    Meatball sub.
    Tito C.

The food was really good in the past. I ordered a 10$ meatball sub. It came with 3 previously frozen meatballs. The meatballs were still cold. I called and they said it is the way it comes. Not tasted like I asked. The cheeses was not on the sandwich. Highly disappointed with the service and the food.

    Corn chowder

So quick pick up for lunch. Quoted 10-15 and was ready when I arrived. I felt they're menú was pretty reasonably priced. I ordered Corn chowder and cheesy garlic bread. The corn chowder was REALLY runny. I thought chowder was supposed to be thicker?! I didn't like it. The cheesy garlic bread was good though. Basically a small pizza with sauce in the side. The sauce was really good. Next time I'll have to get an extra! Def worth going back and trying something else.

These aren't chicken wings! Their wing dings

I had ordered 35 chicken wings (not wing dings) waited about an hour to get delivered. My team and I were having a potluck and everyone was hungry. Everyone grabbed the food before I even got to see the wing dings. Called back to have them fix the matter. Their resolution was to give back the wing dings so they can give the correct chicken wings. Which meant have me wait another hour passed our lunch time. Told them to forget about and will never order from them again. Please purchase with your credit card and not your debit. Mike's swindled about $30 by charging me chicken wings price but gave me wing dings.

    a bad chicken parm sub
    Jeff B.

just moved to beverly and am seeking out a good chicken parm sub....and this place does not have it. I opened the wrapper and said "how am I supposed to eat this?". chicken overflowing out of the roll, sauce literally everywhere. very little cheese. the roll should be crispy and crunchy, it was soft and soggy. the sauce was good, but half of it was left on the wrapper! plus they told me 20 min for pickup when it clearly should have been 10, was lukewarm at best. my quest shall continue.

I needed a spatula to handle this tuna sub.

A year had passed since I reviewed Mike's and I must say nothing has changed. Once again I ordered a tuna sub and when I opened it up, it was an unholy mess! Mike, you MUST do something about your packaging. Most of the filling was smeared on the foil wrapper. I had to scrape it off and what was remaining was oozing like lava. No one can eat something like this. It is not appetizing. You need rubber gloves. Why have they not fixed this problem? On the plus side, the ingredients, the tuna and sub roll, are good quality. Still, I can't imagine eating this in public. I quit.

    Gluten free pepperoni

The gluten free pizza is amazing! Can't even tell it's gluten free. Their home made dressings are to die for and their salads are great! We order from here all the time at work

I'm so tired of getting the wrong order. This place is not great at substitutions! Always double check your order. Food is always delicious!

Between Salem, Peabody, Danvers, and Beverly, there are dozens and dozens pizza places in the area…read more This doesn't even include the rest of the North Shore. One night, while wanting to try a local pizza place but not have to drive too far and not have to fight the difficult parking in downtown Salem, I discovered Tesoro Cucina in Beverly on Bridge Street. What immediately stood out when viewing their menu is their eclectic selection of specialty pizzas. Any pizza joint can have a meat lovers, Greek, and veggie, but Tesoro Cucina comes up with some interesting combinations. Case and point: The "Dill"icious Duo - with their signature "ranchfredo" sauce, whole milk mozzarella, super sour pickles, and North Country bacon. The alfredo and ranch white sauce was so savory, the pickles were indeed super sour, and there was an absurd amount of bacon. Most pizzas that include bacon throw on a few pieces of basic bacon bits but this was real, crispy, big pieces of bacon. I have had plenty of pickle pizzas and this was hands-down the best I've had by far. I've also tried the Old School Gabagool (mozzarella, crushed San Marzano tomatoes, hot imported capicola, cherry pepper relish and sweet onions) and The Big Malaka (fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, feta, garlic, olives, spinach, peppers, onions, oregano, olive oil drizzle), both of which were also great. The restaurant sits in its own little strip mall, making parking extremely easy, and the staff inside have always been welcoming and friendly. Every time I think to try a new pizza place in the North Shore area, I ultimately go back to Tesoro Cucina because you cannot go wrong.
