Michelle is the best!! I bought my wedding dress off the rack at a store and it was SO DIRTY!! I had to get it dry cleaned before I could even get it bustled and I was so nervous because if I took it to someone and they messed up I would still have to wear it instead as if you were taking it to be cleaned after the wedding it's not as big of a deal. I was so blessed to just happen upon Michelle's cleaners through yelp and when I saw only 5 star reviews and talked to her on the phone I knew she was the perfect person! Let me tell you that she went so out of her way to make my dress look amazing I couldn't believe it (and she's just the nicest person ever!) I was worried it would take so long but she had it done in less than a week and it only took that long because she actually cleaned it TWICE for no extra charge to make sure it looked so great for my wedding day! I didn't look around at other places but I feel like the pricing was more than fair as well! I couldn't recommend her more highly! I loved Michelle upon meeting her. I was able to walk in and get my very expensive dress tailored. The length was perfect and customer service was good, but when I got my dress back I was not encouraged to try it on which was odd. I didn't complain at the time, though. When I went to try it on, there were fabric strings from other clothes intertwined in my dress. I removed them easily but it was just off putting to not take care of my $1200 dress. She also put a bustle hook in my dress but only in one of the 5 layers. On my wedding day, I wasn't able to use it at all to hold my dress up. Luckily, my coordinator was able to come up with a fix. I recommended my husband get his suit tailored by Michelle before our wedding. He went in at 4:15pm and asked for Michelle but she wasn't there. He asked if he would be able to catch her later and he was told yes. He told them he'd be back at 6:15. When he went back, she still wasn't there. So he had to go somewhere else after coming to San Jose from fremont to try her out. read more
