I went in for an estimate and based on other Yelp reviews was expecting the best service. I was never informed that everything was booked 4 weeks in advance. Who wants to wait months for repairs? Then the guy who did my inspection didn't even look at everything thoroughly, he just looked at it, snapped pictures and sent me on my way with an estimate using used parts! Which again I was not informed about! My exhaust was shifted to the right when I was rear ended & my front bumper popped off from being pushed into another vehicle but the estimator failed to acknowledge any of that & focused on just the back bumper. Then I was booked for a random date which I happen to have work on and when I told him I couldn't make that day it had to be a different day the guy got upset & told me those days definitely not. Definitely not happy with this visit. NOW, they claimed to have told me that I could take it to Vallejo, which I was never informed of. I live in Vallejo, I much rather take it there. Great auto body shop. Was referred by auto insurer to this location and glad they chose this shop. From the welcoming entrance and staff as well extremely accommodating pick up drop off changes for my erratic work schedule, thanks to Susie and Whitney. In addition Nino was extremely flexible in picking up my car and working with the insurance to get them updated on the status of my car. When I arrived to pick up my car it looked great, from the workmanship to the paint and not only that, my car was only affected on the bumper and they went above and beyond and fully cleaned the entire exterior and interior of the car. When my car was scratched and dented and really aesthetically unappealing, I took it to Mike's Auto Body because I knew their manager Brad and knew him to be a nice, honest person whose advice I could rely on without question. I took my car in early in the morning, and when I picked it up in the afternoon they had not only repaired all the damage, but they even polished the wheels, dressed the tires, and I swear I smelled a hint of air freshener inside. They offered me a ride to work when I dropped the car off, called me with updates during the day, just 100% as good of an experience as I could have expected, and then they exceeded my expectations. I used Mike's Auto Body because my insurance suggested them and then a good friend also recommended them. They were great. Kept in touch via text messages so I always knew what was happening with the repairs. It was completed on time although I wasn't able to pick up my car when it was completed as I was out of town so it was no problem that I came a few days later. The repair job was superb and the customer service here is outstanding. I highly recommend Mike's Auto Body. I got my car repaired here back in 2014 and it was all OK at 1st but after 4 years there was too small pinholes from the body work done so I kind of let it go since it wasn't too badd then a few months later the cracks started getting bigger and started popping up in different areas took the car back to see if I can get warranty work done as it supposedly is lifetime warranty and they would not do the work because my car is lowered and that it wasn't their fault when I spoke to the area manager he told me they had a representative From the company that provides their paint come and take a look at it and he did it wasn't a issue with there paint but when I told him that it's not a paint issue it's a body work issue he said "I know but he (the paint rep) said he thinks it wasnt a warranty issue" he also said "if you would have brought it when the first signs started we would have done it" So I cannot understand still why they would not do the body work if they know it is a body work Issue Even when I went to pick up the car the person who walked me out even looked at the damage again touched the quarter panel and saw how flexible it is on both sides and said "it's just because these cars are so flexible and have such thin metal" but if I were you I would stay away go To a good shop that will get the job done right the 1st time and knows how to properly fix the damage read more

I went in because my honda coupe got hit...the office wasnt particulary gracious..or accomodating..not sure if they know about customer sevice and good social etiquettes when dealing with a customer....then the person that came look at the car...i had mentioned that the side where the bumper got hit on the front passanger side the tire was hit and needed an alighnment and balance..they proceeded to tell me that wasnt approved by the insurance company..i proceeded to take my business to soscol auto body...who bothered to check my alignment and noticed on the side the car got hit the alignment was off on that one tire... which i knew was off..since my car only had 8500 miles and just came from routine maintenance that same weekend..and was steering beautifully before the hit...i will never use them..their office is fancy..they have tablets..but who wants to be treated like dog doo doo..after being in a car wreck...and having an estimater telling this isnt part of what the insurance approved..i had my car taken care off..to pre accident shape..was treated well at soscol auto body...they even arranged my rental... read more
