This place was packed yesterday! I guess they were the only shop nearby that was opened on Sunday, so they took on all of the business. Everyone had the same idea to get their car worked on over the 3-day weekend, so things were hectic. Their system went down at some point, but they still managed to push through during all the chaos. My wife dropped her car off first. Because the system was down, it was confusing to track which car to do first, so her car wasn't finished till 2 hours after the estimated time. Since i also had to get my car's oil changed, the manager did it for free. He said he wasn't able to keep his promise and wanted to make it up to us. That is amazing customer service. Going above and beyond to make up for an experience, and not just doing the bare minimum. They definitely won my business for the future. read more

Great service. Made an appointment and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The car lifts allow you to see if there are any issues underneath the car. The oil change is also an inspection of the tires, brake pads and whatever can be visually observed while the car is in the air. read more

Terrible service!!! I made a mistake of getting an oil change done here. I noticed a lot of oil leak soon after, when I called them they said they can't do anything and suggested to get steam cleaning done. After taking the car there and requesting to take a look, they said they broke some part during oil change (bad!!!) and fixed it without any charges. We notice minor oil leak even after this and now they are asking me to pay to take a look. read more

I had this nagging noise coming from the underside of my vehicle. Took it to the dealership who said it was $250 just to diagnose it. I didn't think understanding the source of the noise warranted a $250 fee. So I took it to Midas. Brandon at Midas took a drive with me and heard the noise. I must have come in at a good time because I was able to be entered into the system and get setup for my oil change service right away. Ernesto made the process seamless and I appreciated the smooth registration. The wait was not long at all. I was able to take care of some business while I waited. I ignored my "check engine" light for a few days until my car completely stopped on the freeway and would not start. I called Midas at 11am this morning, Ernesto answered and told me to bring my car in. He communicated with me throughly throughout the day with what was going on with my vehicle. Ernesto performed my oil change promptly as schedule and with the ETA he had given me based on his workload. He alerted me to the other issues outstanding and we are reviewing them in detail later this week. I have called around to 2-3 other local shops and it seems Midas typically beats them all on price, and Midas will recommend when I should take specialty items elsewhere if they aren't the best option for me. My friend took a look at the car, and there was actually no oil leakage. He said that it's probably because of the high mileage, the engine was consuming a lot of oil, and all I needed to do was add some motor oil when the low oil light came on. 3000 miles later, after having him change the oil, guess what? NO METAL SHAVINGS! Midas tried to convince me I needed a new engine, and they were very pushy about it, telling me that my car could stop running at any moment and they would call me when they find an engine for me without my approval/acknowledgement. Well, my car is running fine after 4 months, and yea, a new engine would probably fix the oil consumption, but is it necessary? NO! If they find anything wrong, they will try to convince you to spend thousands of dollars when you don't really need to. When you come here and they tell you that you need repairs, ALWAYS get a second opinion. Also, after I complained to corporate about Rich P.'s unprofessional response to this review, he deleted it and posted a new one. Luckily, I screenshotted it and I will upload it promptly. My car broke down in a parking lot so I called AAA to install a new battery. I knew something else was wrong since I heard a humming noise coming from the engine , so I called the Midas guys in Dublin, CA. I described my car symptoms over the phone and one of the Managers mentioned that it might be the alternator. This particular location has been providing car repairs and maintenance for over twenty years. I instinctively drive there with any noise, light or feeling that there may be a problem. Today I heard an odd sound and as I drove to Midas I found I had a completely flat tire. I will never take my car to Midas again.I dropped off my car for a regular oil change and was told o can pick up my car anytime before 6:00pm. At exactly 5:25 I reached Midas to pick up my car and all the door were close no one was answering my knocks they had closed early without even a courtesy call to let me know.secondly the next day after my oil change my car alert came on that my coolant was low I check the coolant reset ore and saw the coolant was just above minimum level.I called Midas and ask if replenishing coolant was part of the oil change service.I was told it is however it might be a leak.the next day I took it in for them to check for a leak and Ofcourse there was no so basically they didn't replenish the coolant as part of the oil change service when they said they did and not sure what else they didn't do I didn't receive an apology and they didn't even take any responsibility to their poor service.this was the last time I will take my car to Midas read more

My abs light came on and i took my truck in for service they found the issue right away and contacted with what it would cost to repair it. They also replaced my spark plugs which that i thought would cost me a small piece of change but to my surprise they gave me a good price on all the work they did. The tried to sell me things I didn't need, wanted to charge me more for my oil change and took forever. We used to trust Midas. Then once I asked if we can finance the cost of repairs and the manager refused despite a couple years of reliable, consistent payments for our repairs. So we stopped getting our services there. Also, I always thought it felt like a bait and switch with the lifetime brake replacement guarantee because every time I asked to use it, I was told the brake deal doesn't apply in this case. read more

Estimate was not honored! I really hate giving low star reviews but after discussing what happened with my other repair shop much farther away, I felt ripped off. I've been going to this location for oil service and some other minor services. I went to the this location for a job that replaces: Front brakes pads and rotors Front Sway bark link and bushings I have my own oem parts and just needed the labor. I was quoted for $190 which was honored. However, the quote given me to replace the Front sway bar link and Bushings at $170 was not honored (it did say both on the estimate). This store location charged me $190 for sway bar link (1hr) and $190 for bushings (1hr) where each could be replace in less than 30 mins while the tires and brakes were being worked on. This quote was given to me on paper and had discussed this after a previous oil change service. I had initially accepted this while I went home to look for this estimate on paper. When I presented this, the service person said they have to charge one hour each. This contradicts with what was discussed with me previously on the estimate. I got ripped off! I didn't want to argue there and decided not to be a customer of Midas anymore. I had other repair shops verified that experienced person shouldn't take 2 hours to complete for sway bar links and bushings especially where the front wheels are already worked on. read more

They were fast and caught that I had a nail in my tire. I didn't get my tires there as American tires had tires from cheaper. But they were nice enough to take a look and make sure my tire wasn't going to explode while I was driving. Only downside is they didn't replace my sticker on my windshield so I'm not entirely sure when I need to go back in. Everyone there was friendly and no one tried to upsell me on. UPDATE: I was called at 9:43am to come in before my 11am appointment because they had no one else in line. I stopped what I was doing to head over. I checked in and signed the paperwork at 10:25am. 11:15am my car is still sitting in the parking lot with no one looking at it and no one telling me why they are taking other cars back but not mine. When they specifically had me come in before my appointment. I left to go home at 11:20am as I was tired of waiting with my car not being looked at. I called back at 11:30am to complain and was told my car was being looked at now. So why was I called and told to come in if my car wouldn't be looked at until over an hour later? I'm angry and this isn't okay. read more

Only feedback I have is on their website it says they have weekend appointments but over the phone I think there wasnt any so just double checking that.
