It is served with Bini's spicy tomato cilantro sauce on top; the sauce is delicious with just a slight/mild kick. Vegetarian Momos ($12) - Comes in 8 pieces. Vegan dumplings filled with tofu, carrots, & cabbage. Also served with the spicy tomato cilantro sauce on top. I love how clean yet tasty this is! Vegetarian Combo ($18) - Comes with 4 vegetarian momos and one veggie side served on top of fragrant basmati rice. For the sides, I love the Baigun Bharta, a tomato-based braised eggplant. It's saucey and pairs extremely well with the rice. The only reason I'd dock off half a star for this combo is the price. You can also mix and match the momos. For a more balanced meal, I request half chicken and half vegetarian ($14). Bini's also has a stand outside the Ferry Building every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. They also have caramel corn and some other selection popped within the last day, but I've only seen the kettle corn fresh. The wait can be super long during lunch hour so I recommend coming at either 11am or 1pm. I waited for an hour once when I came at noon. My favorite is the lamb. It's so yummy! It costs a bit more than the rest of the flavors tho. I've also tried spinach and mushroom. Those were very good, too. The chips are very delish as well. I had both the plantain and yucca. I liked the spicy plantain chips a lot. One of the cashier ladies struggle with simple math so that can be a drawback or advantage depending on how much she asks you to pay, lol. Trust me, I spent a summer in New Delhi and ate a lot of home cooked meals by my host, and Munch manages to exceed those standards. Every time I come here, I get the Vegetarian Combo for $14. It comes with three different veggie sides - today, there was potato, okra, and chickpeas. (The sides rotate. I've also had eggplant, tomatoes, and zucchini here, though chickpeas seem to be a staple.) I'm not a vegetarian, but if I could eat this every day, I gladly would become one.
