On top of that, charging $2-$3 (changes every time which seems VERY odd) just to put a piece of tape on a box feels excessive. To add, no other Postal Annex has EVER charged me for tape which makes me wonder why just here?? I used to choose Postal Annex over FedEx, USPS, and UPS because they were genuinely helpful--now it feels like I'm just wasting my money. At this point, I'd rather drive farther or go to a main carrier. I hope they figure it out in the future and for other customers.
