the saltiness of the pepperoni. It reminds me of eating chicken & waffles -- they both have the saltiness and sweetness that makes them taste good together lol. We stayed at the new Fontainebleau Hotel in Vegas for a quick getaway. We stumbled upon Miami slice after we checked it. All I have to say is this spot is on point. Service was great and friendly and the pizza was off the charts. I'm allergic to tomatoes so finding a top notch spot that caters to those who can't have or don't like tomatoes as a sauce is always a blessing by the slide. The crust was thin with a slight crunch it was cooked perfectly. It's located upstairs in the food court area but it doesn't feel like the typical hotel food court the sitting area was nice and clean. Would highly recommend and they are open late another huge plus when you need that late night snack. read more

Honestly my initial thoughts were "Miami...pizza? Who does South Beach think they are?' I could not have been more wrong. I grabbed a slice of the Pepperoni Proper and went with the servers recommendation of adding 'all kicks' (see pic below). It was fantastic the dough was thin but able to hold the weight of the toppings. The sauce was spot on and the tomatoes added a slight sweetness to the spice of the pepperoni and hot honey (which was not too hot of your looking for a real kick). It was a top tier slice good enough for Crockett and Tubbs. If you dont believe me do your own detective work...roll up you pastel sport coat sleeves grab a slice or two. read more

The slices are a good size and not overly greasy at all with a nice crisp to them. Their cream sauce mushroom truffle slice is amazing! The flavors go together so well. i spent $60 at a food court for a slice of pizza and 1/2 bottle of wine. omfg. i didn't even know "food halls" offer dine-in service, i felt like i got scammed, because i certainly can pour my own wine thank you. i guess eating with actual utensils and having pizza served on a steel plate instead of a pizza box made the difference? i don't know. but the pizza wasn't bad, it was thinner than i'd like but the dough and ingredients were superb. i'll know better not to dine-in and spend $40 on a 1/2 bottle of wine next time lol. read more

Pizza here is so good. We had the pepperoni (with no hot honey) and truffle mushrooms pizza. My son who is 4 actually prefer the truffle mushrooms pizza. I came here just to eat their pizza. Wish it was off the strip I would go more often. It is kinda pricey $9-$10 a slice. Writing this makes me hungry lol anyways picture I post is from screen shot from my snap chat stories. The slices are actually bigger than in the picture because I told them to cut it in half so it's easier to eat that way. read more

This pizza is UNBELIEVABLY GOOD! We are fellow New Yorkers and very particular about a slice or a pie. Best we've had on the west coast and superior to other New York style in our California spot. This is definitely in my top 3 pizza places I've ever been to in Vegas! The pepperoni pizza was to die for. The pepperoni was crispy and flavorful, the cheese was the perfect amount and tasted amazing and the thin crust wasn't too crunchy or floppy it was JUST RIGHT. I would highly recommend going to this pizza place if you're in the food court at this new casino in Vegas. Also comparatively speaking the prices here for an individual meal are the best in the food court in my opinion. read more

Heard a lot of good things so we decided on checking them out. Casino/hotel was completely dead it seeems if the clubs isn't open no one visits here which is sad especially for the businesses. With that being said unfortunately the pizza and Miami is a 2-3 maybe if that pizza. Sauce doesn't have much flavor like you'd hope, pepperoni was decent and service pretty bad at register. Quality, taste and price just not worth it. Give them a shot and wish them a best but close to $60 for a pizza wow it's should be unbelievable good and regardless of price is was a decent pizza nothing you'd recommend to anyone. I'm Vegas there's a solid almost 10 pizza spots ahead of this one. Wish them the best Give them support and perhaps it was an off night. read more

Okay hold up Miami Slice best pizza in Vegas? Ya'll are tripping. That slice was... I cant even remember. I had it two hours ago and it was so unremarkable, unmemorable, I dont even recall what there was to not like about it. But I know it wasn't great. It was a whatever slice and they didnt have any free water. Miss me with the $6 single serve bottle of water at a food court. No thank you, never again, enjoy staying empty fountainbleu. It's unbelievable how good this (elevated) 'food court' pizza is!!! The wait is long, but so worth it! It's the best late night nosh after a concert or a quick lunch to make everything right when you're not felling so hot the next day. And the price point is a nice relief as well after shelling out so much cash all weekend for everything in Vegas, especially at the ultra-posh Fontainebleau! Our fav is the pepperoni with Mike's hot honey and we love that so much we haven't gotten around to trying the other slices but my goodness they all look amazing! read more

Worst service ever. Pizza tasted awful. Ordered a pepperoni the kicks pizza slice - cashier said wait right here he'll call my name, waited about 30min while folks after me got their slices, I checked-in with manager why taking so long was my order missed? they had no idea what they're doing, didn't even apologize. Really lost my appetite - asked for a refund and I didn't even want the pizza at that point. They took forever just to get another manager to process a refund, so I just told them forget about it and left. They did finally get me slice and I took one bite of the pizza it was so salty, cold, nasty I threw it away. Never coming back here and don't waste your time. read more

It's in the very upscale food court, called the Promenade, at the new Fontainebleau. The setting has a great vibe and Miami Slice is appealing. Nonetheless, the Margherita slice I had was dry and flavorless. They also wouldn't serve a glass of water, only bottles. I doubt I'd go back. read more

I haven't written a review in a long time and kinda quit yelping to be honest. But I ate here and I had to come out of retirement. The pizza here is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. There is a perfect mix of flavors and textures on this perfect sized slice. The dough is thin and has a satisfying crunch to it. On top of that, the cheese is the perfect consistency. It's not too cheesy, not too stringy, and it won't come off all in one bite. Too top it all off, the pepperoni is grilled perfectly to the right crispiness on the edges. The hot honey adds that extra kick that makes each bite so perfect. The service is pretty good too. It's not fast food, but it's pretty quick for a sit down meal. The vibe is nice and chill with lots of seating and music going! I would definitely come back for more! read more

Staying in a different hotel but I needed to check Miami Slice simply because it serves some of the best pizza in perfectly balanced bursting with flavor in every bite. A true hidden gem! Located in the Promenade. Whether you prefer a classic Margherita de La Casa (cheese slice) or a more adventurous topping Leeks on Bacon the quality and taste never disappoint. Shoutout to the ladies named Mari and Jema for their outstanding customer service. They sure know how to keep a genuine conversation, give fast service! It really was so good. The only drawback for me was the price. I know we're in Vegas and everything is expensive, especially on The Strip. But $10.50 for a slice is steep!
