Opted for a biscuit and gravy instead of a muffin or toast. The country gravy had a touch too much flour in it. Otherwise, it was solid. Our waitress Maritza was great. Staff all around were super busy but attentive and super polite. As far as drinks go, they've got a good variety available, standard fountain drinks, iced tea, coffee, etc... On a mission to try all the Huckleberry's. Today we visited Stockton off 8 Mile for breakfast. Here's what we ordered: Started with Bloody Mary; latte, coffees, fried green tomatoes and French fries for appetizers. Chicken salad, ribeye and eggs, banana French toast, eggs Benedict. The chicken salad was exactly what it was. Serving size was good and it came with a slice of toast. The eggs Benedict was ordered with no hollandaise sauce but arrived with a ton of sauce. The rib eye steak was super thin and ordered medium rare but came out medium well. The banana french toast came out slathered with butter and maple syrup. Last we ended with beignets with cream, apples, blueberry's and strawberry toppings. Food didn't come as ordered. I think the server wasn't paying attention and that's why the hollandaise sauce and ribeye came out wrong and well done. I couldn't even get a water refill. This visit I had the country fried steak with potatoes and a housemaid biscuit. Boy oh boy! Let me tell you I left a happy camper. Pretty neat to be able to have your drink in a mason jar. This location is fairly new to the area so of course lots of traffic coming in and out. We were informed that the wait time would be about 30 or 35 minutes but it was actually shorter than what we were informed. Once seated though it did take a while to Have our drink orders taken so once our waitress return to take our drink order we also ordered our meals to illuminate having to wait even longer.
