Sol was a fantastical model as I was attempting to navigate a choice of shoe or boot. This mamas crossbody purse was getting a little too small so I was in desperate need of a larger upgrade. I had been shopping around but hadn't found one that was the right size or fit. If I could give this place no stars I definitely would. I purchased a bag at the outlets for a gift to my mother. They didn't have any gift boxes and I really wanted to get her a gift box so she would be excited. I work retail and obviously going above and beyond for the guest is my number one priority. My sister went in to ask for a box and the manager said she needed proof of purchase in quite the rude way. Also that they don't give boxes for outlet purchases? I wonder if she would've been a Caucasian guest with the average income of the area if she would've been treated differently? But to rephrase what he said is basically that an outlet purchase is undeserving of the same lasting impression that all Michael Koors should offer to their guests. Great customer service. The manager was extremely helpful. The manager went out of his way to help me redeem a merchandise credit receipt that was difficult for the the computer system to recognize. He even called up the Michael Kors Outlet store in Northern California, where i first received the credit receipt, to gain assistance in information about the receipt since Michael Kors uses gift cards now. There's high pressure sales, no pressure and then there's invisible. It was obvious that despite my casual attire and no makeup, that I was there to buy. I had to ask for help. Once I was assisted, the 30ish sales lady was pleasant. Unfortunately, they didn't have quite what I was looking for. So I went to Macy's and spent a few hundred. Tip to the young and dumb, if someone is of a certain age, has 30k in veneers, mani/pedi and long lashes, they have money to spend.
