I ate here on a Friday night while visiting Arizona. Very nice ambiance. We were seated just as the live band was finishing up. We got the elotes and guacamole with chips for appetizers. The Elotes were superb. The guacamole lacked flavor and salt. For main course I had the chicken green Chile enchiladas, which came with rice and beans. They were scrumptious. My sister and mother enjoyed their dishes as well (mole enchiladas and bacon wrapped shrimp tacos). I do wish they gave you more beans. The portion was skimpy.

What in the actual....... The carne asada was not what some of the other reviews described...... it was dry and had a burnt taste to it. The mole enchiladas- ok sauce was like 10/10 it tasted so good, BUT BUT BUT it was cold AF. My meal was not even lukewarm. (And I even saw this as a complaint in other reviews) I would have rather waited an extra 15 mins to get my food than to eat something that was the same temperature as something that came out of the fridge. I honestly (never worked in the food service industry) cannot even understand how a meal that was just prepped could be so cold? Do I even want to know? I thought the review that mentioned Taco Bell was extremely rude, but they might be right just sayin........... so expensive and probably one of the worst meals I have had out. All I had here is regrets.

We keep coming back here for a reason. If you are in the East Valley and want a place with a serious tequila program, this is it. Kevin, the manager, runs this place exceptionally well. You can feel it in the consistency, the energy, and the overall experience. What really sets it apart is the tequila selection he curates. He brings in unique, high quality bottles you do not typically see, and it shows a level of care that tequila lovers will appreciate. The Mexico City elote is a must. Packed with flavor and always on point. The Rib Eye Aguachile is one of our go to orders, especially with the quesadillas it comes with. We always add bone marrow on the side and it completes the whole experience. The ribeye was a little overcooked this time, but still good and not a deal breaker for us. Matthew took great care of us. Kind, attentive, and made everything feel easy. We came on a Wednesday and it was packed, so make a reservation. Parking is limited, so Ubering is the best move if you plan to enjoy the tequila. Great spot for a casual night out that still feels elevated.

First time eating here, and will definitely go back! We had a reservation for four of us and were promptly seated by a friendly host! Our server Jazmine was excellent, not over bearing and always checked in at the right time. All the individuals running food and drinks were also great and friendly! The cocktails had fun presentations and the taste was on point. All the food we ordered was perfectly executed! The Short Rib Platter with Bone Marrow was melt in your mouth. We ordered it to share between two of us and had a lot left over as well. It made for excellent repurposed breakfast tacos. Inside is a beautiful atmosphere, just dark enough and lights on each table. It's a smaller space but did not feel overly close to the table next to you. If you're thinking of going here, you won't be disappointed - give it a try!

I had had a very stressful week and was in desperate need of a good spicy margarita! Earlier in the week, one of my good good girlfriends passed away and I was devastated. Anyway, I decided to come back here because I remember that their spicy margaritas were off the chain! I'm happy to report that it did not disappoint! In fact, I had two of them and they were quite tasty. I sat at the bar and the service was outstanding. There were several bartenders behind the bar, and it seemed that each one made sure that I was taken care of! Nice touch! I felt seen and heard! Since I was there, I thought I would try the Infamous Quessabirria tacos entrée. OMG! It was fabulous! It comes with two dipping sauces and some charred beans. I thoroughly enjoyed them and so did my husband. I brought the leftovers home to him. The atmosphere of this place is outstanding. I was here on a Friday night at about 5 o'clock and the place was filling up rather quickly! It's dark inside but once you sit down, they bring a cute little lamp over to brighten up your space. All in all I highly recommend this place. It's a hidden gem in the Chandler downtown scene!

This place went above our expectations. We came here for a celebratory dinner, and our server, Ana asked us about that right away. She was very kind, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our steaks were unbelievable. We were actually planning on going to the Keg before realizing it hadn't opened yet. These steaks were better! They were seasoned to perfection, and cooked perfectly. Every dish had large portions, money well spent. Another thing I enjoyed was their silverware, all the pieces had very long handles and were comfortable to use. The restaurant had a romantic vibe, even during the blazing summer daytime. We're excited to go back and try more.

