Honestly my initial thoughts were "Miami...pizza? Who does South Beach think they are?' I could not have been more wrong. I grabbed a slice of the Pepperoni Proper and went with the servers recommendation of adding 'all kicks' (see pic below). It was fantastic the dough was thin but able to hold the weight of the toppings. The sauce was spot on and the tomatoes added a slight sweetness to the spice of the pepperoni and hot honey (which was not too hot of your looking for a real kick). Pizza here is so good. We had the pepperoni (with no hot honey) and truffle mushrooms pizza. My son who is 4 actually prefer the truffle mushrooms pizza. I came here just to eat their pizza. The pepperoni was crispy and flavorful, the cheese was the perfect amount and tasted amazing and the thin crust wasn't too crunchy or floppy it was JUST RIGHT. I would highly recommend going to this pizza place if you're in the food court at this new casino in Vegas. It's unbelievable how good this (elevated) 'food court' pizza is!!! The wait is long, but so worth it! It's the best late night nosh after a concert or a quick lunch to make everything right when you're not felling so hot the next day. And the price point is a nice relief as well after shelling out so much cash all weekend for everything in Vegas, especially at the ultra-posh Fontainebleau! Heard a lot of good things so we decided on checking them out. Casino/hotel was completely dead it seeems if the clubs isn't open no one visits here which is sad especially for the businesses. With that being said unfortunately the pizza and Miami is a 2-3 maybe if that pizza. Sauce doesn't have much flavor like you'd hope, pepperoni was decent and service pretty bad at register. Quality, taste and price just not worth it. Give them a shot and wish them a best but close to $60 for a pizza wow it's should be unbelievable good and regardless of price is was a decent pizza nothing you'd recommend to anyone. They took forever just to get another manager to process a refund, so I just told them forget about it and left. I haven't written a review in a long time and kinda quit yelping to be honest. But I ate here and I had to come out of retirement. The pizza here is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. There is a perfect mix of flavors and textures on this perfect sized slice. The dough is thin and has a satisfying crunch to it. On top of that, the cheese is the perfect consistency. It's not too cheesy, not too stringy, and it won't come off all in one bite. Too top it all off, the pepperoni is grilled perfectly to the right crispiness on the edges. The hot honey adds that extra kick that makes each bite so perfect. The service is pretty good too. It's not fast food, but it's pretty quick for a sit down meal. So disappointing! Behind the counter sits a multi level tray of pizzas. We were there for 45 minutes and the same pies were sitting there. When you order they take a slice from one of the pizzas on that tray and put it in a counter top reheating oven. Then serve you that reheated slice. You should be able to bend a slice of pizza in half and eat it. Being warm, cheese gooey and tasty. Our pizza was dried out. It actually broke off in pieces (you heard it snap) and was terrible.
