I called Corporate Fleet Sales on 11/20/25 at 10:25 a.m. The call was answered by a woman who asked…read morewhat I needed. I asked who I was speaking with, and she said her name was Arlene. I asked Arlene if I could speak with her manager. She then asked if this had to do with me wanting to return a vehicle. Mind you, this was the first time I had ever called this place, and I thought that was a red flag. I responded that no, it did not, and that I simply wanted to speak with the manager in charge. She then changed her tone with me and said he was not available at the moment. I said okay, no worries, and asked if I could get his email. She then asked what this was about. I told her the issue had nothing to do with her, which was why I was asking for a manager. At that point she became aggressive with me and said that if I didn't give her my name and number, she wasn't going to help me. Before I could get a word in, she transferred me to a line that rang twice and then asked if I wanted to leave a voicemail. I decided to call back. This time, the phone was answered by a man named Dennis. He seemed polite at first, but his tone gave off a bad demeanor. I asked if I could speak to the manager in charge, and he asked what the call was regarding. I told him the same thing I told Arlene, but unlike Arlene, Dennis was beyond rude. He said that if I didn't give him my name and number, he was just going to hang up on me, and that no matter how many times I called, he would continue to hang up. When I asked if he was a salesman there and why he cared so much about why I needed to speak to his supervisor, he simply hung up on me. After calling a third time, Dennis was treating the entire situation like a game. At one point, he kept cutting me off and repeating, like a lunatic, "No name, no number, I'm not going to help you." After saying that about seven times, he hung up again. I called back a fourth time, and now they just hang up every time. Based on the way both Arlene and Dennis handled my calls, it's clear this dealership has serious customer-service issues and an unprofessional internal culture. Their hostility, refusal to provide basic information, and repeated hang-ups weren't just rude--they signaled a place that has no respect for customers and no interest in resolving concerns. If this is how they treat someone simply trying to speak with a manager, I can only imagine how they behave once they've already taken a customer's money. This interaction alone was enough to make me completely lose trust in this dealership.

Three very kind gentlemen Jordan, Jorge and Omar (I believe the names are all correct; I'm a senior) went above and beyond to help me get my car play back. I'm traveling on Monday and needed my familiar screens. They were patient, provided good conversation and kept me calm as it was being stubborn. But I left fully satisfied with their service and skill in getting me back on the road with my screens in tact. THANK YOU!! And while I am at it another thank you to the service department for saving me dollars! A full wiper arm had been ordered but when seen it only required a blade. I was refunded and in and out very quick. Again all the individuals were GREAT that assisted me! I have been very pleased with your service. My 2025 Tucson Hybrid is very happy as am I!!

Called the dealership was connected to Richard Garcia sales man. I set up a time to look at this vehicle not only was he super friendly but he informed me the jeep was at the sister store in Tracy he hand delivered it for me. I fell in love with this car and Richard was able to make it work in my price range. Honestly I'm use to spending 10 hrs at a dealership. They picked a great financing company with putting minimal hits on my credit which was important to me. The whole process was awesome and quick. Because I work close to the dealership Richard picked up my car and had it detailed for me. Had a slight problem with the lift gate but they got it fixed right away. Highly impressed with everyone here!! Go see Richard Garcia for your next car!! Hopefully this jeep is my forever jeep but if I need another vehicle I will be coming back!! Thank you everyone!!

BUYER BEWARE: Deceitful Practices & Horrible Condition I…read moream ranked in Google's top 2% of reviewers worldwide, and I review fairly and accurately. Take my advice: stay far away from this dealership. Mufasa and his staff are highly invasive, deceitful, and the epitome of shady used car salesmen. Here is exactly how our process went after purchasing a vehicle through CarGurus: Bait-and-Switch Condition: In the listing pictures, the car looked beautiful, in amazing condition, and free of serious defects. However, when our independent transport driver arrived for pickup, he immediately called us because the car looked incredibly beat up. He wanted to document the heavy damage so he wouldn't be blamed. When confronted, Mufasa brushed it off and claimed "they've seen pictures." We were never shown the actual damage on the vehicle we received. Abysmal Communication: We filled out an application and were approved immediately, but it took them over a week just to get back to us. Shady Contract Add-Ons: They didn't send out the contract for a week and a half (which was their version of "overnight" shipping). When it finally arrived, Mufasa had snuck in a $2,500 warranty that he previously claimed was "included." Registration Nightmare: We had to threaten litigation just to get our registration paperwork. When it finally arrived, they had registered the vehicle in the State of California, even though we explicitly live in Arizona. This entire experience was filled with dishonesty, delays, and zero integrity. Save yourself the stress, money, and legal headaches. Do business elsewhere