What a pretty restaurant inside. Our waitress was on top of things. We did go for a birthday brunch but they don't serve brunch yet. It said brunch but we ended up with lunch. It was very good the Guacamole Dip was delicious and a large portion. Between the three of us we had a torts, enchiladas and tacos, the Michelada was incredible and the Margarita was served in a pretty glass. The birthday dessert was fun and good. It's not cheap but a great place for a special occasion or a drink at the bar.

Miel de Agave in Chandler is such a vibe. From the moment you walk in, the energy is fun, lively, and welcoming! It was the kind of place where you can dress up a little, relax, and actually enjoy the experience. I ordered the 12 oz NY steak and WOW. Cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and honestly one of those meals you keep thinking about after you leave. The Parmesan truffle fries were the perfect side. They were so crispy, indulgent, and impossible not to share (but you won't want to). Paired everything with a Reserve Cab red wine, which was smooth and delicious and tied the whole meal together beautifully. The service was amazing, attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and genuinely happy to be there, which makes such a difference. Add in live music, and it just takes the whole night up a notch. Great food, great drinks, great sound, and an atmosphere that feels fun and upbeat without being chaotic. This is the kind of spot that works for date night, girls' night, or just a night out when you want good food, good wine, and good vibes. Miel de Agave definitely delivered & I can't wait to go back.

Amazing customer service! Shout out to Kevin the GM and his team for providing an immaculate experience for us. We randomly stumbled across this restaurant due to being in the area. It was an hour wait on a Saturday night but no wait to sit at the bar. Our food came out in a timely manner and EVERYTHING was good. The cocktails are also delicious, although they are on the pricey side. If you're looking for a date night or a night out with the girls, this is the spot!

Decided to try Miel de Agave for late lunch on a Sunday and walked in without a reservation. There were no tables available, although it did not seem too crowded--(No problem though, so friends and I sat at the bar.) We ordered a few apps and got the Sonoran tacos as my entree. Everything from the potato tacos-- to the aguachile was flavorful and delicious. I would describe this place as modern Mexican cuisine. Chic, jungle vibes with low lighting decor! Also service at the bar was friendly and prompt. I will be returning to try other items from the menu!

I really wanted to love this place because the food is phenomenal. I had the chicken green chili cream enchiladas, and they were absolutely delicious--easily 5-star quality. However, the rest of the experience was a letdown. We visited on a Saturday afternoon (3/28/26) and the service was frustratingly slow. There seemed to be only one server working the floor while multiple runners just stood around the bar area. The drinks are a total rip-off. I had the Paloma, very refreshing and tasty but could not taste the tequila. The worst part of that, we paid $17+ per cocktail, only to realize there was little to no alcohol in them. Pro-tip: Come for the food, but save your money and grab a drink at one of the many bars down the street in downtown Chandler instead. Or stick to wine & beer. If it weren't for the poor service and the watered-down drinks, this would be a 5 star review.

I've got mixed feelings. First, the good: parking was easy, service was super fast, and the inside is really nice. Lots of greenery, elevated lighting, and the whole space has this rainforest-meets-modern vibe that feels thoughtfully designed. The tables and layout definitely make it feel more upscale than your average casual spot. Now the downside... the food came out really fast, like 5-10 minutes after ordering, and honestly it tasted like it. I ordered enchiladas, but it felt more like three tacos with cheese sauce and heavy crema on top. Then instead of rice and beans, it came with what was basically enchilada toppings served as a side salad, which was a little confusing. Also, the ratio of staff to guests was wild. I was the only one there but somehow felt rushed the whole time, which took away from the experience. Overall, the space is beautiful, but the food and overall flow didn't really match the vibe for me. Average at its best. We chose this spot for a friend's birthday celebration based on the great reviews and social hype. There were five of us. After ordering, three entrées came out 15-20 minutes before the other two. When the birthday girl finally got her Steak and Frites, it wasn't what she ordered. She had asked for well-done, but it was medium rare. About five minutes later, the server checked in. I asked if they could redo the steak. He took the plate back, but it couldn't have been more than two minutes before it returned and it was still undercooked. It was another 10 minutes before the server checked again. By then she had picked at what she could eat. When he asked if it was still not right, he offered to have it cooked properly so she could enjoy it at home. I asked to have it removed from the bill and he agreed. None of the other entrees stood out but at least they came out as ordered. We had noted in the reservation that it was her birthday, but it went completely unacknowledged. I'm not sure if we were supposed to mention it again while ordering, but we noticed a few other tables receiving birthday celebrations. Ours got nothing. Overall, the price point didn't match the experience. The place has potential but it fell short this time. read more

