A nice little spot to go to after hitting up the MOMA. We took the kids to see some art and my…read morehusband had been talking about this place. My eldest is a big chicken sandwich fan so we just had to make it happen. Needless to say he was happy. We came during their happy hour and got the donuts holes too! 10/10. My daughter even finished her food and she's a picky eater! The ordering process is a touch screen. There's 2 screens in case you don't know what you want and there's a line. (I tend to feel pressure if there's 1 kiosk.) The employees are incredibly kind. My son had a bunch of questions and they were glad to answer them.

I really liked this option, as the wings didn't have any seasoning and the buffalo and ranch sauce was given on the side. I did order the loaded tator tots, but somehow received loaded curly fries. My fault for not checking my order prior to leaving. I've had the loaded tator tots multiple times. That is my "Go To" when I'm craving! It's cheap too! I am not a fan of the loaded curly fries, but I did notice it seems like you get more bang for your buck. 10pc wings and loaded fries rang about $23 dollars. I was super full and was able to satisfy my craving. I do appreciate the self order stations. It makes for easier ordering and quicker pick up, especially for someone like me who only has a 30 minute lunch.

The shakes are organic and very yummy. They also come with pasta straws that are biodegradable and gluten free! First time seeing that. I ordered my usual Chicken Sandwich -- grilled all-natural free-range chicken breast with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and house-made chipotle aioli on a fresh-baked ciabatta bun ($10.50). While waiting for my order, I noticed the usual self-service pickle station was empty. I usually enjoy having a few pickles with my meal. When I asked the counter employee about the pickles, she took one of the containers from the pickle station area and went back to the cashier/pickup counter to get some pickles for me. I'm not sure if they were temporarily out of pickles at the station or if customers are no longer allowed to help themselves, but I was glad they still had pickles available. I ended up getting about five pickle slices, which was more than my usual amount. The grilled chicken had just a hint of spice and was not overly spicy. However, by the time I had eaten about three-quarters of the sandwich, the bread had become soggy, likely from the sauce and juices from the chicken. Overall, I would come back again for the chicken sandwich.

At least the salad bar workers had done tirelessly their very best to serve health pursuing customers like us. I had my first salad box followed by a grilled chicken torpedo sandwich, which was all thanks to online discounts from its app. I never spend much time in its spacey atmosphere since I went for takeout. Therefore, all I did was to try sharing some of my healthy meals to my family when they need them the most.

Their dressings play a big part here as I've never had one that stood out. I just had their peppercorn ranch dressing and it commits the cardinal sin of many ranches out there - it's more sweet than herby. Nooooo Yeah. In a pinch it'll do but you'll probably have a better salad at many of the nearby restaurants that have some on the menu.

The atmosphere really stands out, with a cool 50s theme that makes the whole experience feel unique and memorable. The burger was the highlight of the meal--juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. It's exactly what you'd hope for from a place like this. The fries were decent, but nothing special--good enough, just not as standout as the burger. The cheese sticks were tasty and cooked well, but at around $18, they felt a bit overpriced for what you get. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and kept things moving smoothly. Overall, it's a great place to visit for the experience, solid food, and fun atmosphere. Not perfect across the board, but definitely a spot I'd recommend checking out at least once if you're in San Francisco.
