For our rehearsal dinner, we had an Italian spread, and I am not exaggerating when I say the lasagna was literally the best lasagna I have ever had in my life. I ate the leftovers for an entire week and was genuinely sad when they were gone. For our wedding dinner, we had a taco bar, and it was a dream. The chicken was freaking phenomenal, the food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. Dawn also made our wedding dessert dreams come to life with an assortment of desserts that were just as beautiful as they were delicious. Beyond the food, their professionalism, presentation, and display were unlike anything I have ever seen. Everything looked amazing, ran smoothly, and felt so thoughtfully done. I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding weekend without them. Their tasting events also are very helpful in choosing the menu for your event. From the beautiful custom sign they made for our cross, to the tableware, arch, setup, and all the little details, they truly cared about making our day special. And the food was AMAZING. They did an excellent job with the food, the delivery and the quality of service. I didn't remember placing the utensils and things down, so I thought the items had been forgotten, but after calling DB&C, they reminded me that I had placed them on another counter, away from the food. It's so awesome that they remembered a little detail that I had forgotten; extra points for that! Everyone enjoyed the food and many took me up on my offer to take home some of the leftovers. Their daughter, Rianna, was a pleasure to work with; she handled the business end of things beautifully and I never worried that things wouldn't work out. I hope that their family's business continues to grow beyond what they have imagined. Give them an opportunity to make your next event be the one nobody can stop talking about.
