Decided to try this place because it came highly recommended by a local who said their pizza was delicious but mostly that they delivered. Unfortunately they no longer deliver but decided to order anyway since it wasn't too far from where we were staying. The staff were friendly, prompt & accommodating. I requested a certain pickup time and they had no problem doing that. I also ordered 2 giant sized pizzas with 4 different types which they gladly agreed to do as well. Pizza was tasty just wish I requested to add more sauce . It was a bit dry and other than the sausage the other toppings were pretty generous. As good as reviews I read promised! We were staying at nearby Worldmark Angels Camp condo. Many owners there gave high five for Mike's pizza. In fact, I never read anything less than five star. So we placed a to go order on Sunday night, two nights before Halloween. So probably pretty busy. She said it would be at least an hour. it was worth the wait. Excellent delivery and product was fresh and hot. We got the green goddess I believe, with pesto sauce, and artichoke hearts. Crust was wonderful with bit of edge crispness and delightfully soft chewy texture. Loved the creamy sauce with just right coverage and mix of cream and pesto. The Medium was perfect for three of us. I learned that Mike's pizza had a gluten free crust, but I had to call to make sure cross-contamination would be minimized. I called and they were so happy to accommodate me! Explained their food handling and how they had yet to hear of anyone complaining of cc. I was ready to fall off the dairy wagon but based on the employee's rave of the gluten free crust and plant based cheese with tons of veggies, I went for it. It truly was amazing! Tons of veggies. The crust was perfect. Cauliflower based and not sticky like the rice based ones. And the cheese had a cheese pull! I have never heard of that from a dairy free cheese. Crazy! We only got takeout-- because coronavirus-- so I can't comment on the interior of the place, but the food we got was really yummy. Relatively inexpensive and fast, it should be a go-to option if you're staying in the area and just don't have the time or energy to cook. Plus, they have salads so you can feed yourself or your family a vegetable or two! Bonus parenting points! The broccoli pizza was a good size for the price and was loaded with what was obviously fresh broccoli bites. I can't stand it when places use the frozen stuff, but Mike's was great. The cheesy bread was loaded up with cheese and came with a free dipping sauce. It wasn't overly seasoned and really just seemed like cheese on bread, BUT this makes it a perfect option for messy or picky kids. My husband got a garlic pesto chicken sandwich and was very pleased. It comes with your choice of cheese and you can customize it by putting the veggies on the side, aaaaaand given how quickly it disappeared it must have been at least decent. Ordered food to go since our plans to get some grub at the angels camp farmers market was a bust (banner says every Friday starting in June, however, it doesn't start til June 10). Food was ready in 30 minutes. The atmosphere had that old school Pizza Hut vibe when you'd actually go into Pizza Hut to sit down for your meal. It also had arcade games and a modern juke box. All the staff were nice and after paying for my order, the young lady went in the back to retrieve our food. We got 3 kids meals: corn dogs, spaghetti & meatballs and a chicken nugget meal. We also ordered some fries, plain wings and a meatball pizza. The kids meals had no complaints. The fries were fine, a little on the soggy side but that's okay with me. My fave was the plain wings with ranch. Mike's def does not skimp on toppings. The meatball pizza had meatballs galore!
