I have had three experiences with R & T over the last year. Every experience has been a great one…read more In the last week I have been there twice. My wife hit a pothole and destroyed two tires and bent two rims. I took the car to them and they honored the road hazard warranty. I don't have to tell most of you that a lot of businesses do their best to avoid honoring them. They did a great job with the repairs and they had it done in a little over 24 hours. I was thrilled! After that repair, I took my old truck in because the steering was too loose and the heater wasn't working properly. They were unable to fix the heater, but they fixed the front end very quickly. The repairs are done well, the prices have been very reasonable and they don't waste your time. I will be back.

They called me after the oil change to let me know that I needed to replace the part, I paid over $430 after that service, but my check engine light was still on so they had me bring the car back in. They gave me another estimate of over $400 for another issue. Paid the money, and my check engine light was still on. I took the car in for a third time, and they tried to tell me that there was another issue that was going to cost me over $350. So at this point, I have taken three days off of work to get my car serviced, I have dropped almost a grand in "work", and my check engine light is still on. When I told them I couldn't afford the latest fix, they still tried to charge me $90 when I picked up my car, don't know what it was for because they immediately said not to worry about it when questioned. I have spent over $10,000 at this shop, and this was the last dime they'll see from me. And my car's check engine light is still on, so disappointed.

Sometimes I am unsure when it comes to tire warranties but the tire warranty that came with my tires did exactly what they said it would do. It took care of my road hazard repair and it also covers rotation and balancing. I don't have an appointment but Jamal took care of me and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He even kept me informed while I was waiting and checked on me a few times. Other customers were also singing his praises back and forth which made me feel comfortable immediately. THANK YOU JAMAL & thank you Tire Discounters!!

Most of my work has been done at the Michigan Road store. THEN after very recently being circle jerked around by Brandon and Jerry at the Michigan Road location, I decided to look for a second but HONEST opinion. I read some yelp reviews and decided to drive 20 miles to the TD Noblesville location. Folks, these people are game changers! Spent a great deal of time with Jamie and Bobby, who are FANTASTIC. Not only do they have an unbelievable wealth of knowledge, and the patience to break their explanations in "bite sized pieces" for someone like me, they found a great resolution. Well worth driving 20 miles to these guys instead of 5 to the other!

Do not take your vehicle here to be worked on…read more Took our 2017 Acadia here with a knocking noise in the front end. Got the estimate back which clearly stated the noise was being caused by "Excessive movement at the CV has caused wallowing and bearing play and noise" (See estimate below). Spoke with the branch, they told me that they needed to replace the CV axle as well as the bearing and seals for the driver's side in order to fix it. Quote was for around $1300. Went ahead and gave the go ahead on repairs. Went to pay the invoice and pick up our vehicle.... sound is the same and car actually drives worse at this point. When we told the technician, J.R. his response was "Well at least you got a new CV axle out of it." Now I have a new estimate which states the actual problem is "More than likely internal damage to the transmission" (See image) EDIT SINCE RESPONSE: The mechanic did not install incorrect parts or "forcibly hammer into the transmission for several hours" as stated. The mechanic originally had the incorrect CV axle, which was discovered immediately after removing the old one. He completed stopped, ordered the correct one based off the vehicle's VIN and resumed work once he had the correct CV in hand. The work was done at our warehouse and was all captured on security footage in direct sight of 3 cameras with 24 hour monitoring. Additionally, upon arriving it was not mentioned that there could be "additional underlying problems". What was actually stated was that the CV axle had been replaced in January and the lower control arms had been replaced in March, as also mentioned in the initial appointment schedule.

Needless to say, they're not inspecting thoroughly and counting on these things being due and putting it in the system. In late 2025 I bought a used 2014 Ford Edge-Limited V6 through Carvana. After getting it checked…read moreover I discovered it needed a lot of work. I first took it to my local Ford dealership and asked them to check the car out and fix what needed fixing, the end result was very unsatisfactory leading to losing trust in their mechanics. I next took my Edge to a Christian Brothers auto shop in my area with the hopes of finding a trustworthy replacement for the Ford dealership. Strike Two!!! they tried to replace a part that Ford had already done . Bottom line , they tried to rip me off!!! I caught it and confronted their management. They won't get any more business from me. Moving forward to February 2026-My car started to experience front end suspension noises, AGAIN! (Ford fixed it-so I thought). I needed to find another shop that won't rip off the customer. Reputation is key! My search commenced and I found a local shop near me called "The Noble Mechanic" - (Reputation is key) I made an appointment and was assigned to service adviser Andrew. I told him my story and asked to have my car totally diagnosed and checked over again. I needed peace of mind on all previous work that was supposedly done that I was charged for. I stressed that I'm looking for a new shop to bring my family's business to. I received my car health report and was informed that the Ford dealership used NON-OEM third party parts when they repaired my front suspension. These were bad parts that didn't fit correctly and were failing. Adviser Andrew then provided options for me to consider and suggested the correct OEM equivalents over original OEM to save me $$$$. Overall, Their total car check and diagnosis is very detailed with pictures and the communication walkthrough is done with patience and clarity not rudeness and short answers. Although, I would like to see their labor rate charge of ($137.43 hr.) fully disclosed on invoices/bills (Had to ask Andrew for it) may be higher than other shops, but please consider this, you WANT a shop who employs highly trained and experienced mechanics who love cars and will NOT cut corners when repairing it. Reputation is key!!! Reviews count!! Thank you Andrew and your great team of mechanics for their work. The Noble Mechanic has earned our business going forward.

Once my vehicle arrived I was under the impression this shop would be able to do the work being as they were the only christian brothers shop that charged $179 for diagnostics first red flag, instead I received a quote from the Shop foreman and service advisor saying that the belt was out of timing and the valves were damaged and the rods were bent. The only thing they did to my vehicle was open the timing chain cover barely and break the sensor that sits right on top of it without disclosing it to me or mentioning anything at all, I asked the service advisor how the tech came to the conclusion of an engine replacement without bore scoping the valves or taking apart the engine and he could not give me a straight answer only said the technician knew what was going on and had advised a new engine second red flag. I had my vehicle towed to a different shop for a second opinion and to no surprise they were able to get it running again with no engine replacement and a lower amount then originally quoted by this shop, I was advised to keep up on other things when I was able to take care of them as they needed immediate attention to make sure he engine can keep going. My vehicle now runs as good as it did before it gave out on me and i'm back on the road without any issues I don't know where they hire from but it's not anyone I would trust with my vehicle or to put hands on any parts of any engine or vehicle components as it seems they are more of a money grab kind of shop rather than a repair and take care of customer relations shop.
