The mom and uncle of the owner showed up early to set up and start cooking. They were professional, kind, and very friendly. I was stoked that they cooked everything fresh on site and didn't just have food in warmers. We got to choose among proteins and veggies, and the salsa bar was awesome. Kids and adults alike really enjoyed the churros too! They boxed up all leftovers after the event, so we ate tacos for leftovers and froze a bunch too for later. The only thing one of my friends said was that paying extra for salad wasn't worth it because the salad was just from a bag. Everything was delicious, and I ate too much! It costs a bit more than the rest of the flavors tho. I've also tried spinach and mushroom. Those were very good, too. The chips are very delish as well. I had both the plantain and yucca. I usually get the half chicken with 1/2 brussel sprouts and 1/2 potatoes, because how can you turn down potatoes roasted in chicken fat? This alone is enough to be split into two servings (and/or feed a small family for sure). Such a cool concept and the portions are totally worth it for the price.
