He was extremely helpful, funny, and welcoming, even laughing at our jokes. The person working the drive-thru, Christina, has about as much personality as a rock. Everything spoken is in a mono tone with no visible appreciation for your business. Food was about average, not what you normally get at a Miguel's. Del Taco is up the street. Probably would've been a better choice. They should shut this location down. This location has really gone under. Line was super long and took forever. Food was absolutely disgusting. The birria quesadilla was basically slop in a togo container. The meat wasn't shredded at all just a giant gross and cold block of meat on one triangle. Step your sh*t up. read more

Bean and cheese burritos and horchata are always bomb. And the text coupons/social media offers are always a plus! Honestly you can't go wrong! Had to give a 5 star rating because I can't have my local Miguel's with 2.5 stars, some of these ratings are a little outrageous. It's always clean, always friendly, and always fresh. Ordered drive through got the completely wrong order Crew was goofing off which I don't care as long as the orders right. Got home had to call took a long time to get through Once we did no apology just we can remake your order. Well apologies are nice at the very least. Drove 40 minutes to get there 20 minutes home now another 40 minute round trip. So decided to have food remade got there the guy at counter had no idea asked a lady in light blue shirt. Slopped together food, burrito falling apart, tacos seeping in grease, never any ice in machine, flies everywhere. this place is gross go to the better locations in norco and corona that are worth the drive as this location is not. 10/9 4:44pm We brought some friend here who have never eaten at Miguel's before.. We went through drive-thru which was super long, placed orders. When got our food we asked if that was everything because thought would be more bags and they said yes, we left and started heading home.. Half way home we stopped and checked our bags... Glad we did because we were missing our Taco Salad, Quesadilla, side Guacamole and No sauces... Frustrated we turned back around.. We walk in and as walking toward counter the manger says "That theirs, wrap it up for them", no sorry or anything... The young lady wraps our order and she did apologized.. Fast forward home... Everything was awful, Burritos were nasty as well as now cold, the Taquitos were under cooked and guacamole wasn't mixed (could see white). Just was not good, WORSE ever at Miguel's and sad because we had talked it up to our friends who have never eat at a Miguel's. THIS PLACE REALLY DROPPED THE BALL today.. This is a order of Carne asada nachos I got for my son. Only the top layer had cheese. Maybe 15 chips. Do you really need training on how to make proper nachos? At home we layer chips, add cheese, more chips and more cheese then add toppings. Can't blame covid because this isn't that hard to do. Traditional taco crispy shells are also never really that crispy and burritos thrown together wrapped like crap to the point of me just re wrapping it. Sorry, but this Miguel's jr. Has gone down hill. We went on a Friday night and ordered our usual in the drive thru, our burritos were small, and our chicken tacos had hardly anything in them. I have ordered here and eaten inside many times over the years and little by little the quality has gone down. The service is usually very good, except for forgetting our hot sauce, but the beans don't taste the same, and the tacos had a few shreds of lettuce and cheese in them, hardly any chicken. Decided to try this place since I've heard mixed reviews about it. I ordered the carne asada taco, because burrito and the carne asada nachos. Now that I have tried it I won't be going back. It is obvious that the meat is of very low quality. It's cut up into very think pieces which makes it tough to chew and what makes it worse is that some of it is very fatty. The nachos are just chips with some melted cheese on top, they don't actually have nacho cheese. The tacos weren't good dues to the meat being very chewy. The beans and rice taste like they've been stored for a while. The service is ok, didn't see or experience and issues with the staff. read more

This is one of my favorite eateries to buy food from. However this specific location is so inconsistent. The last two times I went were amazing. However when I bought a wet burrito earlier there was barely any sauce. The sauce is my favorite part so I was disappointed however I didn't make a fuss. You never know at this location what the size of ur burrito will be, a big tasty one or a very small one. I guess it just depends on the chef. Sad to see so many issues with this location when it is the only one in the area.
