I took my car there to get check out my seat came back with a rip in it. They had the car for 6 hours. The service rep said he had a tech drive it but they see nothning wrong with it besides needing a wheel balance. I explain the car seen like it didn't have any power. Well come to find out from my neighbor who works on cars that my air filter was dirty and the intake wasn't getting enough air to the engine. One I replace it the car runs fine now. This is the second time they damage my seat. Don't take your car there they are over price and it's clear the techs don't know what they are doing if my neighbor know what was wrong and their techs can figure it out that"s a problem and they charge way to much. Someone going to pay for this damage seat.

Bought car end of sept. Car sales listing said had lane assist. My mechanic found it didnt. Took car back to repair something they didnt catch. No gm but corwin a mgr made deal to pay 4 aftermarket blind spot. Found vendor got verbal approval as did vendor, did work.they never paid. Finally there is gm who saw a bad review & contacted me. I accepted corwin's approval. Vendor sent invoice & got verbal approval which he always did the many times he did work cor midway Should i have more proof in writing? Wish i had but husband was very ill and i just wanted to get approval and go home Why would i go through all that? Find vendor get invoice and go-ahead from vendor. Make up a story about Corwin? While dealing with sick husband who died a month later? Not my fault they had no gm, and a mgr (no longer there) who lied By the way: i got work done. Im fighting for the vendor to get paid He is small businessman who was also widowed last year Want a nissan? Let your conscience decide where to go

Update showing the texts- emails- false appointments made. I reported to the BBB and unfortunately nothing was done. Stay away. The level of harassment legitimately made me feel unsafe as it was unhinged. The lies and false appointments the repeated accusations and gaslighting.

0 stars. We drove 4 hours for a car. They knew we were coming. I even offered to start the paperwork over the phone, they said not to worry about it. They Sold it to someone else 20 minutes before we arrived. NO REMORSE at all. The manager was incompetent and did not care at all. Drake is a liar and this is the worst dealership I ever attempted to work with. My advice, STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Buyer beware!!!! I was a potential buyer. I was interested in a truck and called the sales department. I worked with Daisy, and she was overall pretty attentive. I sent my credit app in early and she sent me a video. I did asked her specifically to make sure I wouldn't be surprised by anything when I got there since I live 45 min away. She explained the truck is "gorgeous" and nothing surprising.... Keep in mind, I, like everyone else, have purchased a vehicle before, by a private seller and dealership so my expectations were set pretty high from experiences I've had in the past. I arrived at the dealership and people were friendly for the most part. We were 15 min early and the first thing Daisy said was "your appt is 45 away". I'm like nope, we are 15 min early, but if you're not busy what's the issue... she seemed a bit annoyed for me to be early. The manager came out and told us how amazing the truck was, perfect condition, and how he bought it himself from a seller for the dealership..... this threw a few red flags out for me, since I've had managers tell me great choice, nice truck, whatever.... But he was pushing how great the truck looked. We walked outside after they brought it out and at first glance yeah, it looked great. After closer inspections, there was hail damage in the drivers side on the back quart of the truck. It wasn't a ton so I thought, yeah I'm already gonna work on the final price if I decide I want this truck. Overall it was in good condition...went for a test drive and I was really considering buying this vehicle. The whole time Daisy really didn't say a word, seemed annoyed, and was short. I was telling her if I purchased it I would want a deep detail since there was hair, dirt and grime in corners of the cup holders, stains on the arm rest and seats, and left over detail spray from when they just wiped it down.... When I returned I pulled it under the light so I can take a closer look at the hail damage and do a walk around. As I was honestly about to tell them let's do numbers, something was telling me to look at the top of the truck, so I hopped up and looked at the hop of the truck and I shit you not, it looks like a German woman was hired to dance up there every night with heavy wooden clogs. The damage was absolutely horrendous. Right away I was like absolutely not, and I immediately got frustrated that Daisy didn't give me a heads up. Worst part was she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about.... I told her I'm done, not interested. As I walked to get the keys to my potential trade in and the manager was like "how'd you like it, great choice right", I'm like yeah except for all the freaking damage!!!! He's like what damage, I said the extensive hail damage on top, he then admitted to knowing about it and told me it's hard to get fixed.... I told him you were about to sell me a truck with extensive damage!!!! I asked for my keys and he's like "it's too bad we can't make a deal, I was gonna offer 8k for your truck"..... my first thought was what a douche, my truck is a bit older but in 10x better condition with way more options then that clog dancefloor of a truck. The options I have put in by itself are worth more than 8k. He almost got me to come back and talk to him but I just jammed.......... I did send them a text and let them now know unprofessional this all was, and how inexcusable the whole experience was. I told them if they agreed to repair all the hail damage I would consider, but the price would have to be negotiated..... they said they would call me the next day. Today I got a call and they told me all they could repair is the side of the truck. That answered my questions 30k for a beat up truck, na..... beware this place is shady af. ****UPDATE**** They asked me to call Aimee and pretend to care in their message on here. I called her twice, left 2 vm and one message with the receptionist. That message was just to save face. Face yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done... twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed. I then go to pick up my car after 10 days.. and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There's broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself. As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. Tiny was the saving grace in this experience but I will never purchase through this company again.

