I found this place through sheer luck as I had passed it many times but I had a flat on the way to work and AAA came and changed my tire for my spare and made it to work on time. I needed to get the screw out that I had caught in the industrial area I work in and went to the tire place across the road to get it fixed. Got the tire fixed during my lunch break and decided to try Micky's which is across the street. Well my review; 1.The Bacon wrapped Sonoran dog was delicious, plump and smokey, just really a greasy mess of awesome. 2.The attitude from the window clerk was nice but hurried, heck it was lunch hour. 3. The cleanliness of the place was surprising as the crowd of patrons there wasn't. Like Siskel and Ebert would say Two-Thumbs up Way up! Note: Just to clear something up, they have been serving these type dogs in L.A. for over 20 plus years by street vendors. So the origin of the Sonoran dog is really a little further north of the border. Bacon is not typical food in Mexico but you can't knock a good thing when you find it. read more

I enjoy eating here. We are pretty regulars so they know us and that I'm a picky eater. Funny that I order a Sonoran dog minus the dog and bacon. It's still awesome that way and with everything I ask they do a good job. I liked it better when the hot dogs were outside so I could specify directly to the cook how I wanted my veggie Sonoran dog. I'm only a little OCD with my food and if someone as picky as me eats here then you know it's amazing. The lady at the register with caramel /hazel colored eyes is very nice and the owners are great. I miss there son who used to make the dogs;) if it weren't for the dogs not being prepped outside I'd give 5 stars. read more