Service (5 stars) Our server, Jazmin, was great! She had some great drink recommendations and hooked us up with some free stuff - we had a free sample of prickly pear strawberry margs, really good! Food and drinks (4 ish stars) Drinks: The chichen-itza was good but would rather have a marg (4 stars) Apps: The Los dorados tacos were super good but don't believe the menu - they weren't drenched in salsa as promised. Each taco needs its own salsa cup (hot take). (4 stars) Birria tacos - the meat was good, tortilla a little soggy. (3.5 stars) Bacanora tacos: the bacon wrapped shrimp were a little chewy, it was very rich with the cheese and coleslaw (3.5 stars) Torta: meat was good, soggy bottom, came steak fries - hot take the worst type of fries. Couldn't taste pickeled onions. Their utensils" were cute. They are buying reviews with free cocktails, so that should tell you something. The place is nicely decorated but unfortunately we never ate here. We were the first customers of the day. Sat down and the drinks are sooooo expensive. We are talking $17 is the cheapest to $30 something. Most that would interest me were 20+. Absolutely insane for a cocktail. So I opted to have an ice tea. They don't have ice tea, so I opted for water. The person I came with opted for a glass of wine from the wine list. They had no wine in stock except for a $100 bottle that they offered. Ok, so either a gold priced cocktail or a 100+ bottle of wine. Then we asked if there is anything else they don't have on there menu that it says they have. He says yes, they don't have shrimp. Several items on their menu have shrimp. Like what? If you are a new restaurant there is no excuse and I understand if something runs out but if you run out go to the store to buy it to hold you over until your supply comes in and do better with ordering. No excuse for any of it. So, we left and probably won't be back. I understand why they are paying people in drinks for good reviews because service stinks. Food, I wouldn't know. read more

Food was 4/5 but due to the service, my overall is a 2/5. We had a lot of time waiting for a waiter to even get our drink order. After ordering drinks, it took a long time to get our drinks and order our food. Our food was good, but when it came out, we immediately noticed it was missing things that was in the description. Our server was nice and apologetic. Long times for drink refills. After we finished eating, it again took quite a long time to get our check. We really only saw two servers for the whole place. We had an amazing night here. Our server, Matthew, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel easy and elevated. The food was very good, I got the Pasta Bacanora and it had great flavor. My boyfriend and I got a clase azul paloma and it was very tasty and smooth. Service was very good, Ambiance is nice I would give 4 stars but....there were 4 of us and our meals were served sporadically and our drinks which were ordered before dinner were served after our meals..what? I was served first and it was only 5 minutes after I ordered, and my dish was barely warm. It was a weekend out with my cousin, and we decided to try Mail de Agave. The food looked amazing, and although we didn't have reservations, we were lucky to find seats at the bar. We started with drinks-- I had the Paloma, which was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. My cousin chose a mezcal-based cocktail that typically includes grasshoppers, though she opted to skip those. For dinner, I ordered the carne asada, which was incredibly flavorful and smelled amazing. The homemade tortillas were a great touch. My cousin went with the green chile chicken enchiladas, and I got to try a bite--creamy, rich, and full of flavor. We decided to go all out and share the deep-fried ice cream for dessert, which did not disappoint. The staff was warm and attentive, checking on us regularly, and the live music added to the experience--a talented guitarist played throughout the evening. This restaurant has only been open a month and it is excellent. It's located in downtown Chandler and has a nice ambiance. The ceviche is the best I've had and the food is excellent. So fresh and full of flavor. I had the Birria tacos and the elote appetizer. I've been here twice within the same week because I craved it all week. Just stop in and try it. It's so good! read more