At no point did anyone clearly disclose that sales tax was NOT included. Only after the sale, when we went to register the vehicle in Nevada, were we hit with a large, unexpected tax bill that we had to pay out of pocket. This is not a small oversight -- it's a major lack of transparency and, frankly, feels deceptive. If a dealership is quoting an "out-the-door" price, it is their responsibility to make sure that number is accurate and complete. Failing to disclose something as significant as sales tax is unacceptable. This experience has completely destroyed any trust we had in this dealership.

BUYERS BEWARE OF MIDWAY CHEVY -- DOCUMENT EVERYTHING…read more My experience trying to purchase a Silverado 2500 from Midway Chevy was extremely frustrating, and I would strongly recommend that anyone shopping there look very closely at the numbers instead of focusing on the advertised "discount." The sales representative I dealt with was Brent Katz, and I want to be clear that I have the conversations and explanations regarding my trade valuation in writing, including the different explanations I was given for why Midway valued my truck approximately $4,000 lower. They were advertising what sounds like a great $6,250 upfront discount on their Silverado 2500 trucks. Unfortunately, once I started going through the actual numbers, that discount wasn't nearly as impressive as they made it sound. First, I asked Brent Katz to have my trade appraised. Their offer came in approximately $4,000 below Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book. When I questioned Brent about why their number was so much lower, he told me that Edmunds and KBB weren't accurate because they aren't actual resellers. Rather than just arguing about it, I contacted two other dealerships and had my truck independently appraised by both of them. Both dealerships came back right around the Edmunds and KBB values. I then sent Brent both buyer sheets in writing showing that two actual dealerships were valuing my truck approximately $4,000 higher than Midway. That's when the explanation changed. After previously telling me their offer was $4,000 lower because Edmunds and KBB aren't resellers, Brent then told me their trade value was lower because Midway was already giving me a $6,250 discount on the new truck. Again, I have these statements in writing. Then there's the $2,559 protection package that they automatically add to the deal and, according to what I was told, is not optional. So let's do the math: Advertised discount: $6,250 Mandatory protection package: +$2,559 Trade approximately $4,000 below two competing dealer offers: +$4,000 Total: $6,559 So between the mandatory protection package and the approximately $4,000 less they were offering for my trade, that's $6,559 -- which is actually MORE than their advertised $6,250 discount. What bothered me just as much was the way Brent handled my questions. I was considering two different Silverado 2500s at two different prices, and I repeatedly asked him to provide me with a buyer's order for each truck showing the complete out-the-door numbers. Instead, he kept telling me I didn't need both sheets and that I could simply subtract the difference between the prices of the two trucks. That's not how the math works. A lower vehicle purchase price also means lower sales tax, so simply subtracting the difference between the prices of the trucks does not give you the correct out-the-door difference. I shouldn't have to repeatedly explain why I need an actual buyer's order for each vehicle when I'm trying to determine exactly what each truck will cost me. I own a business myself. I understand businesses need to make money, and I have absolutely no problem with a dealership making a reasonable profit. What I do have a problem with is advertising a $6,250 discount, adding a $2,559 non-optional protection package, offering approximately $4,000 less for my trade than two competing dealerships, and then changing the explanation for that lower trade value after I provide documentation proving other dealerships are offering significantly more. I also don't appreciate being spoken to as though I don't understand basic numbers simply because I'm asking for complete and transparent buyer's orders. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Midway Chevy: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Thankfully, I did. Don't get distracted by the advertised discount. Get a complete buyer's order. Look at every fee and add-on. Get your trade independently appraised by other dealerships. Then compare the actual out-the-door numbers. Because a $6,250 "discount" doesn't mean much when the numbers elsewhere in the transaction can cost you $6,559
