This place doesn't even deserve one star, I had such a hassle and felt disrespected. I ordered 2 afghani style pizza's and wanted them to deliver it, I gave them the address multiple times and kept repeating it but the they said it wouldn't pop up, even though it was the right address. The guy straight up said that we were wrong and then proceeded to say he wasn't going to deliver and then hung up. We called them again and said it's fine we will pick up the order plus another large cheese pizza, the guy was still a little rude but proceeded the order then he had the AUDACITY TO ASK FOR MY CARDS NUMBER, I did not feel safe to give it up and he continued to treat me like a kid even though I am 18+. I gave the guy another chance and ordered again.Finally, after many tries I ordered in person and finally got my order.The only reason they gave me my order this time in person is because he felt ashamed and embarrassed for disrespecting me.Even after they took my order it took 1hour to make 3 pizzas which is unbelievable.If your ever in the mood for pizza do yourself a favor and don't come to Milano's pizzas. read more

So I just got off the phone with the manager of this place.. First let me say I am a long time customer and live in MT House. I ordered a special from their website like I normally do.. For some reason they told me there is a 25 dollar minimum ordewhich has never been the case after several orders from this place.. So I changed my order for a special which was 19.99 not including tax and delivery.. (which I figured would meet the new rule of a 25 dollar min Order)....The guy on the phone said I did not meet the minimum. (24 and some change) So I asked for a manager.. He got on the phone and said I had to have a min order of 30 dollars!! He was also very rude and told me to order from Round Table or somewhere else so I did! Do not order from here fellow MT House residents.. Its too bad because I have been a long time customer from Milano's and will never order from there again... I love Milanos Pizza but honestly their customer service sucks.. their "afghani pizza" is overpriced, once when you speak in fasri guess what the coupons don't apply to you! I ordered pizza yesterday and got the 14.99 large pizza with the coupon and the next day when my mom called speaking in farsi they said those coupons have been expired for a while saying it's 18.99 +tax, and they said "this isn't a flee market so I don't have time to argue" when we just asked for the price.. great food but honestly they need to learn how to speak to their customers. read more

We had tried Milano after they had changed from A different pizza shop. They weren't very good then. When we tried them again recently, they had grown worse. You can't throw a couple of chunks of tasteless chorizo and sliced jalapeños on a pizza and call it a Mexican pizza. Both pizzas we had were over cooked and pretty much disgusting. This place may look like an ordinary "hole in the wall," but the moment you walk in, you will smell the savory and mouth watering aroma of all the food they have to offer. I first tried this place about a year ago, and let me tell you, it was by far the best decision I have ever made when it comes to pizza joints! I love their dough, it is crispy but yet chewy on the inside, also a lot of robust flavors, ingredients are always fresh, extremely unique taste compared to the commercial pizza places around town. They also offer Mediterranean food such as gyros and kabobs. I've tried their chicken kabob and it is delicious, filled with a lot of flavor and for being a chicken breast, it is not dry at all! I was sold with this one, considering my pet peeve is dry food. Back to the pizza, they offer pizza by the slice, and for an extremely reasonable offer. The pizza slice is HUGE and when I say HUGE, i mean HUGEE! You will not go wrong with this pizza joint, just don't expect to be able to come to this place and sit down to eat because seating is limited, they mostly cater to delivery's and takeout. Try this place out, you will not regret it! Decided to try Milano because we wanted to try something new. Had never really heard of this place, but we knew it was there because of all the coupons we see and get. Ultimately, I will not be ordering from here again. The pizza is greasy for starters, a lot greasier than a lot of other pizzas I eat on a normal basis, but that is not the reason I will not be back. Their garlic sauce is amazing, it taste authentic and is wonderful, but they skimp heavily and it taste more like you are eating pizza bread with toppings sprinkled with light garlic. However it is the bacon that disgusted me. Being a fan of bacon, I have to get it on my pizza all the time. But Milano's bacon is just disgusting! I Am not sure why. Maybe it is the type of bacon they use, or maybe it is the quality I am not used to, rather it be extremely low or top quality. It was not like bacon at all. It tasted like a bad, extremely dark piece of meat, or maybe just a bad piece of hamburger meat. It didn't even look like bacon. If it wasn't for the terrible bacon and a taste that lacked that certain POW!, then I probably would be ordering Milano again tonight! I am someone who could eat a whole pizza alone, I love it that much, but I was not having this pizza at all and after forcing myself to eat 1 piece, I could not eat it any longer. It's just sick. I love this place. Full disclosure, I have only had the pepperoni pizza, and usually the Special that comes with a drink. There are many types of pizza vendors, and tastes vary, but if you like thin crust, its very good. Will try the kabobs someday, as I keep hearing they are amazing.. Yes the chicken could be slight more tender, but its the last thing I'm concerned about when I'm drooling over the chickens amazing flavor and freshness along side fluffy afghan rice, grilled veggies, dressed salad, and delicious bread! They only get 1 star for good pizza. The declined of the other 4 stars is for the worst customer service I've ever had. I was told my pizza would be out and on the road in 10 to 15 minutes. My pizza didn't get to my house til a hour and a half later! Not only that but when I called the guy on the phone refused to let me talk to a manager. Saying he was in a "meeting" at 7 o clock at night. I've worked as a delivery driver before. There are no meetings at 7 o clock at night. That's prime time pizza time. If they would've been honest and say they were busy and that it would be a hour I wouldn't have gotten upset because I understand how it is. My favorite pizza place! Great price and amazing food! I've yet to try the Afghan food but I'm looking forward to it! Will never be doing business with this place again. Received a door knob flyer with coupons on it so i decided to try it out. After reviewing all the offers i decided on the large 2 topping deal with wings and a 2 liter for $20. Now, there's not a pizza place im aware of that won't allow you to add additional toppings to a deal like that for the cost of adding a topping to any other pizza. But when i called, the guy that answered the phone hard nosed me about it. Refused to give me that option. So i said "ok, I'm going to have to call you back" and i got off the phone to discuss with the wife what we wanted to try instead. So i call back with the $15 large with up to 6 toppings. At this point it's prudent to point out that the flyer states specifically at the top that all in town orders must be $15 or more. This order met that criteria. But this jackass tried telling me the order had to be $20 or more and refused to acknowledge the information i received on the mailer. Dealing with that place is like dealing with the jerks behind the counter at 7-11... Sleazy underhanded salesmen trying to squeeze you for everything they can. If I could give less than one star I would. When is it ok to treat your customers so disrespectfully? I'm pretty sure customers over the phone are just as important as the patrons in the restaurant. My family and I have patronized this restaurant for a very long time, since they make a good pie and serve halal toppings. However, I am willing to never eat here again. When I called to make an order for pick up the gentleman who answered was less than happy to take my order. He asked me to hurry up because he could not wait for me to tell him what I wanted. Providing excellent customer service is not an optional thing when you are a pizza joint and have so many competitors around you. You must treat all your customers with respect and be thankful they chose your restaurant to patronize. I will be sure not to give Milanos any more of my business, and will ensure none of my family or friends are exposed to that type of service. read more
