The technician was very professional and practiced proper safety precautions. I called with concerns specifically about growing ants and evidence of possible rodents. The technician also discovered a wasps nest. Immediately he offered remedies that worked by the next week. The ants slowly disappeared, there's been no signs of rodent activity or squirrels, the wasps have decreased and I'm happy! So I called this company when I was at my wit's end. Had a few mice, caught what I thought was all of them, sealed the house to my best, etc. Kept seeing droppings. Noticed a Google search that a company mentioned pest control. I have an infant and two other young kids, I just wanted the issue resolved. Called Miche and spoke with Tom, who came out a few hours later. He might be the easiest person to work with I've ever met. He came in, inspected the property in and out, identified what he believed were the likely areas of entry, and talked me through solutions. He even explained the simple way to fix two of the possible entry points so I could do them myself rather than pay him to. I took him up on that, but asked that he place a screen over the largest possible entry point, as I didn't have the materials to do so. He came two days later and fixed that entry (a vent down by the ground that had withered over years). We then set up a series of poison baits that are pet-friendly. Since that visit in late June and subsequent follow up, haven't seen one mouse or evidence of any. He did what he promised and if he hadn't, I feel like he'd have worked until he did. He really just likes his field of work and is committed to helping you. We've since had his company spray/treat for the 8 legged pests, and it has really worked in eliminating the ant issue we've had near our porch. This service was done by Ben who, again, did everything we asked in the manner we asked him to. We've used pest control services previously and I feel like the service is very similar UNTIL THE FOLLOW UP. At that point, companies differentiate themselves. You find out if they really want to help you or just charge a fee and make you feel like a number. Miche was great for us, and we'll be using them for all our future needs. read more

Choose them because they don't lock us in a 1 year contract compared to 2 other companies. Christian was a little more thorough in his inspectaion of mice like pulling out the fridge and actually saw droppings in side of dishwasher when the one guy didn't mention. So went with them and placed sticky pads and traps around kitchen, mechanical room, and garage. Along with 3 bait stations outside. I did catch 4 mice before he came, and sealed up a few possible entry points. Have not caught anymore with all the extra that he placed. I check daily and it's been over 2 weeks. I don't even see any new droppings anywhere either. I even added 2 more traps that coworkers got me as a gag bday gift, and moved a few traps around. They are due to come back in about a week so I'm curious to see how much poison bait was eaten outside. read more

We unfortunately suspected our home might have some bed bugs. After finding a critter, we were able to get Miche Pest Control out to our home in Northwest Washington for a next day inspection. The bugs were confirmed and they were again available for a next day treatment to rid our home. Obviously, with any home bug issue, time is of the essence, and we appreciated that tremendously. Not to be understated however is the detail and attentiveness of their whole team. The scheduling coordinator (I believe Michayla [sp?]) answered as many questions as she could up front, and happily transferred me to one of their techs who was in-office to answer further questions ahead of the inspection. Ben was the tech scheduled to inspect and then treat our home. He was on time (and called ahead++), kind, thorough and patient to answer our questions on both days. We certainly hope this is the only issue we experience, but we wouldn't hesitate to use Miche for other pest control services and would absolutely recommend them to others in the DMV service area. read more

These guys are totally amazing! I was highly skeptical of pest control companies because my mother had some bad scammy type experiences when I was a kid. This company does not make you sign a contract for hundreds of dollars up front. When I called they informed me they were doing a special - which means that since I signed up with the special, any service with them in the future, indefinitely, is now discounted. That was a high note. I feel like a number of contractors have talked me down in the past insisting that I don't really know what I am talking about, but they were super respectful and didn't talk over me or talk me out of what I had seen. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I will always recommend these guys to anyone in their service area. read more

We just had our first treatment with Christian. It's been a really great experience from the start! Contacted the company for a quote and got responses right away. The owner answered my questions thoroughly and let me know of specials they were running. We were able to schedule service within a day of contacting them, which was great! We recently moved into the home and found it has a bunch of spiders, mosquitos, and... my worst fear, spider/camel crickets. So I needed someone out ASAP so I could feel comfortable getting the new home set up and not scared a spider crickets would pop out at any moment. Christian was so great. So warm, kind, and respectful of our home. He was able to work around all the craziness and mess of boxes, my kids, my pets, and my husband on a conference call. I really appreciated that he asked before approaching my dog at the front door. She loves everyone, but it's so important to ask first because you never know! Christian spent time answering my questions and also making sure he answered them in full, he didn't over promise anything which I appreciate. Because the truth is we cannot 100% eradicate bugs especially in one treatment! He was very thorough during the treatment, he got our entire yard and swept cobwebs away, got all the interior surfaces, and even our garage. He reported back his findings and let me know what to expect in terms of mitigation, what I can do to mitigate bugs outside of treatment, the scheduling and payment process, and what to expect with future treatments. I'm so thrilled with this service. We had other companies before that weren't even close to this, and they charged even more per quarter!