So a couple of friends recommended this place for their amazing drinks. We had reservations at an upscale restaurant for dinner, so we figured we'd stop by here for drinks first. Well, let's just say we never left. This place is awesome!! we went to the bar and our bartender Oscar was great, he gave us some great recommendations. All of our drinks were incredible. Came here for my husband's birthday last night and was really impressed. We had a reservation at 7 and were promptly seated. The decor and ambiance were really cool. They had live music that we really enjoyed. Our waiter gave us a complimentary shot to start off with which was a nice touch. The drinks we ordered were great and nicely presented. We had the pork belly appetizer which was amazing! I had the carne asada for my main and it was super flavorful and tender. My husband had the Bacanora tacos and said they were really good. The service, the staff, and the drinks were all great! The 1912 Lounge can provide a cold beer, some handcrafted cocktails, or a variety of dishes, from appetizers and salads to burgers and other large entrees, and desserts. They have bold wines and plenty of domestic and imported beer options. The atmosphere comes across as friendly and cozy. The signature cocktail that was the biggest hit with our group was the Blueberry Gin Fizz with Empress gin, blueberry, citrus, and a soda float. The 1912 Lobby Bar and Lounge serves food until 10 PM on weekdays and until 11 PM on weekends. It is open until 11 PM from Sunday through Thursday and until Midnight on Friday and Saturday. We had to circle for a while, and unfortunately, my grandparents ended up parking pretty far away. It would be amazing if the nearby restaurants teamed up to offer valet because that would make a huge difference. Now, onto the good stuff - the restaurant itself was a 10/10! The food was absolutely delicious, and the servers were attentive and friendly. I tonight for an early birthday celebration, and they made it extra special by surprising me with a tres leches cake, a Mexican candy shot, sparklers, and lights while singing happy birthday. It was so fun and a thoughtful way for the restaurant to celebrate birthdays! The ambience is amazing! It's dim, so might need a light if you are hard of sight. But just know the space is pretty small. Reservations are highly recommended, and because the tables are tiny, I think it's best for groups of 2-4 people (maybe up to 6). We were 7, and it felt a little cramped, especially with all the food and drinks on the table. Speaking of drinks, they were all super yummy and came in the cutest glasses! We ordered the Torro de Mariscos to share, a seafood tower consisting of shrimp ceviche, cooked shrimp, octopus, squid, aguachile, avocado, cucumber, red onion, topped with a tomato sauce. Enjoy on cracker or corn chips. We were hungry and started eating on arrival, so my picture is post tower demolition. Hehe Checkout the menu for a picture of the tower presentation. I had a similar dish last time I was in San Carlos deep sea fishing and this was right there on flavor and freshness! Very comfortable atmosphere with bright color mural paintings and mariachi music playing in the background gave the feeling that I was in Mexico! Afterwards I learned that the owner is from San Carlos! Wow! Small world! We will be back! Highly recommended for Baja Mexican food!

My kiddo also had OJ and a warmed chocolate chip espresso banana nut loaf. (Btw, I did ask them, even though there's an espresso swirl, it doesn't have caffeine and it's safe for kids to eat) For my main dish, I got the Gilbert Grains which is a quinoa bowl with roasted veggies, 6 min egg with pistachio crisps. It was savory with great textures and I felt really healthy eating it too!! Lastly, I got the tasty house made ricotta ravioli to share for the table. It was all of our first time there and I just love how adorable the ambience was! They all seemed to enjoy their food too. But let me tell you about the staff, everyone was so incredibly kind to us, hospitality was top-notch. I couldn't believe how much they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
