Went here for the last 2ish years to swap out summer tires for snow tires. I purchased both sets…read moreelsewhere and store them myself. Overall, the customer service here was not bad however, their quality of service has dropped while prices go up! Fall of 2023 while switching to snow tires, they informed me I would need 20! lug-nuts replaced (keep in mind, Amy and Chuck's is the only place I had been in 2 years working on my tires). I politely declined. Today, I went in to get my snow tires off and my old tires put back on. The price went up $20! I politely asked if they could put new bags on the tires when they put them back in my car because I store them myself. Once again, I was told I need 20 lug-nuts replaced, and declined. Upon leaving, I noticed the tires appeared to be just tossed in the back of my Jeep with the same ripped up bags. I also noticed there was black scuff marks on the inside roof of my car from the tires. So I spent 30 mins when I got home scrubbing this off. I heard good things and that's why I returned for 2 years to Amy and Chuck's but after today, I unfortunately will being taking my business elsewhere if they are going to continue to raise prices and quality of service is going down/careless.
