Way Up Art and Frame has great service and attention to detail…read more We had wanted an international threading artwork to be framed with a single mat and outlined frame to put on top of the fireplace, but didn't know where to start. Way Up had pre-selected and well-priced deluxe packages (for labor, framing, mats, and glass casing) to choose from which made the process much easier. You can also go outside of the pricing packages for more customization but we had no need to go to that extent. The framing was done in a timely manner and I received good notification when it was done! To add to the level of service, a week after hanging my painting on the wall, it seemed to have slipped the nail one night and fell, severely chipping the based of the frame. The nail positioning was my own mistake; I was shocked and worried about having to pay again for the full frame. I took it back in to Way Up, explained the situation, and Sierra and the team did an amazing job re-framing it in less than a week and at a small fraction of the original cost. I will definitely be thinking of Way Up Art and Frame for my future artwork and framing needs!

He was great about figuring out what I liked in scents and making suggestions that were spot on. He checked in on me when he saw me wandering around the store. And even though it was busy ($9.95 3-wick candle sale!), the cashier was super friendly as well. Never did it feel like I was being rushed or that they were too overwhelmed to be cheerful and helpful. The store was busy but not so packed you couldn't comfortably move around while carrying a basket. This is my B&BW of choice!

I was stocking up on a stockpile of B&B Works because I was preparing to move very far away and where I was going there aren't any B&B Works. She was fantastic at helping me prepare for my cross country move and helping select all of the best products for our new place. I observed her wonderful way of making people feel welcome and helped the way she treated them when they came in. She has a genuine smile and pleasant greeting. Her staff are a reflection of her management style. They are enthusiastic and well trained to be as pleasant and helpful as can be. It's been almost 2 years and I found out today she is still there. It doesn't surprise me. I am glad because she deserves this review. Great people skills aren't easily found and one of the keys to a successful business. I enjoyed shopping at this particular store because of her attention to the details. Someone walked over and told me that the guy that does printing doesn't come in until 2p, so I can wait for an hour and come back or use self-service. It was just one sheet of paper so I opted for self-service. I'm preparing to print my sheet, but I wanted to use cardstock so I asked another guy if I can have a sheet of cardstock for my printing job and he said the guy that does printing isn't here so I can wait for him or come back because he wasn't sure if the printer can take cardstock. Unbelievable! There were at least 5-6 employees at the store and NO ONE knew how to use their printer? That is absolutely ridiculous. If you plan to come here to print something, make sure you call ahead to see if someone is even there to assist because it was such a waste of my time when no one there could help. This is a 2 star review because they were all nice, but not helpful at all.

Plenty of parking here, not a super busy or crowded mall. I had to cancel a service and was able to handle it over the phone. They now have a service where they call you back instead of you waiting on the phone. They will text you updates on the wait estimate and when they are going to call you. It was pretty accurate. My call back was about an hour and 15 min. I didn't mind that compared to waiting on the line and they did call back on time. The customer service person was friendly and professional. Local to California which I liked compared to an overseas call center. If you need to return equipment, you can take it to this store location. They will also partially credit you if you cancel service before your prepaid date. They will mail a gift card. My advice, try to do as much online and then go to the store as needed. I used AI and that was helpful to get some info first.
