They did then "fix" the watch, but it was still not fully functional, I needed to buy a new watch, and they charged me for them breaking my watch. I then bought a new watch from them, it broke within a few months, was under warranty, I returned to them, and they refused to repair it, saying the damage wasn't covered by the warrantee, when it clearly was a covered issue. Do not go here for watches, repairs or new watches. And they are not trustworthy, I will never go here again.
