When the 2022 MDX came out, we were instantly drawn to it for our growing family. I contemplated the Q7, Atlas, and some other third row SUVs. I was inclined to stay with Acura because of my great experience with Rob Lee and the service team. I've always been taken care of at Acura Bellevue and knew that I didn't want to go anywhere else! Rob was able to work with me on my trade in and secure a 2022 A Spec MDX. He's quick and easy to make a deal and doesn't drag out the process for hours like some other dealerships. (I also appreciate the low pressure sales when it comes to the extra add ons at the end during the signing.) The car came a week earlier than expected and he gave me frequent updates! Rob and the Acura Bellevue team are such honest, hard workers. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for an Acura. They will always make things right and make sure you're satisfied!

My car has been running great. I declined the additional services. The next day I took it to a highly recommended mechanic to get it checked out for the services that Acura said I urgently needed. As it turns out, I didn't need any of them. I'm so angry that this company would deceive their customers. I've had large repair bills from them in the past and am mad at myself for not getting a second opinion. I urge everyone to pay attention to the reviews with one star regarding this service department. Find a trusted mechanic; you will save thousands of dollars.

Yesterday I got a call from Chris stating that she couldn't find the price that was matched, and when I explained to her that it was a promo code that's shown on the product page, she said she wouldn't honor the price match because it was only a small amount more than what she pays for the tire. What's the point in having a price match policy if you refuse to honor it? Seems like this store is just greedy so suggest you look elsewhere when spending almost $2,000 on tires. I highly recommend Discount Tires, since both Renton locations have agreed to honor the price that Big O wouldn't!

Zachary worked hard today to get me a quote that came just under the other shop's quote. He knew I was shopping around and encouraged me to do so, which definitely built trust with me. He showed integrity by telling me that the other shop's quote was also reasonable and gave me some things to ask about to make sure I was covering all my bases. He took the time to not only build a competitive quote for me, but explained transmission maintenance to me in a way that made sense without making me feel unintelligent. Though I believe the other shop to be trustworthy as well, this shop is closer to me and I will be giving them my maintenance business as well as recommending them to my Kitsap friends and family.

More than 20 years as an Acura of Seattle customer ended with this service experience…read more My MDX rear windshield unexpectedly shattered, and the repair process turned into nearly five weeks of poor communication, repeated follow-up on my part, and multiple unresolved issues. It took days and several messages just to reach someone in service and get an appointment. I eventually had to involve the General Manager, only to arrive at the scheduled time and be told I wasn't on the calendar. I had documented the shattered glass extensively with photos and video before moving the vehicle because it appeared to be a glass failure. Those materials were provided to the dealership but were never submitted to the warranty team. Instead, an inspection video cited missing glass as the supposed point of impact, despite there being no impact. Once the vehicle was dropped off, virtually every update required me to call. My insurance company also struggled for days to reach the service department, leaving me to help coordinate communication myself. When I finally picked the vehicle up, a loose rearview mirror I had specifically requested be repaired was still not fixed, and broken glass remained in the rear of the vehicle. Two days later, the first time I used the rear tailgate close button since the repair, I discovered it no longer works. It worked perfectly beforehand. Mistakes happen. Repairs take time. What is much harder to accept is the repeated lack of communication, ownership, and follow-through. This was also my second service experience in a row with similar scheduling and communication problems. After more than two decades of buying Acura vehicles here, I won't be returning for my next purchase.

You're better off placing an ad on Craigslist then going here. Update. I took my car to the body shop my insurance recommended and it's going to be another $2000. The new shop said my rear body panel is too twisted to fix. GO ANYWHERE BUT GERBER. Here's the long version; The first time I went in to this location, I met with a guy, I think his name was Brian, to get a quote. He took a bunch of pictures of my car and I explained everything that was damaged. He said give them a few days and they'd get something sent off to my insurance and He'd call me to let me know when I can bring it in. I gave it about a week with no call. I called to see what was taking so long for a quote and he said he'd forgotten and he'd get it in tomorrow. 3 days later still nothing so I go in to see and they had no recollection of my initial visit. I point out Brian and say he is who I talked to. He looks around for the papers and ends up finding them on the top of his trash pile. 3 days later they finally cal me with a quote. I should've know at this point, but I try to be understanding of human error. Fast forward to the first time I go to pick up my car. The lady hands me my keys and I walk out to my car to inspect. It looks like they put on the wrong bumper, painted it poorly, and called it good. My trunk still doesn't open freely. I had mentioned during the initial visit that the lid should lift on its own and the pistons weren't able to move. I look around my car and find NEW SCRATCHES & PAINT CHIPS ON BOTH SIDES! and the bumper doesn't even line up. I go back inside and say, " That work is not good." The let and I walk out and inspect together. I point out the new damage, the misaligned bumper, the bad paint job, and the still unaddressed trunk problem. We go back inside and reference the original pictures to be sure those scratches are new. She agrees they are and says "We'll paint them but we're not blending it. For some reason I agree because i was already over them. She also says replacement bumpers rarely fit perfectly and the insurance company bought an aftermarket bumper so they'll try to make it fit better. I explained that the insurance company called me and said, "it's a brand new bumper and it'll fit just like your old one" so that's what i expect. She said they would try align the bumper after it gets repainted because the paint job was poorly done and give me a call in a couple days. I come back 3 days later and it doesn't look like they did anything. Trunk still doesn't move correctly, bumper still has a huge gap and obvious misaligned on the sides. I say get me the OEM bumper if that's what you need to make it right. The add on the the $2000 bill, the insurance approved and the call me a week or so later. The bumper is aligned on the sides but a gap big enough on the back for me to slide the folder of receipts they gave me through. Also, they STILL haven't even made any improvement to my trunk lids movement. I can remember if I denied it again this time but that's as good as it got. My trunk was functional but Obviously not right and possibly bent, I knew the bumper was poorly done but at least not obviously messed up unless the trunk was open so I took my car back 31 days after dropping it off because my insurance company only covers 30 days of insurance. My trunk has been a little off since then and today, a couple months later, it finally broke all the way and now I'm headed back to another shop and hopefully my insurance covers it.
