    These guys must think they are just too cool for a service job. From the manager down to the auto techs, they are just in the mood for service. Reader beware! This Midas does NOT work with the other Midas stores. So if you get a tire warranty here, it ONLY WORKS HERE!!!!! It does NOT work at any of the other Midas store fronts. They don't tell you that upfront, but will be quick to sell you on an implied perk of that warranty.

    Showed up on Monday at 710 because their open at 730. I was the first person there and then other showed up. We all waited and waited. Fast forward to 840. The person with the key showed up and opened the door. Once in I informed him that I needed 4 wheel balance and an alignment. I sat down and then 15 min later I am told they don't have the specifications for a 2023 4 runner for alignment. All in total I wasted 1 hr and 45 min to be told they don't have the capability to do the work. Never again will I go back to this Midas. 1 hr and 10 min late opening and then they could not do the work. Save yourself time, find another place.

    FANTASTIC customer service! Aaron and crew were super friendly, knowledgeable with impeccable customer service. super clean establishment with water and coffee as you wait. always impressed with this location! Just read previous reviews that people were complaining about the wait for an oil change. I was quoted $89 for a simple oil change elsewhere, was so happy I received the $39 coupon in the mail. I'll happily wait for an oil change at that price!

I'm particular to one brand and researched where I could go to get the brand I prefer. I found this place on Yelp and noticed that one of my Yelp friends (Glen H) had rated this place very highly. With that in mind, I headed off in my daughter's car to get it taken care of. I drove up and was immediately met by one of the employees. She asked what she could help me with, found out it was an oil change, and directed me into the nearest bay. Another worker immediately went to work and had the job completed very quickly. While I was waiting, I found that they had a 10% off discount with an offer on the internet. I talked with the cashier about using it and she said they take it off the bill when you pay:-) After the oil change was completed, a technician came in to tell me what he had done. He also recommended that the rear brakes be replaced within a couple of months. He said they offered that service and would be happy to do it when we decided to get it done. Will I return? I will next month for my wife's car inspection and oil change.

    Issue with getting tires that I paid an extra 58.00 for the warranty. When it came time to use the…read morewarranty which they said the tire was eligible for, they said I would have to buy another tire. They also put truck tires on my car which is not good for the transmission. I had to go back 7 times and the tire is still not fixed. I had to order a new tire that does not match the other tire that had the flat that they said that they could not repair. They do not make the tires that I purchased from Walmart just 6 months ago. When does this end??? Now I am out hours of my time and I still do not have a replacement tire and I still have not been reimbursed and they still have not reimbursed my card for the tire that is sitting at their store that they refused to install so it is a no win situation. I have had about 7 visits now. This has put a great deal of stress on me. When the tire was flat, the manager of the store told me to just drive the car over there like that. (It is not good to drive a car on a rim like that). I have had nothing but problems after dealing with all of this and no one seems to want to help me. The store manager even apologized to me for the way that the auto center manager was speaking to me in front of other people. I feel completed disrespected by these people and feel that my safety and the safety of me car has been compromised. I even had some who works there actually make comments to me about how badly they were treating me and he did not know what they were giving me such a run around. One employee there told me I should "Just sue them" in a totally serious manner. Also, after paying for a 3rd tire when I only wanted one or two originally, they wanted me to buy a fourth one and pay for instillation when they never honored the warranty to begin with and the tires would have still been mismatched. When I brought in a tire that was determined to be eligible for warranty coverage, I was told that the tire could not be repaired and that the original tire I had purchased was no longer available. I was then left trying to find a replacement that did not properly match the other tires on my vehicle. Despite paying for a replacement tire, it was never installed, and as of the date of this review I still have not received reimbursement for that charge. To make matters worse, I was advised to drive the vehicle to the store while the tire was flat, which I found concerning from a safety standpoint. Throughout this process, I spent countless hours making trips back and forth, waiting for callbacks, and attempting to obtain a resolution that should have been straightforward. I also experienced what I felt was unprofessional treatment from management in front of other customers. The store manager later apologized for the way I had been spoken to, and even Walmart employees expressed surprise that the issue had not been resolved after so many visits. One employee went so far as to tell me that he did not understand why I was being given such a difficult time. After paying for a warranty, paying for a replacement tire, making repeated trips to the store, and still not receiving a satisfactory resolution or reimbursement, I feel completely let down as a customer. The amount of time, stress, inconvenience, and frustration this situation has caused has been significant. As of the date of this review, this matter remains unresolved. Because my repeated efforts to resolve these issues directly with the store have not been successful, I intend to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Walmart Corporate Customer Relations, and other appropriate consumer protection agencies in an effort to obtain reimbursement and a final resolution. I strongly encourage other customers to keep detailed records of their purchases, warranty documents, receipts, and communications if they need to make a warranty claim. Based on my experience, doing so may be extremely important.
