Ok I read every review before booking, which was an interesting choice considering I was staring at projectile vomit from a cat that is older than there is time. Anyway I digress, I've been in this townhouse for four years and they have not been professionally done since, I did spot sections with my own steamer. The gist? Miguel is the BEST. He came that day when we spoke cause he could hear the desperation in my voice, he charged a reasonable rate to do my main floor and the stairs leading up to it. He helped me move furniture around and was very personable and funny. I waited a five days to post this because I know some people mentioned old stains popped up(which would be reasonable to expect btw) and it still looks fantastic for 11 year old carpet. We were able to schedule a carpet cleaning at 9 am , Thursday, sept 20. Prior to this, we had contacted two other carpet cleaning companies- Miguel was the first to return our call, quoted us a fair price for the cleaning, and everything went very well. We had about 650 to 700 sq feet of short pile , two year old carpet that needed to be cleaned . The carpet now looks new , thanks to Miguel and his helper. They started upstairs and cleaned the hallway and then did the carpeted stairway.. and finished cleaning the lower level in a professional and timely manner. Our cleaner was 10 minutes early to set up equipment, kind, friendly, thorough, and fast. For a 2400 square foot home with mostly carpet, it took him only an hour, and every stain is gone. The first time he cleaned carpets for me we were just moving into the house and he even stopped & helped me while I was trying to rip out a small room of old carpet by suggesting that I remove a door from its hinges, & then he even did it for me & explained how to get it back on later! After calling about half a dozen places, Miguel's gave me the best price by far. Getting an appointment for carpet cleaning was really quick and convenient, and the carpet cleaning itself was also quick (but thorough). I can't say much about the carpet afterward or about needing furniture moved since I was only getting the carpet cleaning as part of an agreement with my landlord upon moving out, but everything looked good to me! While I couldn't get a receipt right away, the owner was quick to respond and send me one once I emailed him (as I was instructed to do).
