    Mike's Is Pizza !!!
    Greg D.

So I Finally hit this pizza spot; passed it for years when it's old location was across the street; they moved & built out a brand new store that's why it caught my eye.... Stopped on a Monday 9/9/24 around 2:45 pm and of course the place was packed Schools back in session and we all know the kido's love pizza so they were slammed packed ... Ive been in this hood since 1989 and when driving through I've always saw their old location that was across the street was always packed truth be told I could never find a parking spot over here if ya from the area ya know this avenue is always packed with a lot of traffic both vehicles and major foot traffic !!! But today I was zooming by and saw a spot and it was game on !!! The place was super clean even when they were slammed , their pizza man is super clean & their pizza station - Prep area even cleaner in fact everyone behind the counter is super clean this is a major factor for me because if ya know me I've been know to walk out of the most highly rated food establishments based on their food handlers physical appearance and hygiene alone !!! Remember we eat with our eyes 1st !!!! Back to their pizza; fast and friendly service, I took a specialty pie home to go; Chicken Alfredo ( Chicken Cutlet, Spinach) which was off the chain super delicious & satisfying fresh ingredients their dough is on point & their crust is perfect even with a load like this on the slice It passes the no flop test !!! Also took home a Caesar salad, which was also on point !! The wife and the kid agrees definitely gonna be our new steady pizzeria, even though we're on the other side of Linden Boulevard as per the owner he said he will deliver to me but may take a little longer which I will gladly wait when the food is good it's worth the wait .... Definitely gonna be ordering more from this pizzeria and as I explore the rest of the menu, I'm sure that Mikes pizzeria is going to be a five star rating !!!! Can't wait !!! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back and or ordering from Mikes !!! Thanks, Greg D. & family

My bestie recommended this pizza joint after we both contemplated on food options for almost two hours lol. It was a rainy, cold day, and after taking the J train on peak hours, I finally made it to her place. Ordering online is simple, but their website advertises $5 off for new customers which doesn't get recognized at checkout. However, their 10% code does work. The menu is extensive and easy to navigate. Delivery is free, but don't forget to tip:) The bestie ordered the chicken francese and a slice for her daughter, while I opted for a chicken cutlet broccoli pan slice, and grandma slice. The food was delivered within 40-45 minutes. The slices and chicken came lukewarm. The pan slice had a nice crunch, and it was generously topped with chicken and broccoli. The grandma slice was my favorite. It was thin crusted and the sauce was seasoned well with hints of garlic. The basil thrown on top was scarce and dried up. I would probably order a pie instead of a slice sitting at a counter to be warmed up. The grandma is highly recommended. The chicken francese tasted a bit bland, but it was enough for leftovers for the following day. The slice was standard and overall I would eat here again. It's one of my besties to go place when she doesn't feel like cooking.:)

I never had a saltier slice of pizza in my life. My buddy had 2 margarita slices. Same deal and way too much sauce. Very disappointed

Looks can be deceiving . Saltiest pizza I ever had in my life. My buddy had 2 margarita slices. Same deal and way way too much sauce. Super soggy. Very disappointed to say the least.

I was visiting for a week, and it was the best quick go to eatery. Service was great, reasonably price and the food was good!!! Can't wait to get back to Brooklyn.

I called an placed an order for 3 plain slices. I came to pick up and my order wasn't ready. The staff member stated I never called and ordered and demanded I show him I called in a order. After retrieving my phone from the car to prove I placed an order twenty minutes ago. I got a "ok". The staff member only apologized after I stated they needed better customer service. I won't be eating or ordering from here ever again. If you want good service this is not the place to go

First, the pizza. There's a really great selection of ready made specialty pies, while that's great they are not all fresh. I was served 2 buffalo chicken slices from 2 separate pies, one was nice and fresh while the other had definitely been sitting a while. That being said, the pizza is pretty good, definitely 4 stars for the pizza, 2 stars for the price. $3.50 for a plain slice to go is crazy in my eyes. What makes me really want to give 1 star or less if possible is the credit card minimum and the $1 surcharge. First off, this is illegal, but okay let's go with it. Over three days of working in front of this place and eating here at least twice a day our crew has spent well over $100 and on the last day, second trip in I ran out of cash. When I gave him my credit card he said it's not over the $10 minimum I have to charge you a $1 surcharge, mine you my order was $8.75. For that reason, I will definitely be looking to other food options when in this area, I hope the $1 was worth it.

Yummy, Chicken Alfredo. DEFINITELY could have used just a bit more of Alfredo sauce but I did enjoy it.

Ordered a cheeseburger delux and it was great! Fires were nice and crispy Burger was full of flavor I'm happy to give mikes pizza 9/10

Every time I've order from Mikes it's always #BOMB Idk why they're saying they're pricey because they're really not! I usually order a Large pie, 2 Toppings and Zeppos - all shy of $20. They even deliver to me and I'm all the way out in Woodhaven. Their pizza is by far the best in the area! Wayyyy better than Enzo's ... love them!

What separates pizza places are either the ingredients, or in this place, what separates them is their crust. They make everything fresh right in front of you, pictures are below. Jennie took our order and she walked us through the menu. We ended up getting a big margherita pizza. My son got the 2 tomato slices, he isn't a big cheese fan. My wife got pepperoni, they have beef pepperoni or pork pepperoni. Mikey Love was really cool he came out and greeted me. My kids got a drink, and then guess what, their gelato was actually top tier. Waiting in line to get added to a waitlist that still doesn't always guarantee you will sit down to eat at the requested time - we were seated 40 mins after checking in (unusually long, never had more then 20 mins or so in past visits) but still a strange system, keeps the spot exclusive I'd guess. Have visited several times and always have had a good meal and the prices are very fair. Seating is not super comfortable and they pack you in for real, the restaurant is also unnecessarily dark and loud - But not in a bad way? I can't explain it but the very delicious pizza makes up for the weird ambiance and all the rules... definitely something to experience atleast once.

What impresses me most is how naturally Roberta's became more than a restaurant. Food, music, parties, outdoor spaces, and an extraordinary mix of people all seemed to converge here, giving the place a cultural gravity that could never have been designed by committee. It remains one of those places that instantly takes me back to my bachelor years and an especially fun chapter of my time in the city, when Bushwick felt endlessly creative, and Roberta's seemed to sit comfortably at its center. This is the first restaurant we've been to with 20% auto gratuity for a party under 6.
